Very professional and personable. Along with the job at hand, no heat, they did an inspection and diagnosis. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was given a detailed explanation, with pictures of the heating problem at hand. Along with that I was given an estimate for the repairs. I am very satisfied with the experience.

They showed up on time every day, and prior to the hvac installation I called several times with questions. They always got back to me in a timely manner and were happy to answer all my questions. My central AC unit wasn't working. The service rep, Claudia Alfaro came out. She was fantastic! Claudia was on-time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem (capacitor) withing minutes, had a replacement on her truck and replaced it. Excellent service!

Fantastic service! Felipe was amazing. No need to ever look anywhere else for heating or air problems! One month after moving into our house the weather got cold and we tried our heater but it wasn’t working. We have a Nest thermostat (it was already installed when we moved in). Felipe arrives and greets me with such a friendly attitude. I tell him the problem and show him to our heater. After a few minutes he starts configuring the Nest thermostat and found out it was installed incorrectly. We have a gas heater and the Nest was configured for a water pump. It was 52 degrees in our house and Felipe was very sympathetic for us. He manually turned on the heat before beginning the process of re-configuring our Nest. A small gesture, to be sure, especially since he had the heater working properly within the next 10 minutes, but it’s the little things that make or break an interaction. After chatting for a few minutes (Felipe was a blast to talk to) we said our goodbyes and he was on his way. If I ever have any issues with my heater or air conditioner in the future, I will not hesitate to call Felipe!

Claudia showed up to fix our air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job. She was on time and very pleasant. She call a half hour before showing to let us know she was coming. She fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. When she finished she made sure to answer any questions we had. This was a fantastic experience. Superior Mechanical was great to work with from start to finish. I will definitely call on them again if we have another issue.

Timeliness, Problem Resolution, Professionalism, Communication] Josue is very knowledgeable and professional to repair my AC unit's failure. He troubleshot the AC breaker in main box which burned the fuses in AC box caused the unit to break down no power. I highly recommend Superior Mechanical Heating and Air for AC repairs.
