I have worked with Right @ Home going on 3 years now and they are by far the best company I have ever worked for. The owner (Victor), Office Manager (Regina), Nurse (Denise), and all of the staff are amazing people. We are truly a family oriented company. Victor is dedicated to putting not only the needs of his clients but also the needs of his staff as priority. I love Right @ Home and would definitely recommend them to anyone for patient care as well as an excellent company to work for.

Working with Victor and Regina is pleasant and easy, and the Caregivers are lovely. I needed their assistance with my father with very little notice and they were on it and there when I needed them. We are now a regular client and my father loves his Caregiver, Amanda, who comes three times a week to help my father out with his activities of daily living. Right at Home was able to work with our long term life insurance company to ensure coverage and the process was smooth and relatively quick. I am comfortable recommending RAH to my friends and family.

The Owner and office staff Victor/Regina/Lisa are amazing - they all played an active part in getting caregivers immediately to my Dad in home hospice care and went above and beyond. Their RN Denise is a wonderful, caring and compassionate nurse. The homecare assistants Amanda and Coraline are like part of the family. My siblings and I can't always be there but - we feel assured that my parents are in good hands and safe. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them - not only did they meet my expectations - they totally exceeded them !!

Victor and staff quickly responded to our need for in-home care after my mother had a second surgery and was unable to fully care for herself. They provided a timely assessment and had a caregiver in the home within days of the assessment. They were prompt in responding to phone calls, kept us informed, and addressed needs. Ultimately, we chose to move my mother into an assisted living facility, but are grateful for the support provided by Victor, the nurse, and my mother's in-home caregiver. Suzanne.

Being an owner of a home care company, I was worried that I would not be able to find a company in S. Florida that would meet my expectations for my mother who needed immediate care. I signed up with Right at Home initially just for Medication Management but due to an illness needed to start 24/7 care immediately. Working at Right at Home is a great joy. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They make sure you know the Plan of Care for each client, and they're always there to answer questions. Right at Home is very professional and have wonderful clients whom I enjoy taking care of. The company and clients are very appreciative!

Our experience with Right at Home has been a great experience! Wonderful in home care for my Mother In-Law. Staff is very caring, courteous and professional. The weight has been lifted knowing that she was being taken care of while we are at work. We would recommend this service to anyone that is in need. We were using Right at Home for my Mother-in-law 3 days a week, increased to 5 days a week and then to 7 days a week. I couldn't have asked for better care. They took very good care of my husband's mother, cooking, running errands, taking her to appointments, laundry, cleaning and spending quality time with her. Unfortunately, we are having to take the next step and move her to an assistant living facility. My mother-in-law asked Dorseth (care giver) if she could come with her to the facility, which speaks for itself. My mother-in-law will truly miss Dorseth as will we. This organization is very professional and great customer service. Lisa Brewer (office coordinator) is fantastic, when you call she is always willing to help with anything that you need. She is very friendly and gives you the attention you deserve and want. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone that wants excellent care for your aging parents.

Loving and caring is what they are. I live out of state and my father had to be hospitalized which left my mother alone needing care. Other agencies refused to help but Right at Home immediately accepted the challenge. They emailed me the appropriate paperwork and had someone at my mother's home within an hour. They took a potentially serious situation and made it manageable and way less stressful than it could have been. Thank You Right at Home!!
