My visit was to Crafton Hills College where I am trying to learn how to read and write in proper English! I also visited the Yucaipa Bus Transit Center. I had to travel between three and a half miles to four miles on foot to get the last bus home. What a nightmare!

Love this place. In fact if you head up to the mill creek area you just might find some gold in them hills.

Bekka was so kind and informative! She helped not only get the federal forest pass but also assisted with the state and county pass as well. She was very helpful and she also gave our kids some good bags full of fun activities to enjoy as well! We learned that 4th graders and 10nyearbold kids get a special pass to parks as well.

Especially the Heaps Peak Arboretum between Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs. Easy walks and lots of information on the plants. I'll bet it's gorgeous when the huge old Dogwoods are blooming.

Not easy to get there. The big bear lake is a little bit far from Google sign. But the nature view along the way is awesome.

Awesome to get into the forest so easily and SO close to one of the nation's largest cities!

Harassing people who are taking photos in the park threatening and intimidating. Just what you want out of a tax payer funded department. How many crimes are committed in your park yearly? But you choose to spend your time and our money intimidating a guy with a camera. Shameful

Between Hemet and Mountain Creek, on the way to Palm Desert on Route 74, we passed thru a section where the fire came through in the summer of 2018. It is a stark scene of a barren landscape that I was unprepared to witness. Everything that was growing close to the ground was vaporized into the atmosphere. We saw sticks of bushes and trunks of larger trees standing, but otherwise, everything was gone, it was bare earth.
