Very disappointed with my order. This was my second visit and it was the same experience. Today I ordered the Yakisoba beef. It was weirdly sweet. Honestly? The one Costco has in their store brand kits is 100x better. Gyoza potstickers were good, the best item. Then the heart attack roll, it was just ehh.

I think the food here was OK. I got the short ribs, and my husband got the Nori steak. We ended up switching because the short ribs were a little tough. It was difficult for me to bite. It was also slightly bitter from the char, so my husband offered to help me eat it. I wanted to try the sushi rolls so we ordered a roll. Can’t remember the name but it had tempura shrimp and eel. It tasted really fishy, I think it wasn’t great as well unfortunately.

We went for dinner and the service was spot on. She was so nice and attentive. The sushi took longer than expected and she did stay on top and apologized for the wait. The appetizers were so good! We had Gyoza and fried tofu. We did think the rolls that we got where very small for the price but good. I would go back if we are ever in American Fork.

This is definitely the best sushi restaurant in Utah county. They take great pride in the quality of their food. And, it always tastes amazing. Unfortunately, business is not their strong suit. They have a discount for their roles after 10:00 p.m. on the weekend. However, if you customize the role in any way, they charge you for the modifications and then, inexplicably remove the after 10 p.m. discount. It's 100% a bait and switch. And likely not legal. Their food is amazing, the service of their wait staff is equally as good. But their business policies and methods are extremely disappointing and poor. It appears as if they make it up as they go just to make extra money. Revoking discounts that are advertised without any cause whatsoever. And it is completely unjustifiable. Despite that, I'll probably keep going here because the food really is top-notch. Hopefully they can correct this issue of screwing the customer and make it a more inviting business and environment.

1 star for taste, wish I could give 0 stars for the customer service. Just got my oder of a Vegas roll, complained about the black thing on the bottom, then staff proceeded to tell me it was crystallized eal sauce and not burnt rolls. So I asked "eel sauce usually comes in on the side, not deep fried with the roll right?" To which they answered "Yes, but it is your fault for not asking for it on the side"

I met some friends here from out of town who i hadn't seen in a couple of years. We explain that to our server and they are most welcoming and told us we could stay as long as you wanted to visit. The food was nice and fresh we had some different sushi items as well as a few other regular menu items. We were pleased with all of it. The service was good. I would return again next time in the location

let's just say I won't be coming back here for ramen or chashu anytime soon. the broth had almost no flavor at all, the noodles were way overcooked and mushy and the chashu was dry and flavorless. it's the first time I've been disappointed in a ramen from anywhere in Utah yet. thankfully I also got a Philly roll which was quite tasty. and what I saw of the rolls on other patrons tables looked very appetizing. just wish I had gone with more sushi.

Wow! We’ve come here a few times and are always blown away. Tonight was Valentines Day. We had a slight weight (expected) but were searing within a half hour. Burd was our server and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She made sure our meal was exactly as expected and ensured that we were enjoying ourselves. We will be back here and are happy to wait!

Staff were all kind, occasionally slow but the place got pretty crowded. The food was tasty. We liked the sushi rolls we ordered...Playboy, sweet J, and the dragon roll with eel. The volcano wasn't as good, but not bad either. Also, the sukiyaki meat was tasty. The sunomono isn't actually pickled, but a light, refreshing crunch that's good as a side dish.

Excellent food and presentation that was delicious. Wonderful that you can observe the creation of the sushi right behind the front counter. Highly recommend the Funky sushi roll was especially delectable. A little cold sitting by the windows but bearable. Enjoy!

Nori has a cool atmosphere. We have done the lunch special a couple times. We only do basic sushi...wimps :P Love shrimp tempura and California rolls. Would give 4.5 if we could. It's not blow-you-away good so can't give a 5. The miso soup is the best I've had around town. Prices ok. Was a little surprised by a 'packing fee' for takeout. I want to try their Nori roll -- looks exactly my style. Recommend. Though it's not my top choice it's one of the most convenient for my area.

Food was good as was service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to eggs in ramen being over cooked. I'm used to the yolk being semi done and more orange colored than yellow, poached vs boiled. There also is limited variety of beers. Everything else was great!

Great service and the sushi and food was fantastic. I highly recommend! They were able to cater to my gluten allergy.

Pretty good overall. The edamame was not my favorite but the rolls were good. The boa buns were probably our favorite though. Definitely get those!

Went with a couple friends for my birthday dinner. The service was ok.. didn't really feel like we were all that important or really wanted there. But they weren't rude either. The sushi was good but very slow coming out. Overall it was a nice place just would have been nice to see at least 1 smile.

We were surprised there was no one there when we arrived but understood by the time we left. We have never had such terrible sushi in our life. It lacked flavor and fell apart. We had the xanex and the salmon crunch… it was missing the crunch on top and it was slimy. They were both half the size we typically see at other sushi locations but more expensive. The table was sticky where we sat down and when I put my hands down, the seat was covered in crumb The staff however was friendly and polite. They were quick to clean up the table and wipe down the chair. The waitress was nice. I do believe that they should have removed the

Small quaint restaurant who was very accommodating to my brother-in-law in a wheelchair. They helped us move tables around to help him fit. Also very polite about the whole thing. Service was friendly, helpful In recommendations and patient with a large family taking orders. Food was served in a very timely manner. Presented beautifully. I was impressed by the no-fuss ambiance and the simple beauty of it all. The flavors weren’t as bright as I had hoped and maybe this place caters to a different flavor pallet than mine. It’s my sisters favorite sushi restaurant but won’t be added to my list of favorites. But that’s okay. Everyone is different.

This was an unexpected treat, so beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious! It wasn't actually Ramen but I can't remember the name of the fatter noodles. I had all of this with some sake and it was perfection.

Loved their Xangos dessert, which is essentially a fried cheesecake chimmichanga, served with vanilla icecream. I ate the Xango dessert and forgot to take a photo on a separate visit. Repeat customer.

Great food and our server was great! We will definitely be back! Dynamite was our favorite sushi roll of the 5.

We love to eat at Nori. The reason why is simple, they make alot of really good sushi, and I can get a freestyle roll at is different every time. Beside that, I'm not really too qualified to try review sushi, I very much enjoy it. But my knowledge on the prep and minutiae of it is limited. So suffice to say I've not yet had an unsatisfactory meal, and I don't expect to any time soon. Strongly recommend.
