When we got hit I was given a list of shops that the other driver's insurance recommended. I read many online reviews and decided on Auto Design because of the terrific way people wrote about them. It was the absolute right choice! I had an amazing experience with Auto Design. From the minute we chose this shop we were given text notifications, as well, as calls every step of the way. Jennifer was fantastic in explaining how the process would work and what to expect. She touched base about when we would be in their calendar and approximately how long the repair would take once they started. Along the way, they noted a previous repair that had been done incorrectly. They contacted my insurance company, as they had paid for the work previously, so that the previous shop could be held accountable. They also made sure by speaking with the previous adjuster that the additional charges to correct the previous bad work were not my responsibility. The car looks beautiful. It was cleaned inside as well. I can only good things about working with Jen and the staff at Auto Design!

Had a side mirror replaced wanted to do out with our insurance. The price was super affordable. The customer service was amazing. Even though we were not able to close do to the current pandemic. They did a great job. Was done when they said. Can’t even complain would highly recommend.

I brought my car here after my accident, they didn't repair it, not because they couldn't insurance wouldn't cover the costs. Despite that they were always friendly whether it was over the phone or in person. Any employee I came into contact with was helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place based on customer service alone!

This place is Fantastic! My Honda Pilot had needed body work after being involved in an accident & my car looks like new! They made the whole process of getting it repaired very easy. I don't know where to start.....I am so deeply grateful and touched by the quick, honest work and abundant kindness I received from owners Tim and Jen. I had a taillight cover pop off during a car wash and as I was driving to a mechanic to see if someone could help, I very fortunately passed by Design Auto and decided to stop in to see if maybe they could help or recommend someone or a quick fix. Jen came out, looked at it, gave me some excellent tips and then proceeded to check with her collision expert husband Tim. They told me they could do a quick fix and what I might have to do after I got to my destination - South Dakota. I am forever grateful for them for their kindness, honesty and care ❤️🙏

Referred to them after a collision through my insurance. Great repair shop, kept me informed of every step of process from parts ordering and delivery to repair schedule. Repair was done sooner than estimated and looked great! Replaced entire lift gate and rear window and it looks like new.

I brought my Lincoln in for an insurance claim. As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted and taken care of. The owner was very polite and had a lot of insight and experience on how to make my process go smoothly. I required a rental which she called and set up weeks before. I will definitely return and use this business again.

I had a poor experience with my truck after ten years of being a customer. The repair type switch up mid repair. I could tell they were not happy wasting their time on my problem. They want to chase insurance claims. They raised the price of the repair it made no sense to go ahead with it. They recommended that I don't even bother. They just flat didn't want to help me. I'd stay clear of this place.
