Had my first appointment today... and it was fabulous. From check in to completion everyone was attentive, kind, polite. Beautifully appointed, clean and modern facilities. Excellent quality customer service from first office contact to initial virtual visit with Dr. Larian. Surgeon provided quality time to fully explain my medical issue, review MRI findings with clear explanations, answered all my questions, and provided treatment choices pros and cons, for best next step decision. Most importantly, although I had already done my due diligence to find the best surgeon for my parathyroid tumor, it was during the virtual consult I knew I had made the right choice for my care.

A month ago, an ENT informed me I had a 1 cm parotid tumor based on an ultrasound. Understanding the tumor's likely removal and the significant facial nerve running through the parotid gland, I extensively researched and chose Dr. Larian for his expertise, years of experience, and exceptional communication. He is adept at instilling calm in stressful situations. Dr. Larian reviewed my ultrasound, analyzed my medical history, and recommended an MRI. To my immense relief, he informed me post-MRI that I didn't have a parotid tumor, possibly just temporarily enlarged lymph nodes. Regardless of the outcome, Dr. Larian would have been my choice for surgery, even over surgeons at the Mayo clinic.

I saw Dr. Larian for his expertise in Endocrinology. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything very clearly. He really seemed to care and he did a great job reassuring me about my problems. He is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Dr. Larian not only saved my inner ear with his brilliance and cutting edge surgery, but he also gave me back my life! I was having massive vertigo attacks from an inner ear infection that I suffered with for over two years. I found Dr. Larian after going to many many doctors who could not diagnose the problem or give me a permanent solution.
