Wow, what can I say other than fantastic? Maybe awe-inspiring, beautiful, fun, exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime, etc, and on and on! THAT'S what my wife and I experienced on this utterly stupendous helicopter flight!! From the moment I booked with Jana, who answered all our questions and briefed us before the flight, I knew this was the absolute best helicopter tour in Maui! And Nick with his 20,000 hours and 37 years of flying (20 years in Maui) was safe, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! I'm a retired Air Force pilot with 22 years of experience. He was absolutely outstanding and made my wife and I feel totally at ease! We saw waterfalls and valleys that are not accessible any other way than a helicopter. And having the doors off made it a premier experience and epitome of "free" flying. Thanks Jana and Nick - you made this flight a highlight of our travels!!

We (6 of us) totally loved Pacific Helicopter. The staff was wonderful. They calmed anxiety and provided us with informative direction concerning the flight. We were given attire and other equipment to help us have a very comfortable flight. Nick, our pilot was very knowledgeable about flying (he’s been a pilot for many years) and he also was knowledgeable about the geographical aspects as well as the history of the island. Such an amazing experience! Nick was our pilot and he was amazing!! He shared a lot of information about Hawaii and what we were flying over and was very safe. We highly recommend this company as they have a doors off tour and allowed us to bring cameras/GoPro/phones for pictures and videos. Also, this is a smaller helicopter so each person had a window seat with an amazing view the entire time. It is well worth the money! The entire company has great customer service. They also provided jackets or flight suits. This was one of our favorite things we did on our trip to Maui!

Such an incredible experience!!! Staff was extremely welcoming and informative. We decided on the hour tour of west Maui and did the helicopter with the doors off! We went with this route, because we had just driven the road to Hana the day before! So worth every dollar for this experience! Nick was our pilot and he was so nice and gave us so much information about the island! 10/10 would recommend!

We can't say enough great things about our pilot, Nick, and the all-island tour. Breathtaking views and his warm, personal voice over made the experience unforgettable. A once-in-a-lifetime splurge that is 100% worth it.

This was the highlight of our trip and the best way to see Maui! The entire staff was awesome to work with and our pilot was a very knowledgeable and personable guide. We rented their go pro and we’re able to get all of the footage transferred to our phone after. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. It’s a must do! Tip: try to go earlier in the morning for the best visibility and dress warm. I recommend using their flight suit for added warmth. Thanks Pacific Helicopter Tours!

Crazy Beautiful and Best Adventure of our trip! Everything from getting checked in and setup in the helicopter with Jāna, to our flight with our pilot Nick was 100% professional and a fantastic experience! I realize this is an expensive activity but well worth it!!! This is definitely quality trip over other helicopter tours just cramming you in and I appreciated their family approach. I actually had a flight scheduled with one of those other commercial helicopter tours and canceled and went to Pacific Helicopter. All I will say is read the reviews and you will see why I did. My son, boyfriend and I felt completely safe the entire time and they make sure you do. My 16 year old son took his GoPro on board and sat by Nick. Nick made sure my son didn't miss any cool shots and provided history of the sites as we flew over West Maui waterfallsI just can't rave enough about this group and especially Nick during our flight. If this is on your list, you will not regret it and will sit here like me trying to express how wonderful your experience was ❤🚁

Absolutely the best doors off tour on Maui! Everyone has a window seat, and the experience was incredible! Our pilot was so knowledgeable, flew safe, and gave us the experience we were looking for. We upgraded to the VIP helicopter and it was worth every penny! This is the tour company for those looking for an adventure rather than being crammed into a 7 seat helicopter. The staff was very personable and went out of their way to make sure we had a great tour. Highly recommended!!!!!!

What an amazing experience!! Brandon, our pilot was awesome! The ride was super smooth and he gave us so much information, absolutely worth it. I am so glad we did this expensive but, super worth trip! We did the West Maui and Molokai 60 minute tour and we saw everything from lush green mountains to the blue ocean to so many waterfalls. Kasey, was super amazing as well! The check-in was so easy and quick. Thank you for making Maui memorable. PS: make sure you book way in advance, they tend to fill up quickly. We also found a groupon coupon, so we only had to pay $183 for 1 person and then full price for the other. You are allowed to take your cameras so that's awesome. Kasey also lets you borrow a cell phone lanyard you can take with you on the helicopter. We took a tour at 7:30 am, the lighting and temperature was perfect.

My helicopter tour of the West Maui waterfalls and the island of Molokai was amazing! Our pilot, Nick, taught us about all of the locations we flew over and made sure that we all got to view and take pictures of the waterfalls and beautiful sea cliffs. The helicopter ride was exhilarating (especially because the doors were off), and I felt safe the whole time. This was my first helicopter ride, and Pacific Helicopter Tours gave me such a wonderful experience!

Where to begin, people have done helicopter tours, but not many have done a doors-off helicopter ride. And even less have done it in one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Maui. We planned to do the west coast Maui tour, however the helicopter was in for a service so we got given this spectacular tour of nearly the whole island. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The colours were vibrant, the rainbows the best I have ever seen and the waterfalls. Wow, our pilot Laurence, got us nice and close to all of them and they were stunning. Laurence made it more than memorable, he made it a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget. His knowledge about the island was second to none. Kasey on the ground was amazing, looked after us well before and after our flight and organised everything perfectly. A massive Mahalo from me for an unforgettable experience. If you do one thing whilst in Maui, please do not hesitate to do it! It is worth every ounce of money you have and then some!
