I’ve been shopping here for years at this point. I understand the market is going crazy but that’s no excuse to price gouge your customers and tell them they didn’t pay 39.99 plus tax less than a year ago. I had the price of cocoa raised 63% on me and he thought I wouldn’t notice. New management needs to get a grip on reality

I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. I was recently in to purchase some items, the staff walked me through all of the products that would work for what I needed. They even recommended new products that I haven't used before and it worked great! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all your growing needs.

Recently went for pond needs and ended up getting a whole new system. The place is well organized and the staff that I spoke with was beyond knowledgeable and so friendly. Prices were extremely fair and better then big chain stores. Definitely going back.

Went in for a couple grow bags and had a few questions. Ended up with some excellent knowledge and a better understanding of what I need and the direction to get there. Amazing experience and I am hooked. Why go online if you have any questions at all? Visit this shop and get to your goal on a straight line rather than some trial and error windy road!!

First experience left a sour taste in my mouth called about them 1020 trays was quoted a price of $1.80 and $1.76 depending if it has holes or not showed up the next day made the 30 minute drive And I see the trays sitting there with the same price I was quoted on the phone $1.80 and $1.76 I take the trade up to the counter to pay and I’m told the trays r 2 79 each understandably I walked out frustrated and I’ll never be back

The Grow Shop and employees have been an amazing asset to our Licensed Cannabis Cultivation facility in Reno. They are always willing to go the extra mile for us to get last minute items we need and can’t find with our larger distributors. They are knowledgeable and answer any and all questions they can. They have helped us call around to find nutrients they didn’t carry at the time. I just want to take the time to say thank you from the owners of Urban Hills/Bohemian Brothers Brand.

Excellent grow shop with good prices. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. One minor criticism, the website link takes you only to Fort Collins, Co and is focused only on the one store. If it's an equal business more focus needs to be placed on both.

Was treated so genuinely friendly and respectfully by the employee I think his name was Bryden. He understood all the way down to the molecule what his different products were for and was able to explain it clearly. I was peppering him stupid questions and he was very generous with his time and knowledge won't go anywhere else thank you! They have a huge section for mycology as well!!

Lots of good stuff here, and the employee who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend for any hydro needs!
