    The service was good, but I feel that I was sold a lemon. I have a 2023 Lexus RX 350 in which I have had for less than 4 months. I have had to have it serviced twice (2 days in a row) for electrical software issues which can’t even be fully resolved until they get the updated software which is due to come in at the end of the year. So why are you selling these cars with outdated software at sky high prices???????

    Service is always great, but since my hood wasn't completely latched after my oil change, I lifted it up to close it again. This is when I found 3 screws missing to secure this part back in place(see photos) I'm not sure why this piece was removed but I see that it's right next to the oil dip stick. Just wondering why the technician didn't care to secure this part back on the engine? John was great, but the young lady that greeted me upon arrival and the older gentleman both called me Mr. Coleman but John chose to call me by my first name?

    Had the most incredible experience from start to finish… my salesman Chris was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! So informative about everything and walked me through every single detail of my new purchase… he was patient, understanding and caring and made sure I was completely comfortable the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I would most definitely recommend coming to Lexus of Orland for your next purchase! Can’t speak enough about how impeccable the treatment was that we received. Chris is the real deal! Shout out to Ziyad in the finance department he was so awesome and made the transaction a breeze! I love these guys! So happy and glad I did business with them!

    There is a Lexus dealer in the city and I make the trek to Lexus of Orland because it pays to have a service repair team that is trustworthy, especially at a dealership. I was a little nervous because the last service agent that assisted me was gone, but Mr. David quickly settled my reservations and explained every step; Mr. David is my new contact person. I am happy to finally have my person and to be apart of the Lexus family. Seriously, just make the drive and receive quality customer service and honest service repair prices.

    Went in for warranty work for My LS500 and they took really good car of my baby! Turn around time wasn't too bad also! Overall pretty happy with everything.. loaner.. commutation.. and professionalism! Tony was my service rep! Good kind gentleman!

    Had the best experience buying a car from James and Lexus of Orland. Every person I came in contact with was extremely helpful and courteous. No hard sell, no pressure, no hidden costs or fees. I cannot recommend visiting Lexus of Orland and asking for James any higher.

    Brought my car in for service (oil change) they were running behind 1 hour 45 min plus. Had to reschedule due to the fact I didn't want to risk it if it was longer than 2 hours. He advised me to come in first thing in the morning or between 3 and 4 close to closing. They were short on techs. I opted at 3 pm for another day. On my way there I got a call at 2:40 pm that they needed to reschedule. Unbelievable. Twice I was inconvenience. Never ever expected from a Lexus dealer. Hopefully next oil change they would have enough techs to cover the workload. So will see.

    This location provides excellent customer service. The employees provide a welcoming experience as well as a beautiful and (always) clean facility. I appreciate my service representative, Chris M., who is always friendly and compassionate. She is very thorough to explain service options and results. I also appreciate Christine who scheduled my recent appointment. She was patient and understanding of my request. Thank you L.O.O. for excellent service!

    Lexus of Orland, excellent team of experts to assist with car buying with no hassle and drama. Initial call to online sales rep. Megan Stubbe ---This Human is Amazingly Awesome, to Sales Moe Daoud, this gentleman who literally holds you by your hand to every aspect of the car, to finalizing retail contract with the amazing Mr. Ziad Altamimi. Lexus of Orland is where you want to purchase your next car whether it may be a New, Used, Parts and or Service. Also a quick shout out to Mr. Junior Alvarez assist with a last minute repair.

    I recently bought a vehicle from here, and I have bought several lexus but they were not at this dealership. I have never been disrespected like I have at this dealership. The sales rep Moe was splendid. However the manager Junior Alvarez was TERRIBLE. He was rude, condescending, passive aggressive at times and tried to belittle/ bully me. And if it was not for Moe I would have walked completely out and drove an hour to buy my vehicle at a different location. I ended up being over charged when they told me the fee would be removed, I ended up paying for mats when they told me they were included, and the manager junior Alvarez pretty much told me I should be lucky that I am being sold a car, and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by “ allowing “ me to own this vehicle, and that my money was not good enough. Completely unacceptable behavior from a senior management at this dealership and a reflection of the dealership as a whole. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but now I have a bad experience with the entire brand. And they only got one star because of Moe.

    Sammie was awesome salesman. Straight forward purchase no games. He was kind, not pushy. Respected my time. Also the manager was great making sure I was completely satisfied with purchase (went out of his way with multiple test drives). Also Bob spent time with me, ensuring all was handled and personal info/ data was cleared when trading in my Tesla. Will absolutely buy my next car from Lexus from Orland and recommend to friends and family. Best car buying experience I have had.

    My experience was very satisfying. My appointment was at 10am and I was on time and I was seen promptly. I needed an oil change but also had an issue that was addressed. My vehicle was checked out and additional issues were brought to my attention. Overall, I am quite satisfied at how my vehicle behaves now. Thankful for the amenities and free wifi.

    Sammie was amazing helping us pick out our 2024 Lexus RX500. He explained everything on the car and made sure we made it through finance in record time. I have never owned a Lexus but after how smooth and easy it was I may be back in the future.

    Sammie was my salesman. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Key thing and the main thing I absolutely loved about Sammie he was not a pushy and aggressive salesman. We came to Lexus 3 times and each time he was patient and helpful. On our final visit when we made our purchase Sammie ensured we had everything and understood how to work the vehicle. He even drove us home to exchange the cars. He was just an Awesome salesperson. Rating on a scale 1 to 10 Sammie would be a 10+. I would definitely recommend friends and family to see Sammie at Lexus of Orland if they are interested in purchasing a Lexus.

    My visit for my yearly car checkup was great from the minute I drove in and was greeted by warm friendly faces and then escorted into Joe Pervazas' office where he meticulously guided me through my car's procedures in a warm and comfortable fashion. The mechanics did a super job and I didn't have to wait as long as I thought. I also spoke to Mike Bannos who helped me with an extended warranty. Mike also was quite knowledgeable and made me feel quite comfortable. I would recommend Lexus car service to all!!! Thank you!

    We saw this 2 year old car that looked really nice on line but you know how it it with used cars they look nice on picture’s but in reality they’re damaged however Magon emailed me and said it was in great condition like new so we went to check it out without high expectations even though the drive is an hour away. To our surprise Mag was right the car was in like new condition just needed a detailed cleaning which we thought we would get after a smooth closing deal as well as couple of accessories which we were promised by the seller, when we came for the second time to pick up the car it was washed only outside of it but they didn’t have front and back rugs that were promised to us so they told us that they will mail them to us and since it was an inconvenience they will give me a Lexus coffee mug to go with my car. Well a week went by and didn’t get it so we drove up for the 3 time and called ahead to make sure they had them ready, we finally did get weather proof rugs but was promised to have a cup mailed to us. Days go by and nothing no mug no answer to my text and my mugs don’t fit in so I was looking forward to having a Lexus mug with our first Lexus car . Just keep in mind to make sure you get what’s promised to you before you pay otherwise it’s a little disappointing to be asking for what was promised.

    Was able to get a service appointment for the same day. Didn't have to wait long at all to see Dave, our service representative. Dave was able to get the servicing done quickly, and called me right away. Car was washed and ready to go as soon as I got there. Great service. Great dealership.

    Nick at Lexus of Orland is a pleasure to work with. Not pushy, very patient & great sense of humor which always helps. Every time we’ve worked together on service matters, it’s been a breeze. (I would give a 5 although I believe the loaner department is training a new call center employee? which takes patience on my part!) THANK YOU NICK!!!! I’ll see you next time!

    My Service with Nick was phenomenal! I brought my car in for tires and upon further inspection it was determined that I needed more work done to my vehicle. Nick went above and beyond when helping me understand the work that needed to be done as well as provided me with information on different payment options I could use to take care of the unexpected expenses! I would highly recommend not only Lexus of Orland but Nick if you will be needing any service to your vehicle!

    Overall good he was very detail with what my truck needed and what was done on my last visit. He gave my clarity and help me regarding when I should return. Polite and even advise how long the wait would be. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is upon my initial arrival it to the check in person at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge my presence.

    Nick always takes such good care of me. I was glad he took care of my service a second time in a row. He ensured all planned services were completed in a timely manner and I had everything I needed during my visit. He’s extremely personable and he is officially my favorite person at the dealership even though he doesn’t like holiday music.

    I had a wonderful experience with my maintenance appointment today! Christine was very nice & helpful, too! She was actually able to help me with a window problem that she quickly fixed. She also showed me how to reset it myself if the issue ever comes up again. They got me in the same day & I was done with my oil change & tire rotation in a timely fashion, plus on my timeline. Way to go Lexus of Orland Park & a big Thank You to Christine!

    Having been a customer of Lexus of Orland for over 27 years, I’ve always had excellent service. When I made an appointment for service and was told I could bring it in on Saturday that was great. When I arrived the service representative said they only did oil changes on Saturday. Nicholas heard the conversation and assured me they could take care and service my car that day. (Thank you Nick) because I would have been disappointed. However the parts needed were not available and wouldn’t be until Tuesday. I was offered a loaner which I accepted. Not reading the agreement I signed for the loaner to accept responsibility for any tickets, damages if occurred not knowing I was being charged for rental. All the years I’ve dealt with Lexus of Orland I’ve never had charges for a loaner. My senior service was Nick provided excellent service.

    Hi, I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle. When I got there I worked with Chris. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional and super friendly. She had a great sense of humor. She walked me through everything and even showed me the physical issue with my car. She did everything she said she would do. She shared with me different options for payment with my vehicle. It was my birthday and she made sure I got I a loaner vehicle because my vehicle wouldn't be finished until Monday. I really appreciate the warm welcome that Lexus of Orland provided. When you go ask for Chris. She's AWESOME!!

    I've only been a Lexus owner for a few months and this is my second visit. I am thoroughly happy with the exceeding service quality in which this dealership provides. They communicate every aspect of your car with detail. Giving a time frame and even drop off options is very helpful for me. Even my daughter is very impressed with the level of quality that this dealership puts into meeting the needs is the customers.

    My service rep was excellent. He was very polite, kind, courteous and patient. He took his time to explain everything that was needed for my car and made sure that I understood everything. He also made sure that he answer all of my questions. I also love the ambiance of this dealer ship. It is huge and very clean. Love how it is decorated and that fish tank really set it off. I have been in alot of car dealership before but this one is by far the biggest one I've ever been in.

    I brought my car in today for an auto butler service. When I came to pick up my car, I was not satisfied with the way they detailed it. There were multiple bug spots on the front of my car, including the hood & front end, as well as my side view mirrors. The inside was not vacuumed & the mats were not cleaned, which they agreed to do ahead of time. I immediately asked to speak with one of the service managers & he was in agreement with me that the job was not a quality job, therefore he had them take care of it. I was satisfied with the outcome. The young woman, Chris in service who checked me in was also apologetic & in agreement that it was not a quality job. She was very accommodating & helpful. I will ask for her again in the future. The only reason why I am reporting this issue is because it happened the last time that I brought it in. They had to redo it. The workers need to be held accountable for the work they do, so the customer doesn’t have to walk away disappointed. If I didn’t notice this before I left, I would have to return & be inconvenienced. I am thankful to the service manager for having them rectify the situation. I certainly hope that this does not happen again & that next time I do not have to send the car back. This is a costly service that I paid for when I purchased my new Lexus & I would expect a job well done. Thank you.
