wow this store is amazing. I placed an order to have about 23 pages laminated. On each page is 4 cards that I would cut out later. they called me and asked if that was my intent and warned me that if I cut the cards out AFTER the laminating the paper will not hold well. I came to the store and they cut all the cards out for me and then laminated it. this was much more work and I am totally impressed!

I waited impatiently (very) for a UPS Store to open in Nipomo many years ago... I've been using them for sending and receiving mail, shipping, printing, banners, graphics, and much more since the day they opened. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They're all great people and give great service. Love you guys!!

I recently shipped an expensive trade show model to a client in Washington state. Unfortunately, the model was damaged in shipment. However, Jill (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure that things were taken care of. She filed the claim with UPS and was able to get UPS to pay for the costs of the repair of the item. She went above and beyond in my opinion in order to make sure that I was made whole. I will continue to ship through her store because I know that if an issue arises she will take care of it, no questions asked

They are extremely friendly and helpful. We primarily do all of our shipping through UPS Nipomo because we know we will get the best customer service on althe front end as well as if there is any issue with the delivery process to our customers.

Wonderful staff! No matter how busy they are, they are friendly, welcoming and happy to help you. They are especially patient with customers who are tech challenged! The amazing atmosphere at this store does not go unnoticed!

I've been in here several times in the last week to do various things; ship, fax etc. The usual. I like this store much better than my local store. There's hardly ever a wait. Very attentive staff! They're eager to help and process everything quickly and efficiently. I love that. No complaints here. I definitely recommend this UPS Store! ;)

THE go to place for so many services! Debbie and Robert truly know the meaning of customer service. If you need to print documents, shipping labels, or you name it from your email Robert can help you with that. I've just begun to explore what this UPS Store can offer. This is a great store for all our printing needs. I do volunteer work for a local organization and the UPS store always comes through for flyers and brochures as well as regular copying. I can even send our proposed flyers to them over the internet and pick up the finished product several hours later. Staff is very helpful in adjusting our drafts to a perfect finish.

Excellent service, Cristal was a huge help when I needed a notary. Very professional.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I was at the store this morning at 9:15am. The website and the front of the store say opens at 9am. Well the store was in fact not open. If you have changed your hours of operation pleas update your website and the sign on your door. Very disappointed!
