I googled "locally owned coffee shop" when I woke up this morning, and Café Immortalle came up. It was the best Sunday decision I've ever made. This peaceful café is a hidden treasure. The environment was very warm, pleasant, and welcoming when I first went in, and the greatest thing is that the coffee is incredibly delicious, and all of their cuisine is excellent. I'll be frequenting this family-owned shop; the proprietor, Norman, is a very kind guy who produces excellent coffee. I tried the Mexican mocha, and it was fantastic.

Lovely shop that sources ingredients locally, with a warm, eclectic decor in a cozy setting with only around 6 tables inside. Personal favorites are the Salmon sandwich and the cortado (pictured). A nice place to have a drink and a conversation with a friend, or just grab a quick bite to eat.

Upon entering, you are greeted by calming French music and unique / quirky decor. The place definitely lives up to all the hype. The drinks are freshly made , and flavorful. I enjoyed my sugar free hazelnut latte w almond milk and spam musubi. The spam musubi was made to order and had egg added to it, which I loved. There are also other Filipino food options that you can try on the weekend. The owner was super friendly and easy to talk to. I look forward to coming back many times in the future !

I decided to give this cafe a try this morning. I’ve never been to the part of Troy it’s located in. I ordered the hazelnut latte which was prepared with latte art, much appreciated! It was boiling hot and a bit frothy. The tomato & basil avocado toastettes were served on crisp toasties and were pretty good. I’ll probably try something else next time I’m in though. I also got a chocolate chip cookie warmed up which was very rich and chocolatey, love the soft texture. Miguel was very attentive and helpful with the menu options! He personally brought everything I ordered to my table and made sure I knew if I needed anything else to go straight to him. Service like this isn’t easy to come by in cafes! The atmosphere is very rustic and diverse. Plenty of nic-nacs from all over and some greenery. There’s 15-20 seating options. I’d probably stop by again!

Some of the best coffee in Oakland County, Michigan. One of my favorite cafes! The staff is very kind. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. My drink of choice is a decaf sugar-free vanilla latte made with nondairy (oat or coconut) milk, iced or hot. The tea they offer is also delicious!

Favorite local shop in the area. The kindest staff. Great quality product. The setting and atmosphere is calm and enchanting at the same time. Hope to come back again soon.

Quaint but hip little coffee shop that opened up right around spring 2020 and, through a great product and service, managed to weather the Covid storm to prosper today. If you're in the area, skip the coffee establishment originally from Seattle and instead support local!

I missed the feel of my old hometown hole in the wall coffee shop, the intimate vibe where people know you, and it’s cozy. The food is amazing, coffee outstanding, but what really shines is the welcoming presence and people as soon as you walk in the door. This should be your go to study place or hang out spot, any coffee lovers dream!

I love Cafe Immortelle. It’s such a cute coffee shop. They have great coffee and the employees are friendly. They have oat milk and almond milk options. I would recommend stopping in if you’re around in Troy.

Came here twice in one weekend because it was such a nice experience. I ordered avocado toast the first time and everything was very fresh. The employees were all friendly and happy to explain the menu. The drinks are high quality, they use great suppliers and there’s genuine passion behind what they do. The music is pleasant and great for studying. I plan on coming here a lot more. It’s such a sweet environment and the prices for the quality of drinks is great.

I LOVE this place!! Best Iced Mocha I have had in a long time!! My husband was also impressed with his vanilla iced chai latte. Super cute inside with a selection of interesting sandwiches. Definitely worth the trip if you are ever in Troy, Michigan! ☕

Their salmon croissant sandwich is great. Their iced coffee was slightly better than average, sweet enough but not the extremely sweet kind that leaves your mouth tasting sour. I also tried their Thai bubble tea, it was good, also not unbearably sweet. The service was very good & their wifi worked well.

One of the best iced oat lattes I’ve had in my entire life. I will be driving back from chicago for that AND the salmon croissant sandwich wow. There was only one person working the Tuesday morning I was there but they were on top of it — making drinks, sandwiches, taking orders, and serving people. They also have handmade greeting cards!

This place is a delight. Wanted a cup of caffeination off the beaten path and found this place nestled into a scrappy strip center. The vibes are extremely chill. It reminds me of the great indie coffee places I used to go to. The drink menu is solid and the food was delicious! I got the smoked salmon croissant sandwich to go and IT WAS SO GOOD. Plenty of perfect veggies, the salmon was tasty (I think it was sockeye)... and I found at the bottom of my bag a vanilla sandwich cookie wrapped up in a piece of wax paper! How sweet! Seriously I hope these folks continue to do well so they'll need a bigger space. A+. Cannot wait to go back.

This place is a gem. I had the tomato basil Avocado Toast and it is a MUST TRY. It was so fresh and so delicious. I also had an iced Rooibos tea with milk and honey and I loved it.
