Brouwer's is a 21+ restaurant and bar in the Fremont area. Inside its pretty big, with seating on the main floor as well as upstairs. A very cool ambiance inside and a ton of beers to order from, it's definitely a spot for a group of friends to go. Their menu is a decent size, portion sizes are good, and prices are average for Seattle. Their staff is super friendly, parking outside is impossible sometimes, and you'll probably want to make a reservation ahead of time because they get packed. Their dragon sauce is amazing, cheese sticks are not so great, lamb burger is delicious.

It's only the best place in town to get amazingly delicious food and an amazing selection of delicious beer. It might look like comfort/bar food but it's all made very well and their specials are finely crafted. Been coming here since 2016 almost weekly and I'll keep comin back until I die or until they close, which ever comes first! Tim's the amazing chef in the back that is a wizard making these sausages every week. And I just have to keep coming back to put them in my mouth. Food: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Experience: 8/10 Value: 7/10

The fish and chip is delicious, and it has a wide selection of beers, bottled beers, wines, whiskey and cocktails! It is also open in the afternoon, so it is also a great place for early drinking :) However we were here for late lunch but the food took around half an hour to prepare, which was kind of unexpected. But overall the service is great, and the vibe is also pretty chill! A recommended bar/bistro in the area!

First time come to this pub. A friend took me here. We ordered mussels and frites and rock fish and frites. The aioli and dragon sauces were great. Curry ketchup was the best. They have many selection of the beers and alcohols. Enjoyed our lunch here very much. Definitely will come back yo try other dishes again!

Loved the European cave vibe, the low lighting, the extensive drink menu, and most importantly, the food! I was craving steak frites like I had in Paris earlier this year, and Brouwer's definitely delivered! The steak was perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy and plentiful. We enjoyed attentive service just before the place filled up. Would visit again!

Fun, lively atmosphere with a huge list of drinks. I tried the rockfish with frites. The dipping sauces and frites were great. I wasn’t a fan of the beer-batter breading on the fish; it was bland to me. Would definitely come back and try some other items and dessert next time.

Great food and awesome atmosphere. If you are looking for a wide variety of drinks to choose from this is the place. The food choices are phenomenal as well. I had the sausage and a pretzel with cheese. It definitely hit the spot with some mead.

I love this place. It has a British pub feel to it but it's Belgian themed. This spot is for the beer lovers but they do serve liquor- especially whiskey. We were there for a barleywine fest and there were 30 to choose from in 4 or 8oz pours. The food menu is not extensive but everything we tried is very good. We had the deluxe lamb burger and a beef stew on top of frites. It was actually closer a poutine but it was hella good. The beef was braised for 9 hours! So good! It fors get busy so plan ahead. There is no real parking lot so you gotta do street or a paid lot.

Awesome atmosphere and seafood! Loved the cioppino, which was so flavorful, seafoody, and stuffed with the goods. Garlic bread was perfect for soaking up the juices. The oysters were yummy too, nice and refreshing. Also huge alcohol list, and lots of yummy things to choose from :)

I'm visiting Seattle, WA from Baltimore, Maryland. I thought we had the best seafood. I just had THE BEST fish and chips I've ever had in my life. First it was rock fish not cod and the coating was crispy and light not battered and greasy. The remoulade they served with it complimented it very well. I highly recommend this place to anyone living or visiting the area. The selection of beers was also nice and the Brabendere Bavik super wit beer I had went very well with the fish.

Pretty sweet vibe, really cool interior and delicious mussels, but my lamb burger was over cooked. Drinks will not disappoint!

Such a cool spot and a completely unexpected find on our Saturday night in Fremont. The beverage menu is out of this world with so many amazing choices and dinner was just what we didn't know we needed (we had Pasta Bolognese and a Croque Savoyard). The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to recommend when we had questions. We'll definitely be back!

A great stop for anyone looking for quality food in a quick hurry. We are at the bar so service was fast. My meatballs were delicious and the beer was good. I'd skip the fries but I honestly only eat fries when they're a perfect blend of crunchy and salty. So these might be good, hard to tell for me.
