    Amazing dealership! My service adviser Jasmine Young worked so hard to help me with my serious service situation. If you can get the best service plan you can budget, platinum or gold. This has really saved me. God and my Hendricks service plan allowed me to continue my life and business. I had a near vehicle ending repair and they helped me. Thank you. 🙏😇

    I had just got into a wreck a week before I met this awesome team. I was dealing with several dealers that made me super stressed and overwhelmed with choosing a vehicle and a price that worked for me. After a week of car shopping I found Hendrick Honda Bradenton online, I saw a super nice car at a great price and decided to submit an application. The following morning a representative by the name of Melissa reached out to me. She was so kind, knowledgeable and not pushy like the other guys I’ve been dealing with. She actually went out to the lot and took some extra photos of the car I liked just to make sure i really loved the car before I headed out there to see it. I can truly say these guys are awesome. I loved the car, got a great deal and I was in and out of there pretty fast. Very easy car shopping experience. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

    I went to Hendrick Honda to resume my new car hunt after having a very negative experience with a nearby Toyota dealership. I wasn’t going to purchase a new car same day, but was so impressed with their amazing service and attention, that I ended up buying a new CRV Hybrid Sport within an hour! Michal Knight was so informative, answered all my questions and an absolute pleasure to work with! Stephen (the money guy) was also extremely nice and went over all my finance options! LOVE my new car! Thank you Hendrick Honda!!!!

    I have experienced nothing but exceptional and professional service from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. I have had all my service done as well as made every purchase here since 1990. Tammy, my service advisor is the best whether it’s to ensure repairs are done properly or letting me know what I may need in the future. The prices for service are reasonable and the technicians are excellent. I have yet to have a visit where I am less than 100% satisfied. The operation is top notch whether it’s to purchase a new vehicle or receive service. Everyone within the dealership is professional, friendly and the place is clean and efficient. Best choice I ever made was to purchase a Honda and this dealership is the best.

    I've had a great experience with the team at Hendrick Honda in Bradenton, FL. I didn't intend on buying a new car but they had a vehicle I was interested in, and they showed me great customer service, worked with me on pricing. Melissa is awesome, and since I live in Georgia has helped me with tag issues after I bought my new car two months ago. Definitely bringing my car back for it's first service with them since I will be back in Bradenton for the holidays. Buy your cars from here!

    Service was great!! Kerry did an awesome job. She stayed late to take care of us. Went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and also contacted our local Honda dealer in Illinois and told them what parts to order. ( we weren’t going to be in Florida long enough to get parts in). Thanks Kerry at Hendrick Honda!! Great job!!!

    I brought 2 vehicles in for service with appointments. Both for oil change and tire rotation. After 2 1/2 hours when I was at checkout they decided to tell me they couldn't rotate the tires because my wheel lock key was stripped. First of all, I know for a fact it wasn't when I brought the vehicle in. And why did they wait to tell me instead of calling me if they "discovered it that way." They clearly ruined my wheel lock key and didn't take responsibility. They claim to not carry that Size key when it's used for both Honda and Acura vehicles. It gets worse! They charged me for tire rotation on my second vehicle. But didn't rotate those either!! I have different brand tires on that vehicle and tires were exactly in same spot as when I dropped it off. It gets even worse! Both vehicles use the exact same wheel lock key. And guess what?? They stripped the key for that vehicle too!! They charged me for rotation and ruined both keys. No tires were rotated. I will never be back. Service claims they rotated tires on one and blame the last place for the damage. I know they ruined the keys. We are meticulous, and know what our locks looked like before bringing the vehicles in. Hendrick Honda cannot be trusted.

    The best experience buying a vehicle that you will ever have! All the personnel were excellent, experienced and kind. They worked with me and my wife to get us the best deal they were honest and thorough with every detail during the process. More than a vehicle they make you feel that you become part of their family. Their warranty for services is amazing as well. Anyone in need should definitely give them a call. Will definitely go back to get another one when the need arises. A warm thank you to Marc and his manager, give them the chance, trust and believe they'll work with your case. 100% recommend them.

    The team at Hendrick Honda was a pleasure to work with on our recent car purchase. A special shout out to Michael Knight who made the process easy and fun. He was very informative and no pressure. We got a great price and the whole process was complete in less than 2 hours (including the test drive). Well done!

    Great service! My 21 year-old Honda Civic and it’s A/C is like a brand new car after the service. Amazing! Ashton is a gem. She was more than thorough at understanding my car’s issues, as well as helping me to understand them. I have always had wonderful service at Hendrick Honda over the 30 plus years of using this dealership.

    I have been taking my car in for services since 2010. When I took it in on this past Friday it needed some work and I was told at first it would probably have to stay until Tuesday because of the parts needed, however, once again they took great care of me, the next day my car was fixed and ready for pickup. Truly appreciated the professionalism from Shawn and always Ray!!!! Honda has a great team in the service department and I have always been grateful for them! Thank you once again!! Job well done!!👍🏼

    Melissa was our salesgirl! She was kind and not pushy. She was the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She was honest and gave me the exact out the door price with no scams like most dealerships do! She and her manager worked with my budget and were both so accommodating. Every time something changed during my decision making process they gave me a new OTD printout. Also the warranty gentleman was honest and not pushy. This is very appreciated. I will highly recommend Melissa and Hendrick Honda to my friends and relatives. Great experience!!!

    This location is 100% the same location that physically assaulted and falsely imprisoned a kid doing a video because they can't recognize what is or isn't their own inventory or manage to keep their tempers in check and would rather attack someone instead. Obviously, Honda Motor Co., Ltd should be looking at and reviewing these employees behavior and assessing how MANAGEMENT handled the situation. But, I can still see how they can try to deny such wrong-doing despite initiating physical assault.

    Nick provided an outstanding customer service experience. The battery died on our Honda Pilot. Nick’s positive attitude over the phone was obvious and he helped us out in a time of need, helping a stranded motorist! You can tell this is someone who enjoys his job. That is how you retain customers. Someone give him a raise please.

    Another Honda dealership put a bad taste in my mouth for all Honda dealerships. I brought my car in for service here and Joey S was my advisor. He was very pleasant, thorough, and kept me updated throughout the whole experience. His customer service skills were the best I’ve received from anywhere. I was there longer than anticipated but he continuously updated me and ensured I was okay. He is an angel!

    I am a long time customer of Hendrick Honda of Bradenton, this past week I went in for my routine oil change and was promptly greeted from the service department. Matt and Joey handled my paperwork to minimize my wait time during a busy Friday afternoon. Joey was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my oil change, explaining other services I may need in the future. Both Joey and Matt were very knowledgeable, professional and provided exceptional service. I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism displayed every visit to Honda.

    Exceptional experience as always. They got me in fast to address an issue that could have left me stranded somewhere. I have had several vehicles serviced/repaired at this location and I have never felt pressured to buy something that wasn’t necessary. They take the time to educate me on things to be aware of for preventative measures. I highly recommend this location for many reasons!

    Hands-down the best automotive service experience ever at a dealership. I have a highly competent neighborhood shop I could use, but I choose Hendrick because of the customer service, Honda expertise and fair dealing. Tammy is my awesome service advisor. Always great service from Ed in the detailing department, and his master detailer, Matt.

    Reviewing only the service department. Nick was my service staff and he was awesome. Really nice guy, took my coupon from another Honda dealer for oil change and they handled my start stop update recall on my Passport super fast. Everything was done in an hour. Friendly and knowledge. Not pushy, gave me recommendations and was honest. Def would come here again. Thanks Nick!

    Had fast reliable care and Tammy H. went the extra mile when we needed to find a tire for my car. There was none in the shop but Tammy called around and found one. My flat tire was off and replaced by the afternoon. I was able to get my car back with minimum disruption to my day and drive confidently knowing we had a new tire. Thanks Tammy, Thanks Hendrick Honda! That's what I call quality service.

    This is how a car buying experience should be! I was referred to salesman Pernell Engram who is amazing to work with. Pernell is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront. A truly nice guy. I ended up coming back and buying another car this week and the experience was just as great. No BS here with the “back and forth” game. They give you their best price and you’re in and out quick. Shout out to Sales manager Robert who I have worked with on my purchases over the last 2 months. Another nice, upfront guy who makes the buying experience easy. Thanks Hendrick!

    11:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was promptly met upon arrival. Service adviser Tammy was fantastic. Service took about 1 hour. Tammy advised everything was good. She told me engine air filter would probably have to be changed at next service. Have never had a problem nor have they ever tried to sell anything I didn't need.

    Absolutely the best buying experience so far! I live in South FL and drove 200 miles because Robert, Melissa, Brian and the entire team made our car buying process seamless and straightforward. From the beginning the pricing and terms were fair and reasonable. They honored the trade in value of our car as well. In sum, we were in and out in less than 2 hours with our brand new CR-V. We are recommending them to all of our friends as well Will buy all of our Hondas going forward with this dealership because they have an outstanding team. Thanks and we appreciate you!

    Well had an absolutely wonderful vehicle purchasing experience at Hendrick Honda Bradenton. The last stop on an otherwise disappointing day of car shopping turned out to be the right one! We could have saved a lot of time if we had gone there first. Our salesman, Matt, was able to steer us to the perfect vehicle for our needs and then was miraculously able to find one in exactly the color and model we wanted! A couple of days later we were back to pick up our beautiful new vehicle and it was another great experience. Matt walked us through all the paperwork and gave us a tour of the service department, then we met with Steve in the finance department to sign the contract and go over all the warranty options. He also could not have been nicer or more helpful. Then Matt got all our insurance set up for us and went over the operation of the vehicle and set up our phones with the car system and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I have to say that I am completely happy with the entire transaction and am even looking forward to coming back to the service department! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

    From start to finish, most everything was painless, and this is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. When I asked for a breakdown of fees to expect before I arrived at the dealership, I was given it. I was calling and emailing multiple dealers before this, and no others were willing to be transparent. The test drive was easy, information was abundant, and even financing was painless. Normally I immediately refinance when going through a dealership, but I was given a better rate than I expected, so I'll be keeping the loan where it is. The only snag during the buying process was my trade in; I had a 20yr old farm vehicle that was given a very low trade in offer, so I left the dealership that day and sold it myself. I was not pressured or talked down to when I told them I'd be leaving without purchase, and I was so impressed by their attitude that I returned that next week and went through with buying my vehicle. During a time when there are shortages and most dealerships are being greedy and adding 'market adjustments' just because they can, this dealership didn't jump on the bandwagon. Any markups they had on vehicles were things that were a benefit to the buyer, like tint, roof racks, etc. I ended up buying used because the vehicle I fell in love with was a CPO, but I wandered their lot and didn't see anything that was exorbitantly overpriced, including new. I have already had dealings with the the service department concerning a factory warranty repair on my vehicle, and they handled everything with grace and went above and beyond for me. I went into the buying process and the service department in defense mode because of all the bad experience I've had with other dealerships, but everyone who dealt with me was extremely kind. I've never had a dealership where I would consider being a repeat customer, but if I ever need a new/used vehicle in the future, I will absolutely come here first. Thank you Melissa, my salesperson, and the rest of the team for guiding me through the entire process!

    Excellent customer service! I was greeted right away and shown the car I was interested in with all the details. After a test drive I was hooked. The sales process was easy and getting the car with a deposit and only waiting a few weeks to get a 2023 HR-V was no problem. The sales rep Matt P was awesome and made the process a breeze. I highly recommend him! Great job Honda!
