Mr. Busbee came and fixed a leak I found where the water comes from the main water line into the house. He is very professional and his prices are very reasonable. I am thrilled with the job they did. I found the issue Sunday, sent him a text, and he was out on Monday fixing the problem. I tried calling a few other places with no call back. I am recommending this team to everyone that I know that needs any plumbing work! Thank you for your hard work!

John and his apprentice Michael did an excellent job correcting faulty plumbing in my house. I had an overflow of an upstairs toilet due to 100 psi of water pressure getting into my home and the toilet clogging at the same time. They came and removed the toilet. Corrected faulty toilet installation. Got us back to using the toilet. John then recommended I I have thermal expansion tanks installed on my water heaters. I have two. I did accept his recommendation. They then completed the work on the water heaters on a Saturday. Photos show the quality plumbing (without the insulation so you can see the work). The last couple photos show the shoddy plumbing that I had. One hot water heater had a rusted fitting after 3 years. My home is only 3 years old! I purchased a new hot water heater and a new overflow pan too because the old one wouldn't fit and had a hole in it. They then installed it with the work you see. They were very professional, cleaned up the job well. And their quality craftsmanship was top-notch. I will be using them next time and I would recommend anyone using them who wants the job done right.

Wonderful service! They did a great job replacing the pipes from my laundry to the junction with the septic tank discharge point. Very courteous, did the work in less time than I expected and cleaned up after the job. I cannot be happier with the work of Busbee's Plumbing.

This is the second time I used Busbee’s Plumbing. The first time he repaired a dripping faucet. The leak actually returned within a few weeks. Guess what? John came back and made it right. Things go wrong in construction. They do. It’s how people handle the things that go wrong that really count. After our first experience with John, I referred him to my dad. He made my dad happy, and I can’t even do that so that’s impressive. Now, my wife and I moved to Aiken and requested that Busbee come to our home to install a new toilet, rip out and re-install the water pipes behind the washer, and a new food disposal. He came out on a Saturday morning, and took care of everything in a timely fashion. He is so professional and knowledgeable of his craft. When he was done he cleaned his entire work area and left. Other than the great work he did, you would never know he was even there.

John is the best! My husband saw water leaking out of the house. Not something you want to see. John came fast! Ended up having to tear out a wall, but he knew it was more than one leak and looked until he found it. John made a mess! BUT, cleaned up so well I couldn't tell it happened. He hauled off all the wet stuff including the broken sink and cabinet. He was professional and I trusted him in my house from the start. That is more than I can say about a lot of contractors! I was very impressed with how quickly the Busbee’s team was able to schedule my repairs and how efficiently the work was done. The installation of a new Hot Water on Demand system was completed for a very reasonable price and the team solved a leak issue that had been causing damage for several weeks. It was so refreshing to realize that great service is still available in our world !

Mr. Busbee was referred to me by another plumbing company who was not able to complete the job in the time frame I needed. The referral in itself gave me a feeling of relief. I had a toilet that rocked and wasn't level to the floor. Mr. Busbee arrived earlier than expected, which was great! He took the time to explain why my toilet didn't sit level and then fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable. He cleaned up behind himself. He was very curteous and professional. I would definitely use his service again and recommend him to family and friends.

I needed a new water heater installed. Busbees responded within the hour and discussed options and work needed to replace the old unit. Install was started within an hour (other businesses stated several days just to look at the problem). Work was completed in a very professional manner. All work was discussed with me even down to minor upgrades due to code changes due to the age of house and age of the water heater. Work was completed in the amount stated in the quote. Clean up exceeded even our expectations. Very satisfied with Busbees for quick turnaround with our water heater issues. We will use them again in the future.

Update & FYI, I got the invoice after this review. When I asked for a detailed description, he returned to the property and returned my $. So he refunded the money he charged but I still go left with a mess. Not sure what to think! I'm still waiting on an invoice for the $1000 paid; I guess it was for 2 trips to the property. He left a cut in my 3inch drain for camera but did not cover. He tore up my brick without cleaning up. Still dont have an invoice or list of what needs to be done. The quote was $15K ,I asked for a list/breskdown of repairs verbally and via text and have nothing. He said we had lots of issues but could not or would not put it in writing. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later with a promise I would have it by the weekend. Not impressed that he would leave my property like that and there was not follow through!

My hot water heater went out and after calling, John came out within the hour to look at it. I was told my options and pricing and I was able to have a new tank-less water heater installed within two days. So far everything has been working great. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I had guests coming and the Friday before the weekend I found one of my hot water heater heaters pilot light would not stay lit so half my house had no hot water. I frantically started calling around and all the companies said the honeywell gas valve was bad and for that type it was better to replace the whole thing but were booked so could not help me out. One company refered me to Busbee's and John answered the call. Said send him some picks, got the estimate (which in line with others I talked to), agreed and next day (Saturday) he was there to replace. During the install he notified me my water pressure was to high to complete portions of the installation. I responded we had a regulator installed years ago under the house and we should be able to adjust. He said it was probably bad and sure enough we went under the house and it was spraying water all over the place. John assessed everything, gave me a price and said can come back the next day (a Sunday) to complete the repairs. They showed up as committed and a few hours later everything was fixed and back in working order. They were very clean and when the guests showed up nobody knew anything had happened. Awesome!

I needed an external faucet on my house. Most other plumbers have standard estimates without accounting for my situation. I messaged Busbee’s got a quick response and a fair priced estimate!! He came out the next day and I had what I needed. Incredibly easy to work with and did solid work! I highly recommend!

I sent john a text at 5am ish this morning and he came out and fixed my issue. I had a prv in my garage that was leaking. After replacing the valve we realized there were two prv and one was not serving a purpose and was removed. Thank you John for coming out on short notice. I will call you again for future needs!

John came by on a Sunday to check out a leak in our shower, and after he left we realized we were having a leak from our water heater! He came back the next morning to help us out. Our water heater had split and was gushing water, which could have lead to our ceiling caving as the water heater is located in the attic. John was very knowledgeable, offering lots of advice and wisdom to us. John seems like he truly cares about people. We recommend him and will be contacting him in the future for any plumbing needs.

BPS got me scheduled for an appointment for the same day I called. They showed up on time and inspected our water heater, the BPS guys walked me through all the issues with our current tank. Unfortunately, due to poor initial installation and maintenance our tank was unable to be fixed. BPS got us a new tank and installed it the next morning. They also fixed our water pressure and installed a water faucet all for a fair price. Dependable, honest, and great service, is why I will continue to call BPS for all my plumbing problems! After waiting three days for a plumber that did not show up, I called John Busbee. He was there within an hour, ordered the proper fittings and water heater, installed it in two hours. He cleaned everything up afterwards. Very professional!! Will only use this company from now on.

The pilot light on our water heater went out and I called the technician. He was out to our home in about 30 minutes to perform a diagnostic. We were expecting to be without hot water for a couple of days but he did the repairs the next day. Great service and knowledgeable!
