I needed a stairlift for my 95 year old mom. Her doctor recommended USA Medical. I was very happy with their quick response to my phone call. The gentleman who came to our home as well as the young men who installed the lift were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the chair, and how it needed to be installed. There was a minor technical issue with the chair when we used it the first couple of days. I called the company and they immediately followed up with us by sending out a technician to fix the issue. All of the people who work for the company were so personable and went above and beyond for us. Their patience and kindness with teaching my mother how to use the chair lift was astounding and I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrei and the fellow who helped him. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very clear on the instructions. The installation went quickly and they left the place spotless. I would not hesitate one moment in recommending your store and staff to others. And I think Andrei and his co-worker deserve a raise.

I've had to rent a hospital bed twice this year along with purchasing some supplies. The in-store service has always been good and the bed installers terrific. The installer today was especially thorough and courteous. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Found a few pairs of scrubs for a reasonable price and it had a variety of choices. They would even order a pair of scrubs if it’s not available at the store with your correct size. Absolutely going again!

Technician was very timely on a service maintenance call. Tech was highly knowledgeable. Work performed was thorough and corrected the issue with the Bruno chair lift. Prices and response time for the maintenance were excellent. Highly recommended!

My stairlift broke last week and USA Medical Supply was able to find a quick solution while the part was ordered. Quick service, timely and professional was how I was treated. Was told the replacement part may take a few days or so but after a day I received a call that the part arrived and they could install immediately. Part was replaced and now everything is back to normal. Great service!!

Excellent service from Andrei and his assistant today in the Berkshires. They were efficient and courteous installing a chairlift paid for by the VA. It's great to now have safe access to the upstairs! So happy they serve Berkshire County, also. Wish more businesses would realize we aren't that far off the map! I could not have had a better experience while purchasing scrubs. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given information on store sales. As I continued to shop, I struggled to find a pair of pants that fit well, but didn’t struggle for long. One of the store owners took their time to help me find a really nice pair of pants that I was happy with. Everyone that I encountered here was very personable. I will recommend USA Medical Supply to anyone that needs medical work gear. Awesome place!

This chair keeps my 92 year old mom independent in her own home. It gives her access to her whole home! We had an issue with the arm falling off and she got stuck at the top of the stairs! Got it temporarily fixed but not safe. Called USA and a very nice woman put me in touch with Mike whom immediately returned my call! This was very important to me. He came the very next day but also said he would come back the same day if necessary! Parts were brought back within 48 hours & fixed plus extra parts just in case. Whole unit checked out & working great and safe! Unit is over 5 years old and is the best thing in the house! Mike understands how important this chair is to my mom & was very nice, respectful & informative about the workings of the chair! Thank you Mike!!

We called when we were in a tough spot. We needed a wheelchair ramp FAST! We called on Friday. They came out Saturday to assess the layout. They provided an immediate quote. They installed the ramp on Wednesday. And, they were nothing but courteous and professional throughout the process. They were even apologetic about our situation even though they had absolutely nothing to do with it. I had very little confidence that a company like this still existed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have shopped at this medical supply store a few times, mainly looking for scrubs, and every time I have had the best experience. I have received a lot of help especially from Alina and Monica! They were both extremely nice and assisted in everything I needed, especially with choosing scrubs from the very big selection they have. I've never experienced such, top of the notch customer service before. I will definitely continue shopping here for any supply I may need in the future!

These guys were GREAT to work with! Andrei came by to give us an estimate on getting a stairlift for the front stairs. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he loves his job. Cornel and Andrei came by to install the lift today and they got right down to business, working carefully and efficiently. Cornel specializes in installing stairlifts and it was quite obvious that he knew his stuff. Besides being hard workers, they were friendly and very easy to talk with. We even got a full tutorial on how to use the stairlift and have already brought a basket of laundry up with it! (Stairlifts are apparently able to carry more than human cargo!) I would highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile.

We needed to have our staircase chair lift fixed for my grandmother. The service tech, Cornel, fixed the chair doing what he could to spare any additional expenses. He had the professional demeanor, competence, and efficiency that you’d hope for in a service tech. Especially in the case of a service technician going into an elderly women’s home. He seemed to really care that he was able to fix the job in one trip, and he clearly explained what he had done. We couldn’t be happier with the work!

USA Medical was there for us when my wife was injured. We looked all over the area for a hospital bed and wheelchair and they were the most responsive and helpful by far. Paul, our delivery guy, was on time and efficiently setup and broke down the bed, with a good attitude and a heads-up that he was on his way. The office staff was always great. Hopefully we won't need their services in the future but if we do they will be our first call.

I recently had to purchase a lift chair for my husband. Because he is very tall I needed a larger one which they happened to have in stock. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. No high pressure to purchase it. I also needed to rent a hospital bed. Both were delivered within a week. The two men who set everything up for me were awesome. I have been to this location several times to purchase scrubs. They have a great selection, super helpful staff, and their prices are incredibly reasonable! I love how they offer an additional discount if you show your work badge, especially since the prices are great to begin with! This is my go-to place for scrubs these days.
