The manager Dennis was so helpful. I never had to leave my car to get my oil changed. The service was quick and helpful. I called another company to get some help and they recommended this place, so you know it’s quality people and quality work. High recommended!

This place was awful. It felt like we got ambushed by 3 guys. One was talking really fast in my face and the other two were under my hood before I even gave them permission or told them why we were there. It felt like they cared more about selling us something than actually helping us.

Love this location- these guys are awesome. They get you in and out and let you know exactly what you need without trying to take advantage of you. If you want honest and good quality work this is this place.

This is the best car service place in town! The old man Travis worked so hard on my car today I almost felt bad. He was down there scrubbbbbbbing!! my headlights to get them clean, he was quick with the oil change, rotated my tires and I got new windshield wipers. Everything he did he took his time with and definitely is really great at what he does. Mckell was wonderful with his customer service and friendliness and he definitely kept me feeling as comfortable as possible during my visit. I always come to this specific location, and I have always had nothing but great experiences! Please, if you’re in the area, and need your car serviced, check this place out!

The entire experience was great! I was stuck in traffic because of an accident at Goodman and Hwy 51. I needed an oil change but every place I called could not service me. I called Jiffy Lube and they were happy to have me bring my car in. Everyone was so friendly. They were all super happy and worked well together. I especially love how quick it is. There is nothing worse than having to sit and wait 2 t0 3 hours for an oil change. I will definitely use them often.

Negitive 5 stars. This place is a Scam. I called ask how much for a oil change , was told $79.00 for Synthetic oil, I showed up to get oil change, I also have a $20 off coupon. Now price should be $59, A nice price. Then I get the bill they raised the price to $99 plus a $20 oil disposal fee on top and $6 taxes , They did take off the coupon. Do not Use this place .

The guys here are wonderful and super friendly if you need your oil changed i highly recommend going to see these guys. They are the best.

Usually I would not post a bad review, but I really do not understand what happened during my visit today. The technician asked to turn off the vehicle to allow the “hazardous conditions” of hot oil to cool, and I then proceeded to sit first in line for over an hour with no movement in either bay. The technician was barely working while talking to the customer in front of me about how many times he had been arrested in Arkansas. I understand customer service and friendly conversation, but I doubt this is the professional image the company is aiming for. After waiting 80 minutes, I left. I will never be back to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received today. My tech Robert was knowledgeable and very professional with servicing my truck. They need more like him.

Went to Walmart this morning I have an Audi, after making the appointment and getting there the young lady said THEY AINT WORKING ON NO DAM AUDI GET THE CAR OUT IF HERE SO!! I've been coming to this location for years. Dennis is the manager and always greet you with a smile. There are muliple Jiffy Lubes in Desoto County as well as the competitor's on every corner. I patronize this location because of the customer service, leadership, and the welcoming staff. I always get some jokes, great conversations and laughs. When I'm here I always bring Donuts if it's morning and Sonics Route44 during hot summers in the south for every employee. I don't mind driving the extra miles to see some of the familiar faces. Keep leading and training your staff Dennis! Leadership is led by example and you do just that on every visit! Working in inclement weather is a job in itself!

I drive past many car service providers but because of the level of service I receive at Jiffy Lube in Hornlake I drive the extra miles. Their service is consistent everytime I go. I highly recommend them.

The guys at this location are great! They were very friendly, and the service was done quickly and efficiently. They even told me that my coolant level was low and topped it off. I've never had another place even check that. I was very pleased and will be returning!
