This was an incredible experience! I had been on a hot air balloon before but my husband had not. Our pilot, Shane, has over 20 years experience and was very knowledgeable about the area, terrain, plants, and anything else we could think to ask him. I always say you stay in business because you’re good at what you do but you’re the best in your business based on the experience. 10/10 would recommend and make sure you get Shane.

Incredible experience. Our pilot clearly knew what he was doing. A lot of balloons take off from the same location because of the weather and direction of the wind. All are heading for the same location to land but have other options a long the way. We were the only ones to make it all the way to the furthest destination which gave us the longest flight possible. I think only a skilled and experienced pilot can do that. We flew really high for a great view of the sunrise and also flew low and got an amazing, up close view of the hills. Our pilot was entertaining with stories and information the whole time. It wasn’t some corporate company following a script. It was exactly what I wanted it to be. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

On a Thanksgiving trip to Phoenix with my daughters, we decided to try for a balloon ride and the only day we were free was the next day - Thanksgiving. It was amazing that Aerogelic had openings for us on the sunrise flight. The pilot and crew were all kind, helpful, and informative. We flew with two other groups of two. A crew member joined us to provide enough weight. So glad that it wasn't totally full as this space felt very comfortable during Covid times. They also took pictures of us, which came out great. We had a wonderful flight and went longer than anticipated bringing us back to the takeoff spot - almost to the exact ground location. It concluded with a champagne/apple juice toast! My only issue was I allowed myself to get drawn into a political discussion - while polite and friendly, I felt it distracted me from all the peace and beauty. (I take responsibility for joining in.) I definitely recommend this company and taking in this wonderful experience! This was a bucket list item - checked off. And we learned that "it depends on the wind" is the answer to everything! LOL

My sisters & I were first time ballooners this morning and our Sonoran Desert sunrise experience was totally awesome, as were our pilot & crew!!! The flight was fun and the scenery was inspiring!! Perfect all around and I'd recommend this company for a fun, safe & professional experience!!

By far one of the coolest adventures my husband and I have tried! Great organized crew, spectacular views, perfect landing, and the champagne toast at the end was truly special! A great 50th birthday gift for my husband! We are hooked and want to have a balloon flight everywhere we travel to now!

This was an excellent adventure with the pilot and the crew. The wind determines where you go and how you land. The pilot prepared us for a possible rough landing due to the wind but brought us down beautifully. It was a beautiful sunset flight. Climbing in and out of the basket is difficult but with help we all got in. We were 21 people on board one of the largest Balloons in Arizona. This is an adventure sport and you need to be prepared and able. Champagne and Fruit toast was a nice salute to the ballooning tradition. Aeronauts all! We had our first experience in a hot air balloon with Aerogelic and we were NOT disappointed . Our pilot Shane was amazing as was his crew . Toasting with mimosas and fruit afterwards was the cherry on top of a wonderful time.

This was my first balloon flight at age 68. When the wind finally cooperated, it took minutes to blow up the balloon, climb aboard, and up, up and away. Our pilot, Matt, and his apprentice, Tanner, explained to safety rules and possible landings: 1, easy bounce and down, with 3, skidding and landing on the basket's side. Matt expertly landed with a gentle tap and by a mound, making it easy to disembark for my old bones. The views of the surrounding mountains and desert were lovely. We even got to see a pack of Javelina. People on the ground, especially the kids, waved at us in the air. Great experience and hope to return for a sunset flight. P.S. My daughter bought this for my husband and me in 2019, but Covid hit. The company honored the gift certificate 3 years later with no added fees. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service. Booked a sunrise flight....agreed to move to afternoon flight once told to be there at 3pm- as this should give me time to make it to wk that night. Well due to winds it kept getting delayed. I finally had to back out as I had to be at work that night. I was told expect 3-4hrs. So from 3pm- done by 7 gave me time to get to work. Well 330 turned into we will see at 430 depending on weather. At 4 I was now thinking the 4 hrs applied from that time it was going to make me late for work. So I had to decline. Never once was it ever explained that the 4hrs is from 3p. I guess your flight time gets shorter the later you go up. Once again customer service was terrible. I get a call this morning being informed that I'm out my deposit. The lady could have cared less about the fact I had to wk and just kept saying I knew I had to have 4 hrs. Never explained that a delay doesn't move the 4 hr time frame. The entire attitude of the guy at the field was awful. If anyone had of explained that no matter what time we left i would still have been done by 7. I would have hung around. Then she made the comment they didn't land till 730 so that still past the 4 hrs. Just aggravating out the money and they could care less or offer another solution.

This was an amazing adventure for both Jody and I, the owner (Pilot) was right up front with clear instructions to ensure everyone is safe and has a great time. The ground crew were awesome, making everyone comfortable prior to flight. We strongly disagree with the negative comments, I guess you will always have haters/complainers. We visit Arizona annually, we will balloon again with this company. God Bless.

Great experience, almost felt unreal being off ground! If you want to have your first hot air balloon experience with a team that cared for safety they are an easy decision to book with. Well worth the price!

Shane, Jordan and their crew were great. Not sure about Mikes experience below, ours was absolutely amazing! I saw a lot of Bucket List Rainbow Ryders ballons that took off before us land before us, we got more air time, flew farther and flew high baby!! So glad we booked with Aerogelic instead. I would definitely book them again!

Crew was good. Pilot was smoking before takeoff in the basket next to the flame before any customers got into the basket. Ride was good and smooth with good views. Fun, but then got really political fake news trumpy which was gross.

I had a fantastic time and felt safe with the help of the pilot Shane and his crew. He was funny and kept the balloon in the air. Lol This was a bucket list item for my fiancee and she was 100% satisfied. I would totally recommend this company to experience an incredible balloon ride. I will book again with my kids the next time I am in AZ. Thanks again.

My husband surprised me with this and man was it a surprise! It was our first time, I was expecting it to be a little scary but the pilot made everything very clear and easy! We stayed in the air for about an hour, the pilot did an awesome job, told a few stories, we got to wave at people below, & see beautiful sites that you can't see from the ground! This is a smaller, more personable company and would highly recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area! Thank you again for the awesome ride!

It may not be what everyone thinks it will be. I had a wonderful time. Our balloonist matt was very professional and informative. If you're looking for some pie in the sky it's all about you experience this may not be for you. However this is not an experience you want to miss. I will be going again. Guaranteed.

For my 60th birthday, my husband set us up for a sunrise hot air balloon experience! What a great experience it was! The pilot & crew were quick & so very knowledgeable about all things ballooning! We were told this was the biggest balloon in AZ! We were warned about a possible rough landing due to the wind. We were told how to stand & brace ourselves for the impact & how to get out if the basket went sideways! All of that did infact happen! We were sideways, but we were ALL SAFE! Awesome champagne toast at the end! Great job Aerologic Ballooning!

Shane gave us an amazing flight! the views were top notch. We had a bit of wind, he said it might cause a rough landing- but it was smooth as butter. We'll be back for sure!

We had an amazing time - 5 of us (all women) booked a sunset ride. There was another couple with us too. It was so beautiful! Shane our pilot was awesome! The whole crew were great. The ride was smooth and the sunset views were beautiful. The landing was smooth too! And we loved the champagne toast afterwards! We all would definitely recommend Aerogelic Ballooning - and we would love to take another ride!

Uncomfortable ride as he talk about politics and God. If I realized that was going to happened I would never have booked it makes me more uncomfortable to go on another ride with this company next time. Tho I do respect people have a right to there own opinion he kept talking about Jesus and tipping about how young people don't tip anymore. I felt so pressured to tip it felt threatening. He was a smart alic and unprofessional. Tho he lifted off and landed safely I do not feel like going back or recommending this business to my friends. You may say anything about me but it won't affect my choice.
