We just purchased a Mazda X5 from there. The sales consultant Elvin Pavlenko was very helpful and patient. He took a good amount of time explained the detail feature of the car and show us how to use the car. I also got some small gifts from him. The overall purchasing was great. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a new vehicle. The online sale manger Neil was also nice and let me know right away when the car is in stock. Debra also responded to my email very actively to make sure I got the info that I need.

I came in after leaving 3 other dealerships with horrible experiences. As soon as I called to ask about the availability of a Mazda I was quickly helped out with little time on hold and after finding out the car was available I made an appointment to go down and take a look. I was ready to buy but after having to haggle at 3 other dealerships with no luck on reaching a good price Elvin helped me out with the finance manager to get a great deal on my Mazda3. I filled out all the necessary information on the credit application and within a few minutes I was able to sit down with the finance manager and after a quick drop on my monthly payments I was able to get the exact car I had been looking for at a good monthly payment that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Very professional place and people. The experience I had was very easy I didn’t feel pressured to make an uncomfortable decision but instead they helped to get me at the price I wanted to be at and made me confident in the purchase I had just made.

I was so glad Elvin helped me with the purchase of my CPO 2020 Mazda 3. I have spent time with three other Mazda dealerships, and always walked away disappointed with the service and general personal interactions. Elvin stood out from the first phone call that my experience was going to be much more enjoyable. He did a great job walking me through the process and had the car ready as soon as I arrived. I decided to come here to purchase my first car after a friend had recommended this place. It couldn't have been a better experience! Had 30000 MIle Service Package. They let me come in an hr before my appointment. Very friendly staff. I really appreciate the inspection video. Was not getting a cabin filter, until I saw the video. Thought I might need brakes, but video should that it wasn't necessary yet. (that's a first for a dealership). I declined a couple of other recommended services, they did not push them on me at all.

This was my first appointment at Schwartz Mazda & I could not be happier. The Service Department was very welcoming & accommodating; the Service Manager Danielle took care of me personally & explained what was needed for my vehicle. Eric & Kenny were pleasant, I was even accompanied to my car after the visit. I will definitely be back!

Great overall experience. Sales kept in touch while I was shopping around and notified me when they had my preferred color and type of used CX-5 on the lot. Pricing is pretty close to others but the certified pre-owned guarantee and prep on the car adds a lot of value. No tricks, and Elvin handled me with respect and honesty. I've had poor experiences and expected it here but it never happened. A1 all the way. I shopped 6 dealers total. Schwartz and 1 other were worthwhile. Schwartz wins on its family business and how they treat their people. The staff reflects the great environment. Pups are welcomed here as well and I was greeted by the owners two dogs while here. New car is wonderful, got a fair trade in, got peace of mind and a smooth time in finance, where options were offered but not forced. I am a huge fan of the whole place. Pete Byrnes is the best! I was 110% set on getting a Jeep Compass but after speaking with Pete & having him show me some Mazda SUV’s I quickly changed my mind! I’m so happy with my Mazda CX-5! He even put a bow on it for my photos!Everyone at this dealership is very friendly & helpful. I had gone to a Jeep dealership a week before coming here & I noticed a BIG difference in just the overall atmosphere!
