Very trustworthy, honest and high quality company. They worked on my previous house back in 2010. Due to faulty drain tile I had significant water intrusion in my lower level after every rainfall. Since after Rite-Way came in, my floors have been dry, not a single wet spot up to this day. I moved to a new house several months ago and recently discovered a wet area on the floor in one of the rooms, in lower level. Jeremy Orton, same person who fixed the water intrusion problem in my previous house came in to identify the cause of my wet floor. Within 5 minutes he detected that my issue was in fact a plumbing matter, rather than storm water intrusion (my kitchen drain pipe was cracked inside the wall and was leaking waste water on the floor). Even though his task was over at this point and he could have left, Jeremy stayed longer and traced the exact location of that leak in drain pipe; he also drew a sketch, which helped me to more precisely describe my issue to plumbing company. Jeremy never charged a single dime for his time and diagnosing the cause of my wet floor. That's what I call excellent customer care, above and beyond! Thank you, Jeremy!

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had with a contractor (of any type). Matt and his crew are absolute rock stars. They replaced a window well for me and installed a drain along with it. From initial estimate to job completion, Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped brainstorm several possible solutions, prompty delivered a fairly priced estimate, and scheduled me in as soon as he could. The crew arrived on time, worked their you know what's off, provided me with updates throughout the project, and even demonstrated the drain for me as I requested. The window well and concrete work were both perfect. They left the place cleaner than it was when they started. 5+! This is a great company! Our home was drain tiled in 1977 by Rite-Way Waterproofing, which has since traded hands, but still there. We have been in our home for 30 years and had troubles last September (2018) with our drain tile failing. We contacted the company that put ours in and they came out and were able to fix it. We ended up installing an additional pump as well because our home has settled. I would recommend Rite-Way Waterproofing! The guys were prompt, courteous and respectful of my home....and worked until they figured out the problem! We finally just got our home put back together....I have to say I went home yesterday and everything is running and no water!!!

I've sold my house and decided to write a quick review of the work Rite-Way did for me. I never thought a dry basement in a wet area would have such an effect on me, but it did. I never had water in my basement when I purchased my house back in 2005. Fast forward a handful of years later and the water table started to rise and my basement started flooding with .5" of water. This was a finished basement so can imagine how much damage this did. I'll admit, I was fairly desperate to correct the issue so I didn't do a lot of research of the numerous companies offering water proofing services. I went with the company that would be able to do it the quickest, Rite-Way was able to get me on the books same week and promise me a 1 day completion. They installed a perimeter drain system with sump pump in a single day. Everything went as promised. It was simple and fast. Fast forward to 2018 and I can confirm I've never seen a drop of water bypass their drain tile system. Torrential downpours, extreme snow melt...not a drop of water in the basement. This company was professional from the first phone call. The GM was on vacation when I first called and he called me back right away even on vacation. We scheduled a consultation and he came out gave up front costs involved and the entire plan of what was to come. They came out today. I personally want to thank Victor. He was the foreman on the job. He provided great direction and motivation to his crew and set an example of what was expected from his colleagues. The preparation keeping things clean was above my expectation. They cleaned up well. Passed an inspection and guarantee their work forever more or less... When we moved into this house more than 50 years ago we had 3 to 4 inches of water in our basement every spring. Rite-Way installed our whole basement drain tile system almost 50 years ago and we have never had a problem with rain or snow melt water since then. Over the years they have installed battery backup pumps and replaced the main pump when needed. Their service has been very reliable and professional.

Rite-Way did an interior waterproofing in our home. There’s so much to say about these guys and all of it is positive. The work they do is hard and dirty but they conducted themselves in the most professional manner and delivered on everything they said in the timeline they committed to. Everyone else we talked to said we would have to cut out the drywall and studs in order to “do it right” but Rite-Way asked questions no one else did and ended up being able to install our system midway through our basement remodel without having to disrupt our walls. They knocked out over 80 feet of tiling in 2 days and left the place clean and tidy throughout the process. They covered up our paver walkway and hung plastic all over to ensure that dust intrusion was minimized. End to end a wonderful job by a truly professional crew.

A week ago we noticed water in our basement and the first quote we got they said $4,200 for new drain tile. We got a second opinion from this company and Jeremy discovered that our hot water heater was leaking and causing out water issue. He gave us numbers for plumbers and never charged us. Jeremy was wonderful and very professional. It's nice knowing that there is still an honest trustworthy company that isn't looking to make money but does what is best for the client.

I reached out to Rite Way because I had a small hole and crack in my foundation. Matthew got back to me right away and I texted him photos. I was fully prepared to pay them to come out (because I know very little about handyman stuff) but he talked me though the situation and told me what needs to be done. Which it ends up it's basically a pretty easy diy project. Matthew didn't need to take the time to talk with me but he did, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Whatever your water/foundation/basement needs i'd recommend reaching out to these guys.

Rite Way installed our system three years and 6 days ago, great experience then. Pump failed this week and we got a service call within 3 hours. They replaced the pump on warranty even thought it had expired last week. Very friendly service technician who explained very clearly what was going on. All this during a very busy time for sump pump repair calls.

Rite-Way installed a drain-tile system at my parents house in 1983. At the time, my dad didn't want them to remove a few stair treads for fear of damaging the wood - so Rite-Way agreed to tunnel underneath the bottom of the stairway - this meant there was a 5 foot section they couldn't install drain-tile. My parents basement recently flooded due to extensive snow runoff and possibly the 5 foot section and possibly a sump pump that wasn't working 100%, we're not sure. Rite-Way stood by their lifetime warranty and were very responsive. I removed the stair treads and they completed the last 5 feet so we have full drain-tile - FREE OF CHARGE. This is what quality service is after nearly 40 years. Highly recommend.

Rite-way did excellent work and they gave me an excellent solution to my garage floor drainage situation. They fixed a patio leak that went into a basement well enclosure too. They provided fantastic solutions at 1/10th the cost of a quote I received from another company. They finished on schedule and they did not sell me anything I did not need. I will always call them for any waterproofing needs.
