Employees were very friendly and willing to help, pleasant to speak to and very approachable, helpful in every way possible. Their baked goods were fresh, and cakes were just the right size for maybe 4 people, coffee, juices, and soft drinks. Very clean, and the background music was easy to listen to. I ordered a BLT no fries a Coke dined in. Coffee cake to go, pozole for later, oh! Chips and salsa free while dining in. No regrets. All was πŸ˜‹

Well I once went to get assistance for tattoo temoval back in the late 90s I was turned away and I never forgot that. They had said because I live in South Central LA and their services were for ELA residents and didn't belong there. Anyhow don't know about how things might have changed since then, but my memory will never forget that.

I'm a case manager for an Interim Housing Program and I contacted the main line attempting to get a flyer to provide for my clients experiencing homelessness. The staff are unprofessional, respond in rude tones, and overall unhelpful. When I finally reached someone that sounded they can help, they stated their services are word of mouth not flyers (although the other shelter I work for has a flyer from them). I will not refer my clients or anyone to this organization. Unless you want to be disrespected, I would advise to find other programs such as Project 180.

Greg told me not to come back until I was on psychological medication and received a haircut. Turns out I didn't need medication. They don't exhibit Christian values, and seem racist to me, and very unchristian. I'm feeling alot better Greg, thanks for all your help.

I dig the t-shirts, hoodies and goodies in the store and the Cafe next door. Your purchase helps support youth programs in the greater Los Angeles. Located across the street from Gold Line Station in Chinatown

My first impression of this place was that they respected my pronouns and every body didn't be rude or transphobic in any way. I look forward to being apart of homeboy industries...

The service was beyond amazing. The food was very delicious. I came here to celebrate my birthday, and the staff made it super amazing. The price was very reasonable with very generous portions.

I hate to give 2 stars because I use to really love your original coffee cake. Something is wrong. I grew up on these coffee cakes in LA county. You guys have changed the recipe or I got a bad batch. There's something missing. At first I thought it was me. My husband agreed its not the same taste. Unfortunately, I will not order anymore because it was so delicious before now it's basic like all other coffee cakes. Dang sorry!! Sad.

Friendly and prompt service. The bacon omelette with country style potatoes served with sourdough toast was delish. The red salsa complemented perfectly. The cafe de olla is a treat

Dude, been calling for days and no one ever answers the phone, the first time I showed up, you see a group outside you see groups inside talking being loud with staff, people wondering around, it kind of makes sense to why no one ever picks up……. It’s a hang out spot
