Create put together a wonderful event for our company party. It is a warm and friendly venue to host a party. We had a great serving staff and the food is fantastic. If you are looking for a venue that can host about 42 people and make it magical look no further.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Create Catering dining studio and really just can't say enough about how fantastic everything was. The food was exceptional. As people who really enjoy food, (and since we were going to have fairly tame selections for the wedding), we wanted to get some unique options for our rehearsal dinner. It was a real pleasure to work with Phillip on a menu. He was incredibly interested and attentive to all of our thoughts. We ended up going with options of a beautifully elevated Moulard Duck, Market Fish (Salmon), and Gnudi dumplings that nearly turned me vegetarian for the night. Everything from apps to salad to dessert was absolutely delicious . Despite having 30 people, we were able to get everyone together at one gigantic long table stretching across the dining room. It was such an intimate and lovely experience that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. The acoustics were great. We were in total control of the sound, as well as what would be served at the bar, and of course we had the place to ourselves for the whole night. Having a venue we could open up to additional guests after dinner was important to us as well. The front wall of the studio opens up and on a nice night (which we had) you can also mingle outside. They even set up a little fire for us on the patio. We truly could not ask for more. We don't have plans to get married again, but I'm looking for almost any excuse to host another event at this point. Can't wait to get back!

Food was amazing. Each course was well thought out and the perfect size. I even loved the taste of some foods I normally would avoid. The pork shoulder was amongst the best I have ever had.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Create Catering, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our wedding planning process and of our wedding weekend! We would describe ourselves as foodies and having incredible food, drinks, and desserts were EXTREMELY important to us. They created a custom menu based on the foods and cocktails that we love (and were able to combine my husband's and my very different tastes in a flawless way) and we were blown away by how amazing every single thing was. On top of that, they were so great to work with. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of! I was raving about a special bread they were making for our dinner, and they surprised me the night of our event with the recipe so I could make it at home. It is touches like that set them apart. I can't recommend them enough! We also love their Sunday Suppers and can't wait to come back!

We worked with Joan at Create Catering when we held our daughter's wedding reception at Bauhaus Brew Labs. Joan was exceedingly thorough (and patient!) at helping me through the process, checking in during the months leading to the big event, even arranging to talk to me when she was off duty and at home. She sent a "Good luck!" email just before the event and checked in afterwards to see how it went. And, it went beautifully! Dillion, our server, was excellent to work with. Since we were at a brewery, the focus was on beer, so we set a dollar-amount limit on the wine we would pay for; when we hit that limit, the "demand" for wine diminished. Dillion presented us with the option of his staying (and our paying his labor costs) or him closing up early. We chose the latter -- and were grateful for the option. All in all, an outstanding experience. Oh -- and the wine was great, too!!

Purchased dinner for 10 with wine pairings at a charity auction. Joan was delightful to work with on scheduling dinner. The space is lovely and food and wine was exceptional. Tough to go wrong with 9 great friends and Philip making dinner. He was kind enough to join us at the end of the meal for great conversation and a glass of wine. He and his crew are dedicated to bringing meals for those in need. They make this world a better place.

The Create team are awesome to work with. We held two events over the holidays and they were amazing with both. The planning was easy online and with great communication with Joan their event sales director. The staff on the day were well organized and very friendly. Our house was beautifully cleaned and cared for throughout the event and when the staff left. Thank you! I highly recommend!

Create Catering partnered with us at East Side Neighborhood Services to pull together a great event! The food was fantastic and received many compliments. They were happy to work with us to customize a three course small plates menu with a wine pairing. Everything turned out great and the staff was equally as attentive!

We have really enjoyed the food, hospitality, and service from Create Catering. Over the years we have attended Sunday Suppers, private dining, and holiday meals delivered or picked up. Most recently we held an awards dinner at the studio, and it was delightful. Also, for Thanksgiving this year we really enjoyed the prepared heat and serve sides, the flavors were delicious. My wife already told me that we will be ordering again next Thanksgiving!

We hosted a celebration of life for my 99 year-old mother and the staff was most helpful in setting everything up and pulling off the evening. The food was excellent - way beyond typical banquet food. Everything went without a hitch. The only reluctance in giving a 5* is the funky location. Situated in an industrial district and a little difficult to find make it slightly lacking if seeking a prestigious entry location. But the rest well made up for this for our purposes.

We hosted a corporate event at the Dining Studio and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Joan is an absolute dream to plan events with and guests are raving about the top notch food, service, and ambience! I had a wonderful experience working with Create Catering for a company dinner! The food, staff, and overall experience was fabulous. Joan made the process fun and easy. Looking forward to working together again in the future!

We contracted with Create for an event that included a midday "dinner" with wine and bar. We are not from MSP, so all arrangements were made by email or phone. They were awesome to communicate with during the planning phase, which included menu selection and arrangement of additional services such as a TV for a slide show and referral to a florist. Their suggestions regarding quantities of portions for appetizers were excellent, as was their suggestion of setting up a charcuterie table. Best goat cheese I ever had. The appetizers and entrees were excellent as one would expect of fine dining. The wines were good, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant. Not a surly one in the bunch! The event went off flawlessly. No complaints whatsoever and we would certainly use them again if a similar occasion arose.

Hosted my best friends 40th dinner in this space. OMG the food is beyond amazing. Display/presentation was stunning and the guests could NOT stop talking about the quality of the food. The serving staff is so kind and so attentive. Made for an amazing dinner experience. We used a professional decorator / designer (Rustic Charm Rentals) to elevate the space since we used it in March and couldn’t benefit from the outdoor space :) the space is flexible and allows for a number of options. Joan is great to work with and was so generous in helping us source table linens, accommodated our decorations and tablescape, and allowed for us to bring in a special cake for the evening.

1st off - Apologies for the long review. If you are looking for a perfect venue to do a small/micro wedding... this will be worth the read! My wife and I got married at Create in September '23. It really is difficult to put into words how amazing the entire experience was. Joan was so great to work with. She has years of wedding planning experience and it showed. She helped us plan out the entire night in a way that kept things smooth but so natural and fun. She had so many great ideas and pieces of advice for us. The space at Create is perfect for a small wedding. We had 43 people total and it was cozy and intimate. Sometimes at big wedding venues it feels like the tables are super far apart and its awkward to move around. Not at Create. It's a great layout and made everyone feel really comfortable moving around chit-chatting. We planned on getting married outside in front of the red wall and spending happy hour under the beautiful new patio space. The weather had other ideas! It rained like cats and dogs so we had to move the entire night inside, and it was still amazing! That's another huge benefit of Create. If the weather cooperates, you get to have a beautiful night with the large garage door open, or if weather turns, it is so easy to move it all inside and it is just as amazing! Plus if you have a dog, they can be outside on the patio. We can confidently say we "ruined" wedding food for us and all our guests in the future. The appetizers, butter (the butter omg!), the bread, salads, entrees, desserts, drinks... truly one of the best meals we've ever had. We and all our guests will forever compare wedding food to what Create served, and I know we won't find a better meal. Last and maybe most important - the entire team at Create. Thank you to Phillip, Joan, Grace, Todd, Amy, Stacy, Sun, Logan, Dylan and I'm sure many more folks we didn't get to meet that made this event so perfect for us. Your hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness were more than we could have imagined and we are so thankful to you all. I could keep going! I'll end it here by saying that Create gave us the *exact* wedding we wanted and more. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Unbelievable space! The ambiance is stunning AND the food/drinks are excellent. When booking an event space, you are often stuck with their 'preferred catering service', and you end up paying $$$ for the space and catering separately. Create Catering and The Dining Studio are the TOTAL PACKAGE! Professional chefs and staff who can accommodate guests needs, and this space is perfect for sit down dinners, social functions or any combo of it.

Hosted 20+ people at the Dining Studio for my wife's birthday. Create Catering exceeded expectations in every way. They made the planning easy, seamlessly incorporating special requests into the event plan. The Dining Studio was the perfect venue, with a great look and feel and plenty of space for guests to mingle. The food was outstanding. The event captain and wait staff made sure every element of the evening ran smoothly. I had Create's catering at a friends wedding over a year ago, and people STILL talk about the food! More recently we've been communicating with their team about holding an event at their space, and the service has been absolutely phenomenal. Food - Please note, this is geared towards a review of a friends wedding, and from my experience navigating the event planning process. Their menus are catered specifically to individual events (no one size fits all packages), with detail given to each client's menu. The food served out our friends wedding was the best I have ever had, from weddings in California, North Carolina, South Carolina. The presentation was amazing, the temperature of the food was perfect, and everything was so fresh and mouth watering. Service - TOP NOTCH from a very down to earth staff. Responses to email questions have been quick, they took the time to speak with me over the phone immediately after contacting them, and every step of the way have made me feel like I am their top priority. Thank you!

I purchased dinner for 10 guests at an auction for Second Harvest. The chefs give of their time for that organization which we really appreciate. We had a fantastic meal and Dylan provided great service at The Dining Studio. Every dish was very thoughtful and we had some picky eaters:). The atmosphere is very nice. Thanks for everything!

I hosted a memorial at the Dining Studio. I was acting as host, funeral director and grieving partner. From the moment we booked the venue til the last guest left, the Joan, John and the entire staff was there to support and anticipate my needs. The food was outstanding and we were able to create a floor plan and menu that worked out great, leaning on their expertise. I would highly recommend the catering (food was stunning) and the space for mid-size parties of any kind.
