    Waste Management using city policy under organic container, wants make extra money from only our warehouse. I checked more than 200 warehouse in Canoga park non has organic container. We reported to city and channale 4 news.

    As well run as a landfill can be managed. Easy check in and directions given where your refuse goes. There's one or two personnel at the dump site that will direct you where to park to dump. We had a truck park too close to our truck and when he realized our load would come too close to his truck he moved. Make sure you give enough space between vehicles to offload.

    Waste Management has been terrific! We have been customers for many years and the service has consistently good. Our drivers have been courteous and respectful, they do go that extra mile! Thank you!

    Service is fine, but price is outrageous. Large item pickups limited. Every other week pickup for Green and Recycle, yet we pay the most. WM should clean up items that people dump on the streets as a community service. Still waiting for a replacement can.

    Very satisfied with the Waste Management service. I would like to get more details on specifically what is recycled. For example, are the soft plastic material that is used to hold together 6 packs of soft drink cans actually recycled locally?

    Our’s & our neighbors recycling bins were missed being serviced (up & down the street).I reported the problem & the bins were serviced the following day. Then the following week it happened again to everyone, our recycling bins were not serviced. Once again I had to report the problem & next day bins were serviced. Last week the bins were serviced so hoping the issue has been resolved.

    The worst trash company! the driver is so lazy. he wants all the cars cleared out. It’s in a shopping center you are going to have to get out of your truck to get the trash bin! The driver had guts to tell me that I should take a Uber if I don’t know how to park my car or my car is clearly parked out of his way and all he has to do is get his butt out of his truck and pull the big dumpster container out and put it on his forks to lift it and dump it but he doesn’t want to do that. He expects to drive his truck right to the dumpster area you can’t do And then leaves the dumpster in the middle of the parking lot

    Started taking my payment automatically. I am NOT enrolled in auto pay. At times drivers leave trash behind that have fallen out during pick up. I've needed new containers for years but haven't gotten any. UPDATE; Got a nice reply and a promise to swap out cans. As usual no follow through. Possibility of a new collection company coming to town. Definitely going to switch if I can!!!

    Drop off of large container was to be in a 4 hr range (7-11:00), the day before I was told there was not guarantee what time but it ‘should’ be before 6:00 pm that day. My contractor was waiting for the dumpster to complete work he was billing me for. Terrible response from supervisor, only said ‘sorry for the wrong info given, she wouldn’t guarantee she would have it delivered when I was told… even after listening to my recorded original conversation. Very Poor Service for a $Bil company.

    Until this last move, I've always had a positive experience w/ WM. I cannot say that anymore. I signed up for service again w/ WM after my last move about a week and a half ago. They said the earliest they could have waste containers to my house was in 7 days. 7 days later and a weeks worth of trash after a move, I still have yet to receive the waste containers. I called the following Monday hoping the containers would be delivered that day. They were not. It is now Tuesday and I'm not all that sanguine that I will be receiving my waste containers today. Number of questions. 1. Why even take the containers at all from the house after people move out? The next occupant has no choice but to sign up since WM is the only refuse removal in the city. 2. After missing the initial drop off why not make the extra effort to get containers to the resident immediately. If my containers are not delivered today, I have half a mind to take the immense amount of trash in my garage and drop it off in front of my WM's local office. Follow up: After calling them today, they said they had been delivered yesterday. I assured them they were not and then they said that they'd be delivered tomorrow which is Wednesday. I talked to a supervisor named Leslie who told me they do not have inventory to deliver today. So either I was being lied to previously, or Leslie is lying to me now. Am I to believe that there is not a single bin they can deliver to my house to remedy the situation.

    We are very satisfied with WM services. They are very reliable, the drives are very polite and friendly and all the trucks look neat and clean. Also I'd like the fact that they have extra services to dispose big items and used electronics.

    BEWARE!!! Three consecutive weeks of unreliable service! Paying full price ($70) when not all trash cans are picked up, 3 WEEKS this month alone! Where is the quality control? Where is the so called "WASTE MANAGEMENT"? Waste Management is a WASTE OF MONEY. Would NOT RECOMMEND!

    I am mostly happy with the service we’ve received for the last almost 13 years. However, recently, one of our bins went missing (the blue trash bin). I was delighted that you replaced it, no charge. However, you replaced it with a black bin and now it’s really hard to tell which is bin is recycling and which is trash. We keep making mistakes. I wish we could exchange the black trash bin for a blue bin. Please.

    Trash is picked up reliably when scheduled. Dumpster is put back properly with the gate closed. Have not had any issues with the service lately, and the one issue I had in the past was handled promptly.

    The free dump days are great and worth the long wait. It motivates me to clean up around the house. Of course, I go to the landfill at other times as well. The staff is always friendly and courteous. A shout out to Terrance in Simi Valley, such an awesome guy.

    This is regarding curbside pickup and all interactions with WM. I am very happy with WM. They run like a fun happy clockwork. I have had no problems with them, only happy occasions.

    Today I learned alot how the Waste Management works.I mess up but not knowing what I did,and I explained myself to a main supervisor and she explained to me how it works at the waste management and also reduce my payment as it should have been in a real honest way,thankyou and much respect to you all that works at the Waste Management in Simi..J.C. crew..

    I want to thank these amazing drivers that navigate their big trucks through the narrow, hilly, streets of my neighborhood, and keep on such a great on time reliable schedule in that process.

    Overall service is very good. However, the cost is getting higher every year. Dumpstar rental is too expensive and right size dumpstar is not available which didn't use to be the case before. Was not allowed to dump items in the WM facility which could be done before. Lot of restrictions to dispose of household debris when renting a dumpstar

    2 years in row, worst customer service. Dropped off the Bin at wrong location, I spent 3 hours trying to find it. They finally brought the 2nd one, then the next day the dropped of the second one. Then they picked them up 4 hours early, 1 was still empty as we just started to clean up the park from the night before. They have no Customer service. When you call, you get someone in another state, that has to call dispatch, it is a run around. They dont care that they waste your time.
