We have the best guys picking our trash up. They always have a smile on their face, and are kind and courteous. Very professional too! You might pay a little more for WM, but it’s well worth it. We’ve been with them for almost 10 years now.

I have used Waste Management for many years as my primary garbage pick up. This company is reliable, reasonably priced, and has great customer service employees. They have been around for a long time and I hope they continue to be in business for many years to come.

Sometimes they pick up your trash sometimes they don't, sometimes they notify you of a schedule change sometimes they don't, they are the highest cost but at least they're better than waste pro. That's what there was a company that was better even slightly I would change.

They have missed my trash pickup over 3 times now since my service started on May 1st. I'm not impressed, and when I check status on the app, there is no option for me to request missed pickup? Or where you at? It just shows on my account it was picked up and what time, and that is not true, so I can't reach them because you will be on hold for an hour! This is ridiculous and now I know why ALL my neighbors don't use WM! They have all tried and got rid of them quickly.

WM is awesome. We have medical difficulty to move to The street. The drivers are just awesome and pickup at the garage door For us . Thank you thank for the added great service to our drivers & customer service is awesome too👍☮️⭐️👍🙏

A big thank you to WM and the great team who comes by our home for Recycling and Trash pick ups. The team who comes by are simply a joy. They work so well together and never rush (we understand how important time is for your company). We so appreciate that they bring the cans up the driveway. Best part of it all is they are so kind, considerate and always with a smile! Thank you WM.

For the past three yrs, I have been truly blessed having the same WM driver/worker!!! He's a hard worker, and goes way beyond! As far as the company, I have only one complaint, they never replaced my garbage cans after a fill in employee in two weeks destroyed my cans! Called twice, said they would, never did.

We have been with Waste Management for several months now, and I am so impressed! We struggled for years with County Sanitation (turned Coastal Waste) to have consistent, reliable service. Now, we pay less and we get better service. I highly recommend WM to folks who are unincorporated and have to choose their own service.

The crew that services my address are great . I have never had a problem with WM since we started with them many years ago.

switched over hoping for better service and first pick up missed. Can't get a live person on phone. Still waiting for call back. So far customer service and pick up service sucks.

YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS NOT FRIENDLY - NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT TO RESOLVE ANY OTHER ISUES THAN THE ONES THAT YOUR SYSTEM PRODUCES BY A ROBOT - SOME PEOPLE STILL LIKE THE PERSONAL TOUCH - TOO BAD YOU GAVE UP ON THAT!!!! OUR SERVICE WAS NOT EVEN LISTED BELOW - WE ARE A COMPANY AND HAVE PICK UP WHICH IS EXCELLENT - ANOTHER FAILURE IN THE AUTOMATIVE SYSTEM - GOOD THING THEY ARE NOT THE ONES SERVICING.

WM picks up on time and has never left loose trash behind in my yard. Also, always puts the can back in the yard and never close to the street. My previous trash pick up always left trash everywhere and left my cans in the street. I appreciate WM for doing a Great Job!!!!

Checked the hours of operation on Google and it says open today on Sunday until 4:30pm. We lifted and transported heavy furniture and drove 25 mins to find it closed on Sundays. Huge inconvenience, not to mention wasted valuable weekend time. Get your information straight!

WM ensures that I received outstanding service by being on time and ensuring that the area around the pickup is clean after they finish..

WM has done an outstanding job of making sure the are is clean after they complete their run. Also, they are the quietest service to me. The only concern is the changes in time of day when they arrive, however, they always arrive.

I'm very happy we switched to Waste Management. They are very reliable.

They are always not picking up trash when they are supposed to. Then, they never come on the alternate day they say they will pick up. This is a terrible company. I wish trash pick up was not private - it sucks!

If you want an increase in your monthly service charge every six months with no fair justification and hope when you come home your trash has picked up this is the perfect company for you. If you want to talk to someone in customer service over the phone and have them act like they care when they really don't, this is the perfect company for you!

Service is always reliable and as scheduled. Always assists with extra items such as large palm fronds and other yard debris. Gentlemen handling the truck are friendly and helpful. Have used the company for many years with no complaints. Fees are reasonable as well.

Worst service on earth. Misses pick ups, pricy af, dumped recycling in the trash. Took over 2 weeks to get trash pick up after Ian in an area that only had the need for a standard pick up.

Reliable, friendly, they even take the extra bags we have after yard work which we need, and greatly appreciate. Also like the Company's mission and efforts to recycle.

I have had to call several times in the past year or so because my trash and recycling had been missed. It got to the point where the driver had to call the supervisor FROM MY HOUSE to let them know they were here to pick up my trash. Maybe we need to get back to that because I can’t keep waiting an extra week + to get my trash and recycling picked up. I don’t post $100 for this type of “service”.

Service has been great always on time and never a mess after they do the pickup. Had a few companies and by far the best.

Constantly raising prices to the point that now it's $154 quarterly for once a week trash and once a week recycling. Been loyal to them over 15 yrs in two different states. Not good.
