I walked in to get an oil change on my car and walked out with a new one instead. Susan was absolutely amazing and an absolute trooper throughout the whole process. Will never buy from them again. Salesman was a liar, telling me my car was ready when it wasn’t. Did not like driving 45 minutes to pick up a car I was told was ready just to find out that it hadn’t moved from the spot it was parked in when it was taken off of the truck the day prior. I was told my car was the first one going through the service shop that day and he even gave me an “update” half way through the day saying that the service guys were working on it. The finance guy was rude, very pushy, did not like that I wanted to read before signing, and did not like to answer my questions. Horrible experience. They need to go see how things are done at the Macon VW dealership. The experience I had the between the two is night and day.

Walked into the lobby and stood there for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. Walked out and still no one tried to talk to me. Several people were busy with customers while 2 sat and did nothing to try and help.

I purchased a 2016 Kia from Jeff Smith Volkswagen Jan.2020. I have enjoyed my Kia tremendously. Two weeks ago,I went in for regular service, and afterwards I (thought) Something was wrong. It took two weeks before I took it back to The service department I was afraid To go back because of hearing how people are treated at dealerships The young lady met me at my car to see ,how she could assist me. I explained what I thought was happening,a gentleman ( Jeff) came to assist me,and we went for a test drive,he is explaining everything and answering My concerns. Afterwards he made an appointment for me to come in for another diagnosis check,everything was explained test drive done , Jeff and another gentleman from the service department examined the car to making sure all was well. All of that said, I have met the most amazing people at Jeff Smith Volkswagen Every one from the front to the back. I am not afraid any more the service department and the service department manager was an answer to my prayer I want to say thank you to all of the Jeff Smith employees,especially the service department. I was not planning on purchasing a new VW when I rode onto the lot. I was simply contemplating trading in my 2018 Jetta for a newer model. I stopped to look at a used 2023 Jetta on the lot when Brennan approached me. Brennan was very professional and courteous. Not only does Brennan work for VW of Warner Robins, he is a lover of VW and is super knowledgeable about the current line of VW as well as all the great cars VW has had throughout the years. I highly recommend contacting Brennan if you are in the market for a new car. Managers Prem and Keith were very professional and courteous as well. I felt that I became an irate customer at one point during our discussions, but they never broke from their professional demeanor. I am sorry for my behavior and truly appreciate how they handled my mood in such a professional manner. Given my behavior and the fact that I had not actually planned on purchasing, I cannot give them enough praise for how the whole team handled the transaction. They made what is usually a horrible situation (the whole buying a car encounter) into a pleasant experience and I left very satisfied. I do hope they take care of my baby (my 2018 Jetta SE) as well as I did and hope the new owner will be as happy as I was with trading it in.

Morris Dunbar helped me purchase my ID.4 today and honestly I couldn't be happier! He was incredibly friendly, he helped me get to the price I was comfortable with in my budget, he let me eat some of his home made oatmeal cookies (they were delicious!), and he remembered that i told him i liked heavy metal music while we were on our test drive so he gave me a black keychain instead of pink 😂. Everyone at this dealership was so friendly. I've never purchased a new car before but when the wheels fall off of this one i know where I'll go to buy another one!

I had a terrible experience at the VW in Macon. I came to the one in Warner Robins since I work at the AFB , I also live 1 hr and 30 min away. Awesome customer service From the time I walked through the door . Joshua was the rep I saw he grabbed a tech to take down my overhead compartment so I wasn't driving without a rear view. The location in Macon told me there's nothing they could do no tape and no removable . the part obstructed my view as well. Here they removed it for me and ordered the part quick and easy.

Bought the car from Jeff smith brand new in 2021. took it in to service it and they tried to tell my wife the car needed tires, and they would not rotate the tires due to being bald, and the tires were dipping out. I own and operate a trucking company the tires do have lower tread but are around 40-30% life left. That being said if there was abnormal wear on tires (which they are wearing normal and true) the said abnormal wear would indicate a suspension problem or alignment issue that would be under warranty. I told the man that the tires are fine and to go through with the rotation of the tires. The service personnel said they would have to get it approved to rotate. I said no if u have to approve my request I will not return after warranty and paid services ran out. And I do not plan to do any more business with Jeff smith after this experience. I do not believe in making people shell out their hard earned money because they don’t know any better. I’ve bought 3 vehicles through Jeff smith and it will be my last.

The staff members were extremely friendly. I worked with a gentleman (whose name I forgot) and his manager Jennifer. They were responsive and courteous throughout the service.

I just had the smoothest car-buying experience of my life! That’s saying something because I’ve purchased a LOT of cars in this area. I initially worked with Clay Sryock. He helped me find the right car for me (new Taos) without any pressure. We stopped in to look around on Monday and I took his card when we left. We spent a few days talking about it, then called Clay Thursday and let him know we wanted to move forward on Friday. He pulled the car from the lot and kept in contact with me via text Friday afternoon. I let him know that when I arrived, I would only have a very short period to be there before I had to go out of town so I needed everything at the dealership to go quickly. He texted me the credit application and let me know the paperwork I should bring with me. When I arrived, the car was ready, but Clay was with another customer. His desk partner, Prem Patel, lead us the rest of the way. He was very quick and helpful! The sales manager was very fair in the pricing (we did a lot of research ahead of time) and the interest rate was exactly what we expected. He got us into the finance guy in record time. When we were done signing papers, the car was detailed and had a full tank of gas. We were in and out of there in 2 hours with a great car! 10/10 would recommend!

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I brought my car in for an oil change and I asked them to give me the code for my check engine light. I did not ask them to completely diagnose the check engine light. I was told it would be $230 for them to plug in a scanner and give me the code when I can go to an auto parts store and they do it for free. After I declined they come back and tell me that my oil pan drain plug is stripped. We have been changing my oil ourselves for well over a year and never had any issues with this. I bring it to them twice and there's a problem. I spoke to the service manager Wednesday and have tried to get information on how much this is going to cost me and now three days in a row she had told me she will get back to me and she has yet to give me an answer. Extremely disappointed!

I had such an amazing experience at this dealership. Pat and Devante made the process of getting a new car (which was unplanned), much easier than I could have imagined.
