Not as receptive to the general public. Only one gentleman spoke to me upon entering, he was polite and upbeat. Everyone else looks at you or bypasses you as if you don't belong there.

My chef-husband introduced me to Dine Company many years ago. I was excited to learn I can shop there even if I don't work in the restaurant industry. If you ARE in the food service biz, they can hook you up with whatever you need from small wares to giant equipment. Mist recently, I went to get supplies for my countertop espresso machine. I've bought cake decorating supplies, cutting boards, and other fun gadgets over the years. If you can't find or don't know what you're looking for, just ask. Be sure to stroll through the used equipment section in the back of the store too!

Had some very odd hard parts in stock. I could not get at any equipment places online or at wasserstrom.

*Updated Review Had quite a bit of issues regarding the new hood system we installed as back in 2016 as it had a leak. I was able to contact Dennis from the customer service department who helped me tremendously, by getting the problem fixed within a week of contact. Although we had the problem for a while (before warranty), he was able to fix the problem without any extra charge. I would high recommend people to avoid Rick, and go directly to Dennis if they run into any issues. Overall, I deeply appreciated the help and service they provided and will be looking forward to working with them in the near future.

Nice selection of restaurant supply equipment, silverware, glasses, plates, pans, stoves, ice makers, stainless prep tables and sinks, chairs, dining tables, prep equipment, paper products, etc.. staff was friendly enough and they sell to the public. Prices seemed reasonable. Update: Went back again today to pickup a few small things. Everyone was still friendly and helpful and prices still seemed reasonable. If I had to complain about anything it would be a limited stock of baking supplies.

Called about a product and wanted to receive a quote via email never got a response. I called a second got someone else on the line in hopes to get back to the original person I spoke to never got the opportunity or the quote.

Poor service. Slow return call. Bought 2 pieces of equipment for our coffee shop. One dead on arrival what a mess. Now second one used less than 2 months bad. Now we wait for the factory to come and repair. Will never purchase from this outfit again.please no apology needed. Iv heard enough excuses

Bought a terrific smoker at a good price. Came as advertised. Great communication from Jason throughout, including after an issue with the transport company. Recommend.

I was interested in purchasing a couple of highchairs and I called with questions. The sales person said he was transferring me to someone that could help me. Instead, he transferred me to an answering machine. I left a message with a phone number. No one ever called me back. So much for customer service. Not impressed for my first time wanting to buy there. It would have taken very little effort to answer my questions. I also wanted bar stools but maybe I'll keep looking for a company that doesn't have a problem providing customer service.

Customer service was terrible, they need a new manager for sure. I found a better place across the bridge in indiana. McDonald’s customer service tier. I’d rate it 0/5 if I could.

While this a restaurant store, it also offers individuals the opportunity to shop for their kitchen needs. Staff were helpful, as we were not 100% sure of our needs about a counter space. They gave good advice and help fill our needs. Will be my place for kitchen needs in the future, as there are all types of gadgets that we all love for the kitchen.

Has a fairly good selection not a lot in pots and pans, more in cooking equipment.

They literally have everything for kitchens both new and used. Bought a professional mixer for my wife. If I had room in my house I would have brought home a used commercial soft serve machine for me. ;).
