    My experience at Lowe Toyota was terrific! Without Corey it may not be the same. There’s not many people like this man out there. He will deliver you an exceptional service with all the knowledge, experience he has patiently and professionally. If you think about getting a car, always remember to talk to Corey first. Even if you don’t know exactly what you want or what may be right for you. Don’t worry! Corey is there to help.

    I recently encountered a car breakdown near Exit 144 on I-75 and, after waiting overnight, I was fortunate enough to be towed to Lowe Toyota (pronounced "loh") of Warner Robins, Georgia. From the moment I arrived during regular business hours, the professionalism, attentiveness, and competence of the staff left a lasting impression on me. Upon reaching Lowe Toyota, their team promptly attended to my vehicle and conducted a thorough diagnosis. They demonstrated exceptional expertise by accurately identifying the issues and explaining the necessary repairs in a comprehensive manner. Although I couldn't afford the immediate repairs, their valuable insights will undoubtedly aid me in preventing future issues. Notably, they also identified a potential fault in a previous oil change conducted at a different location back home in Florida, which may end up being very valuable information, now that I'm back home. During my extended stay on-site, awaiting further arrangements, Lowe Toyota's treatment of me was truly remarkable. Their staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. From providing frequent updates on my vehicle's status to assisting with any concerns I had, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to engage in meaningful conversations and answer all my queries with patience and clarity. Beyond their exceptional automotive service, Lowe Toyota also offered very affordable high quality coffee, adding a pleasant touch to my experience. I decided to buy some milk (also high quality) every morning to go with it, appreciating their commitment to providing affordable snack services to those in need. In gratitude for their generosity, I gladly left a generous tip to support their continued provision of this valuable amenity. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins for their outstanding service, expertise, and remarkable treatment of customers. Despite the inability to proceed with immediate repairs, their comprehensive diagnosis and professionalism left a lasting impression. The staff's competence, honesty, and genuine care made this my (at least one of the) most memorable and positive auto mechanic experiences to date. Enjoy the photos!

    My name is Russ Mills & I’m using my wife’s google account. As for my feedback; I had a Great buying experience during the purchase of my 2022 Highlander. Corey & Bill were Awesome to work with. Their Professionalism & Customer Service skills are Commendable! Never had a Better Buying experience & will be recommending them to others! Also Brandon in Finance was Great to work with. He was patient & very thorough in answering any questions or concerns.

    TL;DR Lowe Toyota messed up install failed to warranty service, cost me over $1000.00 after everything was said and done. They’re okay to buy from. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE THEM DO ANY SERVICE TO YOUR VEHICLE! They installed a roof rack on my 20 Tacoma. Long story short I was deployed and it ended up leaking. They wouldn’t honor a repair because it was two months outside of warranty work. This is a late review due to being out of country again. Talked to the assistant service manager Mr. Wood if I recall correctly. Nice guy, did everything short of saying we accept responsibility. Not a problem, I got it fixed at a different stealership. It only cost about as much as it did to get the roof rack installed. Proceed with extreme caution if any tech touches your vehicle. Post script: get yourself some Carhartt seat covers, it saved me a few hundred bucks for the mold that ended up growing in the truck

    I’ve purchased 3 different vehicles from Lowe and now leased my first. They got me where I needed to be and treated me with respect. Everything was a breeze and I walked out of there with an upgraded vehicle when all I went in for was a tire rotation lol they’re the only dealership I would do business with and also because Toyota’s keep their value

    I had great experience from Lowe Toyota. The staff was very friendly, curiosity and helpful. From Amanda the customer service rep., Richard the trade in value person, Kelvin Parker the sales person. They all went above the call of duty to get me the SUV I wanted and payments I could afford.. I would definitely recommend Lowe Toyota to someone else looking for a vehicle. Thank you!

    Had the best experience here buying my first car! Corey did an awesome job and spent a great deal of his time tracking down the perfect car for me, and got me into a brand new RAV4 just like I wanted! He made the process quick and easy and got my payments exactly where I wanted to be. I highly recommend Lowe Toyota if you’re looking for a car, and definitely ask for Corey!!!

    My experience at Lowe Toyota was exceptional. Mr. Robert Waller, the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He walked me through each detail of the purchase experience and ensured that I was pleased with my vehicle before I drove it off of the lot. The finance manager was also very thorough and professional. I would recommend Lowe Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The process was seamless and stress free. Thanks Lowe Toyota!

    Lowe is the worst. Shanna Smith is clueless about vehicles. I have a transmission leak. Transmission fluid on the transmission and transmission fluid on my garage floor. I waited 3 hrs for them to tell me it's not leaking. Probably someone accidently hit the drain plug and that's where the fluid is coming from? But it's not leaking. what??? I have bought all my cars from Lowe. Great sales team, but he service Department needs a lot of help

    Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked to have the front end wheel bearings diagnosed for a possible bad bearing that was making a grinding noise. 5 1/2 hours later… Not really happy seeing walk-ins arriving after me and leaving long before me. Why even bother make an appointment? It’s rather pointless when you get queued to the end of the line. This was at most a 30 min job for oil and tire rotation and 30 min max to diagnose a wheel bearing that I said was probably bad as being bad. Not to mention, no parts on hand. Will need to make a second trip to have it replaced. On top of that nonsense, the new sales tactic of trying to sell vehicles to people waiting for service is not a welcome change. I agreed to look at a vehicle but I had no intentions of buying one. I came in for service - not to shop. Got the usual, “what would it take to put you in a new vehicle today?” tactic. Three different salesmen came at me. This entire day was annoying. My time was wasted. If this is going to be a permanent fixture at Lowe going forward, I will be avoiding Lowe as much as possible and going elsewhere for my future business. The main reason I bought my truck here to begin with was the “no pressure” environment. It now feels like a shady used car business. Lastly, I will emphasize that giving the same priority to walk-ins as those who make appointments in the service department is a tremendous foul. Lowe Toyota needs to do much better.

    The customer care I received from Lowe Toyota was superb. My vehicle arrived sooner than expected and was in immaculate condition. The sales manager, the salesman and the finance agent all treated me with kid gloves. I recommend Lowe to anyone, and I love my new Toyota.

    Everyone at the dealership was patient, helpful and professional. We had a challenge finding the right car. The car we wanted had cloth seats. We wanted leather seats. They offered (for a price of course) to replace the cloth with leather. No one else offered that solution. It turned out beautiful!! They delivered the car from Warner Robbins to Atlanta. No charge. We are very happy with our purchase and experience.

    Great experience. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! We’ve had nothing but terrible dealership experiences for the past 3 years. Really grateful to have been able to work with Corey. He was extremely knowledgable, straight forward, professional, and always quick to respond. We worked with him for over a month and his focus was always on getting us what we wanted and never trying to push us in a different direction. Highly recommend!

    Today was my first time taking my Toyota in for scheduled maintenance. (Bought my Camry in Macon but took it to Lowes to be serviced) I dreaded taking my previous vehicle to another dealership because they weren't friendly. Not rude - but not friendly. Most of the time people at the service desk looked miserable and acted like they didn't want to be there I was anxious thinking my experience at Lowe's would be the same. Logan was polite and made conversation. The waiting room was spacious. It was a great experience and I won't dread going back. Thank you

    Terence in the service dept is always helpful and kind. I e been seeing him for probably 10 years if not longer. He’s the reason I use your service center and keep buying from Lowe Toyota. I was able to drop off my car the day before service and know it’s be ready after work the next day. Any time I had an issue Terence was able to resolve and get back with me immediately. It’s great knowing I have someone I can trust and rely on with my vehicle.

    I could not be more pleased with the excellent service received from Lowe Toyota. I was warmly greeted by Jessie Mitchell. She has been my trusting support for many years with Lowe Toyota. I always trust her excellent help in purchasing my vehicle and the go to person to get answers answer; Jessie will either know or get an answer back to you. Jessie Mitchell is respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. To put it honestly, I continue to be a Lowe Toyota customer because of the caliber customer in ALL departments. I can't say enough about this dealership and their assistance in helping their customers. They make my visits feel like I'm part of a caring family.     My wife and I bought a new 2023 Highlander yesterday and we were very pleased with every detail of the sale. From stress free negotiating, to informative sales, and a great deal, Lowe Toyota was exceptional. Stephen, the salesman was very smooth, kind, and helpful. Once it was time to sign, being able to sign all the documents electronically and having all our paperwork on a custom usb drive was awesome.     Stephen was super helpful and forthright with us the whole process. There's clearly a reason why he's nationally ranked as a Sales Pro with Toyota. Additionally Lowe's mantra is "Drive Away Happy" which is rare for a car dealership. My past experience with other dealerships is poor at best. They usually try to rake you over the coals and pressure you into making a deal that may not be right for you and they always tack on a bunch of hidden line item fees. Not so at Lowe Toyota. Straight shooters all the way across the board. Even when it came to final documentation. Brandon handled our documentation and he was very helpful as well. Can't say enough good things about these folks. Will happily give them my business again in the future. Highly recommend!

    This was my first experience with the Lowe Toyota service department and my first return to the Lowe Toyota complex on Houston Lake Rd since the purchase of my first Toyota. A lot of firsts for a senior citizen! The purchase, by the way, went very smooth thanks to Stephen, who set up and explained the all new technology to me. The people throughout both my visits were extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The buildings are well kept & clean. The service area was exceptionally clean. My son accompanied me and on leaving I asked him about the actual garage area where oil changes etc are performed, he said it was as clean as the rest of the building. The team working with us, led by Chance, were very thorough and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I heartily recommend Lowe Toyota to anyone I hear talking about cars or who comments on my new car and explain why it’s better to go the extra mile to Lowe in Warner Robins than anywhere in nearby Albany.

    I always work with Gina every time I bring my vehicles in for service. I have been working with her for many years! She was amazing to work with today because I need my car and my daughter’s serviced today. I dropped mine off and she had it ready early enough to pick up and drop my daughter’s off. She even got it ready very quickly so I could finish my day doing other things. She is always very professional and courteous! I highly recommend working with her and Lowe Toyota!

    I purchased a new Highlander on 4/16. My husband and I went in after getting his Tundra serviced thinking about the possibility of getting a new vehicle and leaning toward a Sienna. Carlos was honest with us about how long it could take to get one. I asked about the Highlander. He showed us one that just came in that day. We didn’t feel pressured. He shared with us the pros of it. Once I took it for a test drive, I loved it. We got a fair price on our trade in, a good price and warranty on the Highlander. We were pleased with the service we received from the service department, sales, & finance. It was all a smooth process.

    Corey Weber is an awesome sales associate. He makes sure your comfortable with the vehicle you are buying, to include details on the vehicle and helping you work within your means. It’s nice to work with an honest and upfront person. He was available even with txting messages throughout the week and weekend. He returned quickly with updated information. I can't say enough about my experience. Even Kevin the Financial Associate was great with taking time answering our questions to be sure we understood everything. We didn't feel like another sale. I have been with Toyota for many years and every where I bought from has been excellent.
