We absolutely loved this resort. The rooms were nice beside not having a microwave in it. The skyline was fantastic for getting to the other resort and Epcot. My daughter loved the experience. The food was not the best. Nothing to write home about, over priced and average tasting. The unlimited cup purchase was definitely worth it. You can use that cup Everywhere! The pools were very nice and most of the staff was very accommodating. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The luggage men/ bellhops were the worst! Fernando was pleasant and very helpful he made my check in a good experience. He was unfortunately being taken advantage of by the other luggage guys. As he finished one job they called him to do another while they sat back doing nothing. They had that poor man doing all the work while they orders him around. I did report this to management.

The grounds are really nice and the food is pretty good, but the rooms are small. The room is smaller than I anticipated, but the room size is manageable for 2 people. However, I can not imagine 4 people would fit in this space comfortably. Overall, the resort is a nice place to stay, especially if you have young children.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our 2 year old, after visiting St Augustine Beach. The hotel was much better than I even expected! It was super clean and having the Murphy bed was a huge help for the times we ate inside our room. The food court and gift shop had lots of options. Every staff member we encountered was super helpful. We loved the pool and the fun vibe. I would highly recommend to any small families. We loved it so much we changed our upcoming trip from staying at the Polynesian to here bc we really love the upbeat vibes and it has everything we need for our small family.

The staffs is super awesome each and every one. There was some challenges with the room but the staff make sure to make us feel good and accommodate us to our needs. We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make sure we are pleased! Thanks to everyone that made it possible and make sure we are happy with our stay. I’m sure if it would off be another hotel they wouldn’t do such a great job. Thank you to all for all your hard work.

We had 2 adjoining rooms. Yes, the rooms are a little smaller than your average hotel room, but Disney makes great use of the space. They provided everything that we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable. The cast/staff members are friendly and extremely helpful. Food court/restaurant was reasonably priced and extremely convenient. Absolutely loved the convenience of the skylines. Highly recommend and would definitely book a room here again.

Cute resort, but it definitely lives up to its name of being a "value" resort. Almost all the rooms have queen sized beds... even if you booked over a year in advance asking for a king size bed because it's your honeymoon. To our surprise, the rooms did not have microwaves so we had to go all the way down to the food court to use a microwave when it's 10pm at night and you want to eat your leftover Mac and cheese from your dining reservation. Definitely family friendly... almost a little too much. We were kept up every night by the screaming children next door to us, and awakened early every morning by children screaming and running down the hallway multiple times right outside our room for over an hour. The rooms are also very small, but its the cheapest resort st disney so we got what we paid for. Front desk is helpful and nice. Food court is alright. Has a little gift shop. Access to bus stations, and the skyliner.

First stay at Pop Century and it was great. The Skyliner link was fantastic. The remaining bus links were also quite frequent. One negative, the walls between rooms were quite thin and I could hear my neighbours kids a lot which was not so good, but the bed was comfy and I liked that you could make tea and coffee in the room, plus having a fridge and ice bucket was useful. I also enjoyed all the giant sculptures of things from years gone by. I had a good laugh at someone who didn't know what a floppy disk was. Food from the Food Court was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. Great arcade for the kids for chill out days. I would stay at this resort again, but might look at upgrading to the preferred rooms as they are more central to the facilities.

From the workers to the scenery everything is beautiful. Great service, lovely, spacious rooms, and fun activities to do on the resort; swimming in cool pools, arcade, sit down area good for both kids and adults, gift shops, and let's not forget the incredible food court. So many choices to choose from, tremendous portion sizes, and a friendly smile on the workers. Pop Century is a great resort, I highly recommend it!

Service: Service was fantastic. Everyone made us feel very welcome especially the Spanish speakers. Basically all the cast members greeted my daughter with a, "high princess!" And of course my daughter that it was the best thing! Rooms: Overall, the rooms were great. wish there was a little more space to walk around the beds, but overall exactly what we needed. Had a small fridge. Plenty of space in the restroom. Plenty of places to hang/ store our clothes. I paid extra for a preferred room and it was worth every penny because the location was convenient, especially after a long day of walking.

Had family come down for Father’s Day weekend and got a decent price on a room. This is a basically a replica of Disney’s Art of Animation. For some reason, we liked this hotel better. This is another one of Disney’s “value” hotels, so there’s no table service restaurants on property. But you can order food off property if you don’t want their quick service. They have 3 pools on property and don’t get a room by the main one cause it was really noisy throughout the night. The front desk cast members were really helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping here is great as well in our opinion. The location is the best because there’s the Skyliner, giving you quick access to the parks. For what we paid and what we got we’d stay again. If you’re looking for a more upscale room, you’ll be disappointed. But this hotel was exactly what we were looking for and expecting. Clean room, great service, great location, enjoyed our stay.

If you are considering a stay at one of Disney World's value resorts look no further than Pop Century. We were hesitant when we first visited here but it is now one of our go to resorts. The rooms are recently remodeled and very nice, the showers are superior to many deluxe resorts I've stayed in (though I don't know if these have changed in the last few years). I will say the rooms are small and I think it would be difficult for a family of 4 or 4 adults to comfortably stay in one. The food court is fine, nothing special but just what you need before or after a long day in the parks. Being connected to the skyliner is a big game changer. This is a 1000x better than relying on bus transportation to go anywhere. The one thing that I think is the really big downgrade is the pools, they are quite lame compared to moderate or deluxe resort pools, so if the pool is a big draw for you you may want to look elsewhere. Bottom line is this is a great on property Disney resort, don't let the fact that it is a value deter you from staying here!

I have stayed here at least 8 times. I would give it 5 stars, but every time, my room seems to be in the most far away building on the 4th floor. I supposed it's because I get the cheapest room available? But I'm barely in my room so I'm not going to pay to be closer to the main building. What's an extra 300 steps. It's always clean, the Maid comes every 2 days, they left my Husband balloons, a card and a birthday pin which was a pleasant surprise and the sky liner is super convenient.

We stayed here 2 times. The rooms were small but very clean. Small rooms didn't really bother us because we spent most of the time at the parks and only came back to sleep at night. Friendly staff with good service. Affordable price. I would recommend.

1st time staying here with my wife and a couple friends. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again. The only thing that is a negative for me is that all of the buildings are pretty spread out compared to some other resorts we've stayed at. Being that it was our 1st time staying there, it was a bit confusing to find our building and then our room. By the 3rd day I had a better understanding of how the resort was laid out but all in all everything was pretty good for the lower budget end of resorts. I do also wish they had a few more different food options but overall it was tasty and a clean resort. Just for reference we stayed in the red buildings which I believe is the 80's themed buildings.

They recently did a complete room refresh, and they are much, much better than a few years ago. This is definitely one of the best value resorts of them all at this point. No microwaves in room, and there is, literally, only one microwave in the resort which is located on the far side of the cafeteria building. So if you want to warm up leftovers, you can. Like other Disney attractions, You may have to queue for a little while though, ;-) no lightning lanes.

Definitely worth every penny. Not as expensive as all the other resorts but if you plan on literally only sleeping and showering in your room this is for you! It served exactly what my husband and I where looking for. -Comfortable beds -Clean -We opted out of the maid service but they where very quick and kind when we needed towels. -Convenient location - Lots of different options for going to the parks - The quick serve food at the front was always hot and fresh. Everything we ordered for either breakfast or diner was really good. - There is a bar right outside the front building that had amazing drinks - Everyone was super nice and accommodating - Super convenient for people who need wheelchairs or ECVs - Pools are super clean with Lifeguards - Laundry room available 100/10 would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the most affordable Disney hotels so I was skeptical, but it was great! It’s a fairly big resort with easy access to the parks (bus or chair lift). The room was small but modern and the beds were comfortable. The food was cafeteria style but good!

Rooms are small but well appointed. The throwback decor around the resort is well done. But we've never experienced sewage smell before in a hotel room. It would come and go periodically. We didn't spend much time in the room but would not go back.

Stayed 6 days 5 nights. Had 3 rooms, as it was 12 of us. My family had a great time. All of the cast members were nice and helpful. I asked for a microwave and they brought one without hesitation. Pools were nice!! Kitchen was nice!! Had different variety to eat from. I was nervous because I had read on here how “old” the rooms were. And how “paper thin” the walls were But they were awesome. Had no issues. Shuttles and the skyline were very convenient too!! 10/10 recommend.

My favorite value resort on Disney property. Service is great and the amenities are nice. The beds are a little soft for my liking, but comfortable and the rooms are clean. The rooms were updated a few years ago so they feel new. The dining is a great value, especially if you buy a souvenir cup. You can refill it for free during your stay for around $20 total. The dining has a couple good vegan and vegetarian options as well.

We asked for a preferred room and got a room in the back not so close to pool or transportation. The rooms are small but nice. The room service is every other day for towels. Which I had called daily for towels due to the soupy weather we were showering more than once a day. They don't even come in to empty garbage or place towels on racks or make the beds. When you ask for towels, they put the towels on the bed closest to the door for you to do what you want with them. Pop century is great for nostalgia and priced right but I think next time I'll step it up to a little bit better hotel.

Very clean rooms and property. Great location. Enjoyed the walking path around the lake. Couldn't find any luggage carts but I believe you could arrange to have someone take your bags to your room. Would stay again.

Great convenient resort with plenty of space in the rooms. Two queen beds and one of the lower rates on Disney property. Cast members and all staff were very nice and helpful! Kids activities at the pool are so much fun, they wanted to compete in them all the days we were there! Good court it good but can do with some extra menu items and sometimes for registers open.

We stayed here for 6 nights and stayed in a standard room! (The preferred were completely booked). It was a bit more of a walk than what we are used to but the grounds are kept extremely clean and it’s honestly a very pretty walk to the main area! When the room was cleaned it was impeccable - and the rooms felt very new and spacious. A great value for families!

I have taken my kids here a handful of times, and we keep coming back because we enjoy it so much! Larger than life layout, we love to roam the grounds and enjoy looking back at the last century, Disney style. The rooms are NOT spacious, but with so much for everyone to do, we don't spend too much time in the room. Very clean, enough room to not go insane. Every single employee at this resort is so kind and helpful! There are several pool options, with a huge main pool and small pools and splash pads. The arcade and playground make it even better! We will absolutely be back!

Rooms were small, but we never spent much time in them only to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. Very low water pressure, and the sinks never drained very well. It would be great if the fridge was bigger. Not much to do at the resort, I only eat sleep and swim. The location was great of park hopping. Only a bus or skylines ride a way.

Our family stayed here for our first Disney vacation. Very clean rooms, friendly staff who were all very helpful. Food court was good with a lot of variety! Close to the sky liner and never waited long for a bus. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The resort was fun and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Customer service actually seemed like a five star experience. The pool was a fun experience and if you have kids they have plenty of activities in the pool to keep them busy. Trust me it’s a great way to unwind after a long day of walking. The shuttle service to the parks is fast and efficient. The food in the cafeteria is actually good too! Prices for the room wasn’t bad considering where you are staying. I expected it to be higher when I made the reservation. The only downside is it is busy, but hey it is Disney. Even with it being busy they do such a good job of keeping people moving you honestly don’t notice it that much.

The rooms are very spacious and nice. We were there during Hurricane Ian and everyone was very polite and helpful. They handled everything better then expected. Was there times when you had to wait in line to talk to Customer Service? Yes but we were in the middle of a Hurricane people coming and going, unexpected change of schedules, etc. We were in good spirits even being stuck at the resort for 2 days out of 4.

My room was small but cozy enough for a single person. It was mostly clean but there was a non clean stained washcloth treated as clean. Room amenities were minimal, the television lacked the on demand services and additional comfort of the equivalent room at the biggest competitor across town. Disney's prices continue to grow out of control for food and drink (>$3 for a banana). I stayed in the 70's section. The property is cute, and I love the oversized items that adorn it. There are neat pieces of trivia throughout. If I go there again I'd like to do the walking trail and the arcade, I ran out of time this trip. As far as access to the parks, the skyline is insanely convenient. The bus to Animal Kingdom was quick.
