We love Wag N Paddle! The indoor dog park is the biggest in the area we have found (we've visited 3 other dog daycare and boarding facilities in Naperville). The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The biggest reasons this place stands out is they have a staff person managing the dog park, the dogs go through a selection process, they have a web-camera available to view the park, the dog park is open for owners to come hang with all the dogs too, and they have a puppy preschool for dogs under 6 months old. Also we can do all booking/reservations on their website portal. The owners and staff are very hands-on and welcoming. Since our puppy was 12 weeks old she came to puppy preschool once a week, and now we have a membership for the dog park, and take her to daycare and boarding as needed. Wag n Paddle has helped us socialize our dog and gives us a place to take her year-around, but especially helpful in the cold winter months. There is a big outside area too, and water station, and a really nice room for grooming/baths. And I haven't even mentioned the 3 indoor heated pools! It's such a treat to have this facility nearby. I cannot recommend enough. There is a waiting list for daycare at the time I wrote this review. Also a plus of taking our dog here for the dog park regularly: we get to know other dogs and their owners, it really feels like a community.

One of the best experiences with my dog! Today was Heisenberg's first time swimming. He was really shy and scared at first. But he got so comfortable with the water and started swimming on his own. Our swimmer that worked with Heisenberg was really friendly and took the time she needed with him also gave me a lot of tips and advice. I Will definitely be coming back with him and with my other dogs!

We absolutely LOVE Wag N' Paddle. It is such a great option for when it's too hot or too cold out for our dog to be outside. In addition, if your dog swims, this place is a MUST! The instructors are great, the pools are clean and my dog is EXHAUSTED after she leaves. In addition to it being great for the dogs. the staff are so friendly and kind!

My dogs love going to Wag N Paddle to swim! My golden loves chasing after the gummy bear toys and jumps right off the side of the pool after her toys too. We even bring our foster dog there! He can be a bit protective but he was amazing with Crystal G, and it’s comforting to know their staff is experienced to handle all kinds of dogs and it’s amazing their support for the rescue community! There’s so many dogs that can enjoy swimming here even if mingling with other dogs in the park aren’t their thing (like mine)! We only go for swimming but it’s the best! Highly recommend!

Great place for your dog to play, and have a great time. Friendly, clean, and well managed.

My dog and I are obsessed with this place. Started with the assisted swims which was so nice. We had Amy and she was the best with my dog. She was very patient and now that we are unassisted, she still pops in to say hi which is so sweet. We just added on the dog park too. What I love is that all the dogs in the area are temperament assessed and I know that all dogs are up to date on their vaccines. There’s so much irresponsibility out there in the dog park world and the peace of mind I get from this is worth it. The space is way larger than I had anticipated too. Highly recommend all the way around. Friendly staff, clean environment and reasonably priced.

From the moment you walk into the facility it's fresh, orderly and friendly. Even though it's an indoor dog park, with swimming pools, there is no smell of dog anywhere. My baby spent 5 nights with them and came home smelling fresh, not doggie. Shannon & Matt have the dogs best interest at heart at this place! I'm so very glad I found them! Thank-you for taking care of my fur child while I was on vacation! He loves swimming and I'm glad it's one of the many activities offered here at Wag 'N Paddle. As this was my first time boarding too, the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient with me and my many, many questions. All my fears and concerns were at ease with just a phone call. The free daily report card filled with pictures, and the live streaming video are great additions that I couldn't find anywhere else. I want to give a special shout out to Shannon for taking the time to melt peanut butter and mix it into my stubborn baby's food just so he'd eat! The entire staff really loves every dog that walks in like one of their very own. I can see Bullet has another family at Wag 'N Paddle and I can't wait for him to come visiit again! Thank-you again! ~ Bullet, Leah & Mike

Wag ‘N Paddle is Freddy’s favorite place ever. We’ve been coming here for years as dog park members and I’m always so impressed by the staff, cleanliness, safety & overall experience. It’s an absolutely incredible enhancement to my dog’s life & great for those cold and rainy days. I’m so thankful that this place exists. I also appreciate that they vet every single dog for safety/shots and never sacrifice a new client over safety. I know my dog will be safe coming here and that means a lot.

Due to my fiancé & my work schedules, we take our dog here 2-3 times a week. Our dog absolutely LOVES coming here for both daycare and to the dog park. We love having the option for him here when the weather is bad outside. We also give him baths here.. which is nice as the tubs are elevated so you don’t have to hurt your back ending over to wash your dog. We have boarded our dog a couple times during vacations as well. My absolute favorite thing is every day your dog goes to daycare or is boarded, you get a “report card” texted to you with pictures from the day. Also, the owner is so nice! He was shoveling ice the other day after an ice storm. He came to get my dog directly from the car so I didn’t have to get out of my car

Today was the first day I took my dog to Wag 'N Paddle. We started with an evaluation, which is GREAT knowing the facility wants to maintain a safe environment for all visitors. Once my dog passed the evaluation, he got to run free in the indoor dog park and I LOVED seeing how happy he was to run free and chase other dogs. The whole building is SPOTLESS, so clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my dog isn't used to running so much and his paw pads got a little sore. The care and attention by the owners and staff at Wag 'N Paddle was extraordinary!! They immediately jumped to helping my Duncan by cleaning his paws, offering suggestions of what I can use to help heal (and searching the facility for those supplies to save me a trip to the store) and helping me get him into the car. That moment alone showed the love and care everyone there has for animals and made me feel that if I ever needed to board my dog that he would be safe and well taken care of. I am so excited to go back to Wag 'N Paddle and will recommend this facility to everyone I know!

Met with the owner and the staff for a quick 15 minute evaluation. They let us take our time to look around and play with the other dogs. Very spacious indoor and outdoor area. The owner was present to answer any questions or concerns and everyone was incredibly friendly. They treat the dogs like their own and I walked out with a 6 pass purchase. Taquito is excited for more visits to wag n paddle 🐶

Can’t believe during the past year and a half that I’ve brought my yellow lab to the pawfect pools at Wag N Paddle that I’ve not done a review. The ability to have your dog go swimming inside with great supervision is a dream. My dog Cooper, has been under the supervision of Amy, Britney or Shannon ( owner ). All of them have been incredibly observant when it was there time ( 30 minutes ) to swim with Cooper. They have always adapted to Coopers energy and playfulness for that particular session. Cooper thoroughly enjoys his swim time and I enjoy the amount of exercise he is getting. Definitely a must for any dog owner who’s dog enjoys playing in the water.

Both of our pups love the park! The staff is amazing and when we have had to use daycare or board they have been amazing sending pictures and report cards. We love that there is a screening process prior to entry as we feel it’s a safer place for our pups to play than a public dog park. Our dogs did not like the swim, but staff was super patient with both of them during our session. Recently started using the bath tubs as well. What a life saver! Now when I groom our dogs between professional grooms I don’t have to throw my back out leaning over the tub. We all LOVE Wags!

The owner of this establishment was completely rude and unprofessional He told me and my dog to go play outside in -2° weather I can’t believe I almost paid $20 for my dog to play there for one hour ( video taken on a warmer day) Overpriced. Unfriendly. I do not recommend.

Staff is great, and facility is very clean and well run. Highly recommend this business. Dogs have such a great time there. Grace does an excellent job in the pool with our dog one on one. Tends to be a little pricey but I don't look back with regret. When you see how happy the dogs are it makes it very worth.

Wag 'N Paddle is great! My dog Enzo loves it! His excitement in the car on the way there is evident of that. The indoor (and outdoor) dog park is wonderful. He can chase the ball and hang out with his friends. I like that it is clean and that there is a staff member in the dog park even though dog owners are there with their pet. They have multiple pools and he loves to swim! I could go on...! If you want your dog to exercise and socialize this is the place!

Had our dogs here for the last two years but just left the Illinois area. Of all things in the Midwest we will miss Wag the most. Have not encountered more caring people or a better atmosphere. They treat all dogs as they are their own. Have an exceptionally clean facility and are attentive to their clients. 11/10 could not recommend more.

We boarded our pup with Wag 'N Paddle for a month and it was a great experience. We received daily report cards with photo updates, the team answered our phone calls/emails with great details and kept us posted about our dog's health. Our dog was as happy and healthy as we left him - no issues, no behavioral changes. Team Wag 'N Paddle is truly amazing and we'll be returning loyal customers. Cant recommend them enough! Thank you!

Great place and location, probably one of the best daycare and boarding facilities around. Their pools are great and they have people helping the dogs to get the hang of swimming. We’ve found available times to bring our dog to the pool in the same week. However, I’m not giving it all 5 stars as it has extrémale limited availability for daycare: we’ve struggle finding open days to bring our dog. It seems like you have to book daycare months in advance.

Wag N' Paddle is a must-visit for dog owners seeking an exceptional indoor dog park and swimming experience. The family-owned business in Naperville is a true gem, and their dedicated staff is fantastic. We make the drive from La Grange 2-3 times a week because it's totally worth it. The indoor dog park offers ample space for play and socialization, while the clean and temperature-controlled swimming pools cater to dogs of all abilities. Wag N' Paddle deserves every bit of praise for their outstanding service and facilities.

6/25 We just returned home from our first swim session. I have to tell you, today would have been a success if our dog would have put her paw in the water. By the end of the session she was a swimming machine. Today we met Grace and Crystal. Two absolute professionals that took our skittish adventure seeker and turned her into a swimmer! I know all dogs are different, but you can tell that they've met all types of dogs. Crystal was our swim coach today and it was so great she talked us through the whole process and let us know everything that she planned on doing before she did it. This is one of the most comfortable enjoyable experiences we've ever had with our dog and we are so incredibly grateful and thankful for the staff here to take the time and energy to show our Callie such a good time. I can't thank you enough or quantify how much this meant to us. Thank you.

First timer here, brought my 4 year old Belgian Tervuren in to try the pool and I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the staff from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. The “swim coach,” Sophia, was very patient with our dog who really does like water, but coached her through her first time swim today. It was a terrific experience for humans and for our dog. Very clean place. I tried to tip Sophia our swim coach but was told that’s not allowed. (Sad about that but I understand.) Instead, I am writing this review to praise the experience and Lua and I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Wag N Paddle.

Just had to share how amazing Wag N Paddle is. I was looking for a daycare to get my puppy use to a facility for potential boarding and this place is top notch! My puppy gets so excited when I drop her off for doggie daycare. She is so exhausted when I pick her up and doesn’t want to leave! That should tell you how great this place is! Recently we boarded her for the first time and I was a little nervous about it. However, they put me at ease by sending pictures everyday and she had the best time. The facility is very clean and all of the staff treat your dog like one of their own. I cannot say enough positive things about Wag N Paddle.

I am beyond grateful for this place. As the owner of a pittie, I am not comfortable with outdoor dog parks. Matt and Shannon have really done their reasearch to make the safest environment for dogs and owners. I really appreciate the need to have dogs evaluated and fully vetted, to keep everyone safe and happy. This place has been great to run my girls energy out. Thank you all.
