Colorado Fondue Company is a family owned fondue restaurant that has an interesting seasonal menu and a more accessible and affordable fondue experience. The cheese and desert are both traditional fondue but the meat course is cooked on hot rocks instead of in a pot of oil! This seems healthier and also doesn’t cause that sticky oily residue everywhere like some other fondue places. Everything we’ve had here is great and the only negative is servers seem a bit over extended sometimes with big groups but that is a problem everywhere these days. Overall this is a place we are happy to drive 40 minutes to visit. We love it and can’t wait to come back.

My favorite fondue restaurant. The key is that they have good cheese fondue and dessert fondue but the meat is cooked on a hot rock. Grilling on the rock imparts a great sear on the meats and makes them nice and juicy. It's next level. Their sauce accompaniment is great I basically put the cream cheese dill on everything. Their Caesar salad has a red pepper coulis that also elevates it above a normal salad. They constantly have coupons or meal deals that make eating here not bad for a couple or family. Support your local business!

Come hungry! This place is a truly delicious and lots of fun. The atmosphere is nice they decorated for Halloween 🎃You get fondue and you cook your meat on a hot rock.

Attended recently to celebrate my wife’s birthday. At the front they have a sign where they write all of the birthday names if you ask. The Halloween decorations were very elaborate and festive. The Halloween deal that they have going is more than enough food, the entire meal was delicious - not to mention the wine special ($10 off per bottle so our bottle came out to $14). This is the best and most affordable fondue place in central Florida, if you’re picking between this and melting pot definitely pick this!

This was a last minute reservation. I was very happy that they were able to accommodate. We did, and usually do, the monthly special since it's easy, and was great as always. Timely and excellent service. Best of all, my family took care of the cooking this go around! It's a fun interactive experience which my 8yr old son absolutely loves. I recommend bringing family and friends as it's a wonderful experience where you have time to enjoy the food and delicious cocktails!

I had eaten here a decade ago and forgot what a great experience it was. We went in October and they had it decked out for Halloween! Super cool! I hear that it's decorated year round, depending on the upcoming holiday. And if there isnt one around the corner, they decorate it like a ski chalet. Im definitely gonna go before Christmas just to see the place.

Brought my partner’s here for his birthday since he is a Colorado native. The ambience made him feel at home. The staff was wonderful and attentive, walking us through the process. Finally the food was delicious, we were planning our next visit with our friends before the evening was over.

I celebrated New Year’s Eve at Colorado Fondue and it was amazing. The menu was preset for the evening, but was reasonably priced, and the amount of food was just right. We enjoyed all the meat options. The server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and constantly making sure are needs were met the entire evening without even asking.

The place was OK but dated and A/C was poor. The price was high for what we received. The fondue was tasteless and the dipping bread was stale. Cooking meat on the hot stone was a fun gimmick but they didn't season the meat and didn't provide salt and pepper so it was poor flavor. The chocolate fondue was the best part and the dipping stuff was great. Wouldn't do I twice but one time is worth it for the experience.

First time visiting and went on New Years Eve, which was a set menu. Everything was delicious that we had our only "dislike" was that they put vegetables and lemon slices on the plate with the raw meats. Yes, we cooked them but would really prefer these on a separate plate!

Awesome place!! Highly recommended. Food was delicious and you must try the 'Expert Trail'. The restaurant looks elegant and the waiter was super kind. He's the only latino there. So if you don't speak english, ask for the guy from Venezuela. I forgot his name, but he's an A+.

This is consistently a superb dining experience for my wife and myself. We go roughly once per quarter, and have never had anything less than a perfect experience. The meats are of exceedingly high quality, the servers are attentive, and the pricing is better that what you're going to find at larger national chains that do fondue/"cook at your table" experiences. I have recommended this place to literally everyone I know. It is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life.

Really cool dining experience for a great price and excellent service. Besides the regular fondue cheese, you grill your meats on a hot rock, which the server replaces every so often once it cools. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. The night isn't complete without dessert fondue and you can request extra fruit or other goodies as desired. The food was simply amazing and we will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our experience at Colorado Fondue company very much. We did the full experience : salad, cheese fondue, meats, and dessert. I always feel fondue is a little overpriced for what it is, but Colorado fondue company is on par with other fondue restaurant pricing and you are paying for the experience. I loved their cheese and dessert options. Cooking the proteins on the hot rocks was very cool and in my opinion results in better tasting meat as opposed to the oil cooking. Our server was very attentive. I enjoyed their cocktail selection and the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

Great experience for our first time. Making reservations was easy and our table was ready for us. Drove an hour band was well worth it!

Very cool little restaurant and delicious fondue. We got bruschetta jack fondue cheese and the milk chocolate fondue with the peanut butter mixed in - everything was SO good, and the meats were delicious as well! The service was great and kind, and we definitely plan on coming back.

It was tastefully decorated for Halloween. The food and service was amazing. I really like the way the rooms are laid out for individual groups to feel more comfortable.

Really cool place, great for first timers, like we were. I definitely do recommend a reservation, even on a Monday night they were booked up. Overall great customer service and great food.

Gabby was amazing and took fantastic care of us here. We had so much fun and ate so much wonderful food lol. It's too much to eat here regularly but for special occasions we'll definitely be returning. Between the 6 of us we tried the southwest caesar, the original cheddar and the Alpine Swiss fondues, the vegetarian intermediate trail, and the extreme trail, the turtle chocolate and the seasonal whiskey chocolate fondues (which was amazing! Highly recommended!). All together it was about $300 and took about 2 hours.

I had a great time at this place. I loved the Halloween decorations and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the short ribs, they were very tasty.
