Big Time Limo saved the day for me. Had a hard time finding a limo for a special birthday party and Sam came through. Took a group of 17-year-olds to Howl-o-Scream for my nephew’s birthday. Great customer service! I had called around to a few other places and they never responded or it was a hassle dealing with them. I ended up finding Big Time Limo and talked with Sam and he answered all my questions and helped in getting me scheduled. He was so nice and friendly and just a great person. I ended up having Steve as much driver on the day of my event and he is such a sweetheart. He was welcoming of me and my guests, kept a smile on his face and we ended up having two last minute stops and he stopped with no problems. The party bus was beautiful and had enough room for my party of 17. I was very pleased with this company and would highly recommend.

I could not recommend Big Time Limo more! The booking process was easy, they were very communicative right before our event to ensure all details were correct, and they arrived right on time (even a little early!) for our pickup. From there, we had the absolute best night being taken around the Clearwater area by Sam (thank you, Sam!!) - the bus was clean and comfortable and the perfect environment we were looking for for our bachelorette party. Do not hesitate to book them!!

We used Big Time Limo for transportation from our wedding to our reception. From the first phone call with Sam until the time he dropped us off, he was incredible! He was very responsive with calls and texts and went the extra mile. He was very good with explaining everything so there was never any confusion and he did everything he could to make our experience great. We had a very large party (25 people total) and got what the company calls the "Big Boy". The bus was awesome and really nice. Sam was outside of the ceremony and ready to go before we were, he had the bus loaded with drinks and ice, and he stopped numerous places around Tampa for us and our wedding party to take pictures. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and we did! We really appreciated everything. Thank you, Sam!
