Terrible
experience
overall!
I’m
a
single
mother
of
three
children
on
a
tight
budget
with
my
20
year
old
daughter
being
a
D1
basketball
player
in
college.
She
suffered
from
an
injury,
had
surgery,
but
was
still
suffering
with
some
knee
pain.
I
decided
to
try
CBD,
I
visited
this
store
with
my
daughter
and
was
greeted
by
a
woman
who
I’m
certain
was
the
owner.
I
spoke
in
depth
with
her
about
my
daughter
situation,
being
an
athlete
etc.
She
went
on
to
explain
that
she
had
many
athletes
in
her
family
etc.
etc.
and
that
CBD
was
the
answer.
I
was
convinced
to
spend
an
astronomical
amount
on
ONE
product
it
was
$145
waaaay
our
of
my
budget,
but
again
my
daughter
was
in
pain
and
as
a
mom,
I’m
willing
to
do
whatever
it
takes
to
help
her.
I
asked
multiple
times
if
CBD
was
OK
considering
she’s
on
a
basketball
scholarship,
and
if
she
would
test
positive
on
a
drug
test
etc.
etc.
and
the
owner
assured
me
that
it
was
no
problem
she
even
went
on
to
say
that
her
boyfriend
or
husband
was
a
truck
driver
and
he
passed
all
of
his
screenings
while
using
her
CBD.
My
daughter
headed
back
to
college
the
next
day….
used
the
product
a
total
of
three
times
and
was
immediately
told
by
her
coaches,
trainers,
etc.
and
by
the
NCAA
website
that
CBD
is
a
ban
product
and
that
she
would
test
positive
on
drug
screen
and
that
could
affect
her
scholarship
Needless
to
say,
we
were
both
very
upset!!!!!
I
contacted
the
store
multiple
times.
No
one
bothered
to
contact
me
back
as
mentioned
my
Daughter
only
used
the
product
three
times.
I
still
have
the
bag
and
receipt.
I
can’t
get
anybody
to
reach
back
out
for
an
apology
or
to
offer
a
refund
at
the
very
least.
Terrible
customer
service!
I’m
a
business
owner
in
the
area
and
I
cannot
believe
how
poorly
they
have
treated
us
as
customers
Considering
how
detrimental
this
could
have
been
to
my
daughters
future.
Furthermore,
she
didn’t
notice
any
relief
from
her
product
either.
Stay
away
from
the
store
they
clearly
do
not
care
about
their
customers
and
their
products
are
subpar.
