The express is my go-to for long trips where parking at Logan is cost prohibitive. Also, it is great for structured days into/out of South Station. Downside is no use of phone while riding.

Large parking lot and very convenient, located right off the exit 8 off Route 3. The Boston Express depot itself is well maintained and the staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. Operating pretty much back pre pandemic levels now.

Took the Boston Express on 11/17 from Boston to Nashua at 7pm for the first time and it was AMAZING. I’ve taken many bus trips and this was by far the smoothest ride. Shoutout to the driver!!

Basic bus station, no food. Lots of parking but it has lots of use. It can get full, frequently. Good schedule to/from Boston.

Lots of parking spots. There's toilet inside and they close like 3pm or 5pm. Tip: if you're in a rush, just buy thr ticket online and save the QR code. Because there might be a line inside and the bus is following the time. Also there's a weighing scale inside for luggage. (Great help in lcase you qanna leave some stuffs in your car) (they also have some in terminal E in Boston. Not sure if other terminals got one.

While I'm excited that there's more cruising out of Boston, boarding was full of stress and confusion. We wasted about half an hour in line, only to be pulled out of line, told to join another line, and then told to leave that line and re-join our original line.

Prepare ahead with tickets on phone, get tickets for your luggage inside at the counter. The tickets for luggage are for the bus driver know which airline you will need your luggage out for. You may can buy you bus ticket at that counter , check their website. Very nice ride and helps decrease anxiety about knowing your way around at the airport.

The Boston Express is a great bus company. I generally use them twice a year to get me from Boston Airport to Nashua in New Hampshire. Tickets are very reasonable and the drivers are really friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

What a relief to have this option in Nashua. Great service, very punctual and reasonably priced. Infact I plan my flights to match with bus timing. :)

2nd time riding this bus. No complaints besides that it was 10 minutes late. Is expected, it's Boston after all.

This is such a easy way to get to Boston. Wifi, clean, comfortable, cup holders. Very affordable. Love the ban on cell phone conversations.

Took the bus for the first time and I gotta say, for about 16 bucks it's hard to beat for a trip into Boston. Bus is clean, driver (Bob) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent mode of transportation, drops you off right at the Boston Logan Airport terminal or Boston bus station. You don't have to worry about the traffic, which is a plus. We use this mode of transportation all the time when departing from BOSTON. Early morning departure 6:00 a.m. from Nashua, NH, which puts you at the airport by 7:30. And late 8:00 p.m. pick up from Boston Logan Airport, which puts you back home around 9:30 p.m. Easy peasy!

Amazing place. Our trip to Boston was much more enjoyable on the bus, smooth ride, comfortable seats and an amazing bus driver! The price is reasonable as well!

Very clean buses. I'm a city girl and hated taking buses out of south station. Always dirty. The parking area is well lit and I feel safe if I have a late bus.

If I have called anywhere else to hold the bus I would have been laughed at. You guys showed compassion when me and my family were 500 feet away and about to miss our last chance to get home. Thank you for getting me "there and back" safely for 20 years!

Big parking lot is a plus. Small terminal building which was closed. There are a couple of benches outside. There is no covered area to wait in when the office is closed. Wind, rain and snow can literally put a damper on one's trip. When the terminal building is open, there are restrooms, seats and a ticket counter.

Boston Express bus service from Nashua to Boston and Logan Airport runs frequently 7 days a week offering free parking with clean modern motor Coach service. This is the best way to get to Boston without having to drive yourself.

I picked up my daughter at this location when the terminal bus got there from the Boston-Logan Airport. It was easy to find and for travelers.

So easy to drive in and out. Buses run often. Nice place to wait and has bathrooms.
