I do not recommend staying here. We called ahead of time to confirm our booking about an hour before we arrived. The woman was super sweet and very helpful. When we arrived we checked in with a man. We booked a king room. He placed us in a double Queen room and none of the beds had sheets. He said they no longer had a king room. We informed him we already confirmed with the woman and he called her, and then placed us in a king room. The room was absolutely filthy. The microwave, light switches, and the walls were all covered in dirt and probably old food. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. Then the next night we tried to get into our room but we were locked out. We told another male worker and he said he couldnā€™t find our reservation. All of our stuff was already in the room from the night before. He shrugged his shoulders and swiped our hotel keys to reactivate them anyway. If you can, just spend a little bit extra money and stay somewhere else. I recommend the Capri Suites!

We were checked into a room with smaller beds than queen. Went to desk they said they were queens. Went to room measured and they were not queens. After about 15 min we got different room with queens. Pool very small. Pictured misleading. Beds not comfortable. We paid little over 200.00 for 1 night definitely not worth the price. Nice employees. The rooms were clean. The air conditioner was nice.

I was also kind of scared with all the negative reviews, but we actually had a great stay earlier in December 2022 and that's why we decided to book again a few days ago in Feb 2023. The place has been renovated and looks good and clean, and you can't beat the price being so only 8 minutes from Disneyland. Beds are comfy and everything was clean. Had good service from the front desk. Breakfast is a grab and go with fruit, yogurt, coffee options, pastries and other stuff. Nothing too fancy but good to at least have something to eat on the go. Also like other reviewer mentioned the bathroom door didn't completely close but it didn't bother us since you could still have privacy. Some finishes in the remodel don't look amazing but nothing horrible honestly. We had no issues with the blinds (one transparent and one blackout roller blind). Microwave and fridge both worked and were clean (they're older appliances so there's obviously some wear and tear). Right across the street from a super busy and clearly famous italian-ice place. Overall it's a good, clean place to stay if you're on a budget.

Where to begin...well first of all our keys didn't work. Had to go back down to the office to get new ones. Then we got 2 queen beds when we reserved a king one online. Then we got told by the front desk they did us (a couple) a favor and upgraded us by giving us 2 queens instead of the king we reserved. Couples love sleeping in different beds... NOT. Totally insulting. Not a favor at all!!!! If we weren't so far from home we wouldn't have stayed at all. Please do yourself a favor and give someone else your money. Doing you a favor , don't say here ;)

There have been a lot of negative reviews about this place, so going in I was pretty skeptical, but over all it has been a positive experience. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean except for a few scuffs in the paint, which doesnā€™t really matter. Both my wife and I slept great in a very comfortable bed. The only problem I saw was that the bathroom door didnā€™t shut completely, but enough so that you still had your privacy. It seems that theyā€™ve improved a lot since some of these reviews were posted because I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was.

Perfect for a cheap Disney trip! The rooms and beds were clean. I am always worried about bugs but this motel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were also very clean, we never saw anyone in them essentially because everyone was at the parks. Staff were friendly and nice. Safe area. Grab and go breakfast was perfect, included yogurts, muffins, fruits. I would stay here again and would recommend. Simple but perfect. Great motel!

Do not stay here if you are a woman. I rented a bed and one of their tenants was harassing me and making me feel unsafe. I was too scared to fall asleep so I went to the front desk to see what they could do and they pretty much told me to screw off and that he could do whatever he wanted. The front desk told me to ā€œjust get my own room if I feel so uncomfortableā€ but that I would be paying for the bed AND the private room. It is not a safe place. They do not care about your safety or well-being. I have stayed at many hostels and I had never ever had an issue until I came to this pro-predatory place. I feel I have a civic duty to warn others. This is the first issue Iā€™ve ever had staying at a hostel, so donā€™t let it discourage you. This is a particularly shady place.

Rude receptionist when we checked in on top of not having our rooms ready after check in time had already past!! Then we also had a cockroach crawling thru our bed sheets upon waking up, I have never been more grossed out in a hotel and when we told the cleaning crew the lady just said ( oh yeah we canā€™t seem to ever get rid of those it happens every so often) the receptionist then proceeded to say the manager would call us to see what he could do for us and we never heard from him !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I like the wood laminate floor in the room, a good bed, clean sheets and the staff were very nice. Included parking was also good. I didnā€™t like the strong chlorine smell at first in the room (glad it was clean but..), the thin walls, and the lack of environmental sensitivity (no compostable utensils, no composting or recycling options at the included very modest breakfast. Iā€™d be okay staying here again and appreciate they are investing in maintaining the hotel, but is look elsewhere for better value.

Wow, they really have done a nice job with the remodel of this motel/hotel. To be honest, was a little worried when I saw the doors on the outside of the building however, it's within walking distance to Disney . Free parking, which is so convenient . Pool and hot tub was super clean . Rooms are brand new with nice flooring. We were in the room, much due to being a Disneyland most of the day . Seriously highly recommend .

Service: I stayed there for a business trip. I never experienced more unfriendly staff. There is no flexibility at all and every request you make as client is an immediate no. I needed an official invoice with the name of my company on it and mentioned it during check in. I was told that it is possible and I will receive it on checkout. When I left there was another receptionist and he told me it is not possible, because I need to put the company name in the booking and only then it can be done. He did not even check my booking and if it was written there or not. Also telling him that his colleague promised me that I will receive it, did not help. When I showed him the booking page on the computer where there is NO option to put your company name and that I need it for legal reasons he told me that in the US there is no such thing as invoices with the company name added. So I can only highly recommend any business traveller who needs an official invoice for his travel statement not to go to this hotel! After a long discussion and me asking for the manager I finally got an invoice with the company address (with a lot of typos though). So technically it is possible. Rooms: The outside of the hotel is very noisy, it being located at a 10 lane boulevard and next to a fast food restaurant and a car repair shop. Since the door and outside walls are very thin, the rooms are not quiet at all and it is very difficult to sleep without ear plugs.

Two main issues: 1. Walls on all sides are extremely thin. You'll hear everything from outside and everything from your neighbours. The shared door between Ros is especially thin. It makes it very hard to sleep if your neighbours are even remotely loud. 2. Wifi was next to useless. It never stayed connected on any of our devices for more than ten minutes, and if it did, it was very slow. Maybe it's better if you sleep closer to the main building but I don't know. Otherwise, rooms are fairly nice, even though plugs don't stay in any of the sockets. The location is great, everything you need is in walking distance. And though there's no hot breakfast the continental breakfast has a decent amount of variety. All in all, if you have quiet neighbours and don't have to worry about data, it's a decent stay.

I stayed from 21st December to 24th December, we faced the first issue with the room with no microwave and fridge working. We changed the rooms and then other room had water logging problem in bathtub. Bedsheets were not changed and same bedsheets were rolled on to bed by house keeping staff.

The reviews on this hotel must be paid for because this place was horrible. The pictures are deceiving. The room had splatter stains on the bathroom door, the mattresses had stains, there are now bed protectors on them, the sheets and bedding were stained. This is a Motel not a hotel FYI. The front desk guy Emmel was rude and treated customers with disrepect.

The staff is very kind, though that might be the only thing itā€™s got going for it. Our room doesnā€™t have blinds, only a single shade, which is transparent. So at night anyone could see right into our room, zero privacy. We had to put up one of our own blankets on the window to cover it up so we could have privacy for the night. The pool size is very misleading, room was dirty and the sheets had hair on them. TV remote didnā€™t have batteries, so they gave us a pair of used ones from another remote. We cancelled 3/4 nights on our scheduled stay here because of the lack of privacy and cleanliness. How is it possible to rent out a room that anyone can see right into at night??

This Hotel Signature Anaheim deserves 1 star. Not very honest people. My daughter left behind a bag of souvenirs on her room, we checked out , 20min later realized was left on top of TV dresser. Came back to fort desk talked to ladie , gave us the key... no souvenir bag around. It's not monetary amount, was the very special gift,,, stolen at the room. No one saw the bag. Next day called to talk to manager, they hide him, left my phone number to call me back.... never happened. Very sad. Be careful with personal belognings. Never , ever back to this place.. Jc
