I
sued
Geico
for
a
blown
car
engine
after
they
discounted
auto
repairs
and
colluded
with
the
mechanic
shop.
The
day
of
court,
the
staff
said
there
is
only
one
guest
judge
(Newman)
today,
and
he
will
hear
all
cases.
I
realized
this
was
unusual
from
my
previous
visits
to
the
courthouse
in
preparation
for
my
case,
and
I
opted
out
and
rescheduled
my
court
date.
On
my
second
court
date,
the
usual
judge
was
there
but
he
would
not
hear
my
case.
He
said
he
has
a
guest
judge,
which
turned
out
to
be
a
Geigo
judge,
'helping
out'
on
his
lunch
hour
and
he
will
hear
my
case
against
Geigo.
I
adamantly
stated
to
the
court
that
I
wanted
an
impartial
judge
to
hear
my
fraud
case.
But,
the
judge
insisted
that
I
leave
the
courtroom
and
go
to
room
H-10
to
have
a
private
hearing.
The
guest
judge
heard
my
case
and
agreed
that
there
was
fault
on
Geigo
and
the
mechanic
shop
-
they
installed
used
parts
and
reused
the
radiator
impacted
from
a
side-front
collision
without
proof
of
testing
it.
He
questioned
them
until
he
was
convinced
there
was
substantial
wrong
doing
on
their
part
and
looked
at
pictures
and
the
used
parts
they
installed.
He
concluded
the
poor
work
done
by
the
mechanic
shop
led
to
engine
damage
and
Geigo
should
cover
it.
However,
ten
days
later
we
received
the
judgement
by
mail
and
the
crooked
judge
sided
with
Geigo
and
the
mechanic
shop,
and
I
lost
my
car.
I
spent
3
months
preparing
for
my
case
and
going
to
and
from
the
courthouse
to
observe,
and
what
you
should
know
is
that
this
is
a
democratic
courthouse
and
it's
run
by
a
team
of
corrupt
staff
and
judges.
My
advise
to
you
is
to
handle
the
matter
outside
of
court
-
even
if
you
have
to
do,
what
you
have
to.
This
is
the
only
way
you
will
get
justice
for
your
loss.
