Excellent customer service! We had just put a house that we own on the market in the area and found out from the tenants after the fact that the floors had water damage. We had to move fast in order to keep the sale of our house moving forward. Although I had initially reached out to another service provider and had started the process with them, something didn’t seem right. When I called SERVPRO of Laguna Beach to simply ask questions they answered all of my questions and were very helpful even though I wasn’t using them at that point. After a few days went by I just couldn’t get over how helpful the ladies were at SERVPRO and I didn’t feel like I was receiving the same customer service with the other guys so I decided to make the switch. SERVPRO acted swiftly and efficiently, providing answers to my many questions along the way and completing the job in a timely manner. I’m so glad that I called SERVPRO of Laguna Beach and made the switch. It was a great decision and I highly recommend them!

Joey and Luis M were great. My kitchen suffered a water leak and the remediation team (Joey and Luis) did an excellent job communicating the process and updating on progress. Their work was thorough and they were extremely clean. I hope to not need ServPro again, but if I do I am going to ask for them.

The group that came out to assist my house was professional, they were on time, they were responsive when I call them. They provided great quality work and they have good values. We had ServPro in our home to do mold remediation for a 2- day project. One day Oliver came and the other Gio. Both were fantastic. Right on time, worked hard to protect the area and cleaned everything up when they were done. They finished a day faster than estimated and we are very happy with the results!

I had a severe allergy reactions when we moved into our new place. Long story short, we ended up doing the air duct cleaning with ServPro. Gustavo and Angel did an awesome job cleaning the air duct seamlessly and they went above and beyond to clean the fans which had lots of dust in it! I highly recommend them!

You never really want to use a service like Servpro because it typically means something bad has happened (in my case it was a shower that has been leaking for quite some time without noticing until there was visible water), but the service from this company have been outstanding! It's been the only positive from my situation. I'd insist on using them for any situation that might happen in the future. Jonathan was assigned as our Project Manager and was very thorough in his explanation of the project. He is also easy to get in touch with and able to answer any question that I've had. Jesse and Miguel performed the actual work and it's so impressive! The area they've treated is so clean. I'm really impressed with the professionalism. Jesse has taken me in detail through every step and shown me exactly what's happening. He's happy to answer every question. Most important, you can trust this team. It's never fun to have strangers going through your house, but Jesse, Miguel, and Jonathan alleviate any concern. 5 stars all the way!

I have never had such a terrible experience with any Vendor before. They don't even deserve the 1 star I am giving them. The HOA hired this company to replace the ceiling drywall in our Dana Point unit. Now the joints are separating and the texture is inflating. With the authorization of the HOA, in the past months I have tried to have them come back to repair the terrible work they did, but no luck. All the people I have spoken with (Justin, Emanuel, Cody, Amanda, and many others) "misteriously" dissapear, so my calls are never returned. Not only their work is substandard, but they are the most unprofessional people you will encounter. They say their territory is Laguna Beach/Dana Point, but they don't have an office in those cities. All they have is a mailbox address in Aliso Viejo. Shady all the way!

Jesse and Miguel from ServPro came for the in wall water leak restoration. They were on time, diligent, meticulous, and extremely professional with their work. They were careful removing the furniture to expose the wet dry wall. They did a great job to ensure the wall gets dried up.
