I made a reservation to have service done on my car. I arrived early and they still took my car in right away. Customer service was phenomenal. Ambrosio was very helpful and kind. He went through everything with me and explained what the maintenance would entail. I told him if the air filters needed replacing to just do it, but he still brought them in to show me they in fact needed to be replaced. He wanted to make sure I saw and knew I wasn’t being charged for anything unnecessary. I really appreciated Ambrosio and the entire service department at Spreen Honda.

I came to get my car washed today on 06/26/23 and honestly I had a great experience from the gentleman who asked me what I was coming in for to the sales associate who helped me at the desk. I had to bring my baby with me And already this is a job in itself & he didn’t want to stay in his car seat any longer and he was crying and became frustrated! so I decided to get out of the car and wait for the sales associate to come outside so then he can tell me to come inside to get the paperwork stuff situated, but he did not see me, because I was out of my car with my baby and that was my fault, but the gentleman who help me out at first let him know that I was first in line. It’s just an all-around great teamwork and I can see that! The gentleman outside did such a great job on making sure that no one gets skipped! The guy who helped me inside name is Joshua and he gave me so many updates on when my car would be done which was very great because I did have my son with me! I absolutely love this team of employees and this job can’t be easy! Customer service is very difficult now days but I’m happy that I had such a great experience!!!!!!

Walked in to get my car serviced, which was quick for a Friday afternoon by the way. Thanks you Service department, great work! While I waited for my car to be ready, I was browsing the new models. Edgar was the ideal Sales Consultant/Rep. He was extremely informative, friendly and permitted me to do a test drive on a newer model (I am considering trading in). I also stopped by finance to visit with the gentleman who helped with my car purchase, but he was not in. Peter was quick to offer me assistance and was very knowledgeable. I left with all the questions I had answered. This experience actually made more of an impression on me than when I purchased my car. My splash shield was beyond damaged and hanging off my car, and it made me panic since I took it to other shops and they barely fixed it. Luckily I called ahead with the parts department yesterday and they had the part I needed, even helped me make an appointment to bring in my Honda Fit.
