After having a monthly pass for about 20 days I wanted to leave my review. We have interacted with the employees and owner and no kidding, they are consistently way above average. The single most important thing we wanted to share is how you can see your little ones basically anywhere you sit. Fellow customers have been surprisingly respectful and friendly to each other. The music playing is upbeat and tasteful. The facilities are clean and maintained. It is like the '90's McDonald's PlayPlace but cleaner, safer, and welcoming. The suggestion I would have is for the employees to have a tip jar so some of us can anonymously leave extra for these great employees.

These "Kidz" do more action sports in a week than you will in your entire lifetime, and now they have an entire graffitied-up warehouse dedicated to their "sport." I bet they have houses in Paris, New York, and Vail, each with 70 inch plasma screens! You think you're funny? Call me a Ninja Kid one more time.

Very impressed with all the new updates. It has become a place for all kids to have fun. Service is top-notch. Pleasantly surprised when atlas came around and offered us waters as we waited and watched our children.

We had so much fun! We came on a day when most kids were in school and had so many fun things to do. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a perfect place to bring kids of all ages… I have six kids age 15 to 5 and there were plenty of obstacles for everyone. It’s fun to do more than just jump… there were competition activities for the older kids and staff were awesome about teaching my kids how to do the trapeze without slipping off. And it is very clean. We had a great experience.

My daughter loves this place! She loves it even more since it’s become Ninja Kidz. The facility is very clean. The staff is kind, accommodating, and efficient. I highly recommend the monthly subscription to save $$$. This is my go-to to get my daughter off her tablet and out doing something healthy and fun!

This is a great place for both kids and adults! Great pricing especially for the weekend, and make sure you check out the deals available. Kedar B., the manager, was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the birthday shout-out to my sister in law! 🤪

We love this place! The membership makes it affordable to come a few times a month and my kids get all their energy out. Thomas and other staff members are friendly and check in with us about our experience each time we visit.

Took my daughter who is a massive fan of the Ninja Kids, which she is only 4. She has so much fun! The park is the best one I have ever been to. Sometimes the other places and places like it are kinda smallish and not much to do besides just jump around. There are so many things to do for all ages!! She keeps asking when we can go back like every day! Thanks Ninja Kids for bringing the fun so close to home!

The website is sooo misleading. Use my pics for example. The Guppy play area is run down and smells bad. Most of the trampoline areas were closed. For $20 a person, not worth it. Or if you’re going to close down the majority of the stuff, at least discount it. Would definitely not recommend.

We love the Ninja Kidz Action Park! I upgraded to the VIP membership because it’s out 3rd time coming this week! So many cool things for the kids to do and they love it! Not to mention my 2 little girls are obsessed with the Ninja Kidz! They did a great job with this place!

Such a blast!! Super chill. We do Miss some of the old stuff but we are happy to be members and have a place to get the wiggles out when it gets colder. Still exploring the remodel! We are getting a bit bored of the same songs every time. Lockers would be nice!

This place is so much fun! I didn’t think the membership would be worth it at first, but it definitely is—the pricing is pretty cheap for what you get. The environment of the place was super fun, and also pretty well kept and clean (which is saying something when it’s a place where kids are running around sweaty and without shoes). The workers were super nice to us and helpful, especially towards the kids, which is always nice to see. Highly recommend coming here for a good time!

Staff is so helpful - miss Atlas never passed but what she checked on our experience. My niece and nephews would come everyday if they could. Never did get the guest wi-go password to work, but no biggy.

We love this place! It is a fun and easy way to get the kids out, and I absolutely appreciate the affordable monthly membership. Everyone we have interacted with here has been friendly and helpful- including the owner. I love how they seem to genuinely care that it’s a good experience for parents and kids. My kids are SO excited for the Ninja Kids Grand Opening next month- I think it will be an awesome change from the Labyrinth that was here before. We can’t wait!!

We love Airborne! The new ownership has made a noticeable difference…and we loved Abby and Rachel - they interacted with the kids and chatted with the adults while keeping an eye on everyone. We can’t wait for the new updates coming in the next month or so!

This place is good but does not have adequate activities to keep kids engaged for more than an hour. The staff is very friendly and there is staff who help kids with various activities inside of the trampoline park. I noted there were some things like ninja kids and others which were not operational or running there.

It’s hard to write this review for this man, let alone give him 5 stars. I’m bald and he has the greatest set of blond curly hair I have even seen on a human. His service was impeccable and now my wife holds me to the same standard as this man. He has made my life a living hell because of how incredible he is. My wife know longer looks at me the same way before this perfect specimen walked into our lives. I’m full of jealousy and anger but I can’t deny his natural beauty, perfectly shaped body and that hair. I will be back with my kids but I will never let my wife set foot in this establishment again while he’s employed there.

Super clean and fun place. Staff was awesome. It was my first time here with my two kiddos but Dillon made the process so smooth and enjoyable it made it feel like I had been going here for years. Kudos to you Dillon thanks a lot.

Big family review... we have 5 kids and jumped for 2 hours on a Monday afternoon. This was expensive (which we expected) but still surprises me. $130 to jump plus $21 socks ($3 per pair). The kids had fun. Clean and well kept. No bad smells, friendly staff. The park had variety but felt smallish. No 45 degree tramps around the edges. No dodgeball. And stiff feeling tramps. One area had 4 super bouncy tramps but stiffer rules. A fun time! But once was enough. Locals can buy passes which might make it worth it. I took thorough pics of everything, Including rules so you see/know exactly what to expect. There is a great play area for kids under 51". For reference our 7 year old is 49" and our 9 year old is 52". So the play area is probably suited for 8 and under.

These guys are so great! We have come to this location for over 2 years and my kids love it! The staff is super friendly (Nathan is awesome!!) They make you feel welcome and have even gone as far to play with my kids when there aren’t many kids there! We love it.

Airborne Trampoline is awesome! My son had his 10th birthday here and the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. They set up a very nice party room and checked on us often to make sure our needs were met. All the employees emphasize safety and are posted everywhere to assure the safety of the kids. Shout out to Brandon and Kyle who were extra helpful to our group!!

First time visiting Airborne South Jordan was in April, during spring break! We were pleasantly surprised by the space and the activities offered! We have younger boys (7&4) and there’s a dedicated space for kids under 51”, which is nice to prevent any accidents with the bigger kids. They have staffing throughout the facility maintaining safety between participants and monitoring spaces with higher traffic. The staff is VERY patient with the kids as they learn to play actively but nicely in an area that is prone to injury. One staff member Josh would walk through the facility ensuring our visit was enjoyable and meeting expectations! He’d do this as he monitored the floor with other chaperoning parents. During our first visit I recognized how often staff members would sanitize touch points, railings, seats, mats and common areas. I watched designated staff do this for the entire 2 hours we stayed! Immediately decided to purchase a membership for our kids! We were able to revisit the next day with a few staff members remembering us from the day before!! Amazing to have employees that enjoy what they do and where! Fair pricing and benefits for our memberships ( all can be found online) they are clear and detailed when enrolling, thorough and patient! We look forward to making use of our membership at the District with our kids!

It was great! I’m 13 and my friends and I went over to the Airborne in South Jordan at The District. They were going to close in about 45 minutes, so since they were closing up soon, we were gonna ask them if we could jump for free if we gave them a 5 Star review. They said “sure” and they were so chill about it. Their employees and workers there are very nice but can be a little strict on the rules sometimes… but overall, I love Airborne, and it’s the best place for me to work harder on my skills! Love ya Airborne!!!!!!! ;)

I gave an Estela because I couldn't give a 0! I came to talk to celebrate my son's birthday on Sunday and I asked to speak to someone who spoke Spanish and they called a girl with black hair and green eyes... She saw that I spoke Portuguese and complained to another employee that I didn't speak Spanish but Portuguese (even though I said she could speak in Spanish which I understood) and only answered one question and told me to wait next to her while she attended the queue, she spent more than an hour with the people who were, believe me, after me! !! When I asked why she had told me to wait and had gone to assist people who were there after my arrival, she simply ignored me and kept talking to other employees who arrived and simply did nothing!!!! If there was a manager among this team, I would be impressed that not even the manager has respect for customers and does absolutely nothing! I waited for so long that I'm here quietly writing this review while I'm completely ignored by everyone... What a shame! My children asked me why so many people came and went and we were simply ignored and humiliated! Get out of there now, I left and no one even approached me saying they would help me, I feel completely humiliated with my children!!!! A team that was supposed to serve customers with children simply ENDED all our excitement about having our birthday party here!!!!!

The different age areas are great for my family so everyone has somewhere to go and I can still keep an eye on them. The employees are very nice and helpful. I have run into Bryce (employee) couple of times there and he always goes above and beyond. Such a fun place.

After coming to Airborne in South Jordan a couple times…my kids were hooked. We bought a membership and now we are here a couple times a week. The kids love jumping around at Airborne and there is always a staff member nearby to ensure safety. As a family, we love adventuring in the Labyrinth rooms. The staff is fantastic! Nathan greets customers at the door and is always willing to do anything to make our experience better. The facility is clean and there is a great sitting area for me to pull out my laptop and get some work done while the kids are playing.

Holy moly this place sucks!! Half the equipment is closed because they are under staffed and the other ones either have a height requirement or are full of kids. It's hella expensive and barely anything fun to play on. Not enough trampolines. Also, instead of foam pit they have th see plastic things over the foam and there's huge gaps between the pad and the wall so kids are getting stuck in them and it's pretty dangerous. I'll post a pic! I'm definitely going to Altitude at Jordan Landing next time, they are WAY better/bigger.

I loved it! Great experience!!! Had more video than photos to share. It was amazing and fun!!! And the staff is super good with the kids. And interactive during your visit if you choose to converse with them. It was so personable and a great human connection experience after the 2020-2023 social freeze. If there were 10 stars I'd vote 10/10!!!

The Labyrinth reality games are incredible! Totally worth a family day. A great mix of physical puzzles and mental puzzles. The place had great employees and did not smell bad. Was very fun, and is so big that you will need multiple trips to finish the all. Lots to choose from.

Airborne is kids heaven. My son loves jumping and the escape rooms. I has an active subscription for more than 3 months now. Must visit places for kids! The front desk people are polite.

Threw my son’s birthday party here. Had a great experience. Everyone liked the in house pizza too. We have a pass and come regularly. Some areas for improvement are cleanliness and having staff help rotate people out in the launchpad area so there aren’t long lines of kids just waiting to jump and kids get more equal amounts of play.

My kids had a great time at this indoor trampoline park. Lots of fun things to do. My kids are 6-13 and they all enjoyed it. Isaac was very helpful.

  • 4/5 A6_fam 1 year ago on Google
Its alright. It has a small section of almost everything. We traveled from Layton and I wouldn't do that again. However we want to give all the trampoline places a try so it was cool in that regard.

  • 4/5 Daniela V. 8 months ago on Google
The kids had fun and the service was great. The downfall was that it was under construction so activities seemed limited. It was also hot a stuffy, indicating their was something wrong with the a/c, likely due to construction. I give 4 stars because it's under new ownership, hence the construction, and I'm sure it'll be a 5-star activity center once all is complete.
