I needed to replace a 20-year old water heater. Called 6 shops and Carson Plumbing was a standout as the best, by far. The owner, Paul, was able to give me an accurate quote through exchanging a few emails and pictures (the larger companies would not give a quote without an on-site appointment. C'mon, it's just replacing a water heater.) In fact, Paul went above all other companies by adding in the expansion tank, a humidifier feed line valve, and a new main shutoff valve; all needed to do the job right. And Paul's price still matched the lowest estimate. Very competitive. On the service date, Tony arrived on-time and got right to work. His helper was extra careful bringing the water heater down the back steps (as seen on my house security cam video). Tony did an awesome job on the water heater installation. Installation looks very neat, and Tony walk me through all of the features. It includes everything that you quoted, and came in at exactly the estimated price (no surprises). And today, nice hot water! Carson Plumbing provides great service at a fair price with very professional workers.

Paul scheduled the visit to accommodate my elderly Mom’s schedule. Tony showed up on time (called when he was enroute!), was careful to keep the house clean, did an accurate assessment of the problem and recommended a great solution. The fix was thorough, quick, and professional. Price was very fair for the service rendered and quality of workmanship. I can highly recommend Carson’s, and will use them again as the need arises.

Called Carson Plumbing to replace our 21-yr old gas water heater. Cost quoted seemed decent and an appointment was scheduled. Tony arrived on-time, assessed the situation, made a plan, and got to work. Paul (Company Owner) arrived shortly after Tony started, helped get the old tank up the stairs and he (Paul) took it away. Tony finished the installation, tested out the new tank, showed us how to increase/decrease the water temperature, cleaned up after himself and departed. Very professional work by this company. The next day we noticed the water pressure in the house was much higher than in the 21-years we've owned the house. Called Carson Plumbing and in just a few hours, Tony arrived to the rescue ... He was up and down the stairs, possibly 12 times, between the flow valve and the outside water bib making small changes and then testing the changes. All was good when he departed. Two days later, water pressure was up again and after a short phone call, there was Tony. Not as many up/down trips this time but he got the pressure back to normal. Excellent and quality service by this company!

Paul and his team helped with replacing a gas line in my house - they were able to get to start quickly, and the team was very professional and friendly. I especially liked how well everyone communicated - I was always kept in the loop if I had questions, and they took the time to explain everything. I will definitely be working with them again next time I need a plumber - I very highly recommend!

My kitchen sink clogged and I couldn’t use it at all. My landlord had to call an emergency plumber out for me, he called multiple companies before finding Carson Plumbing. No one would come out in a timely manor or left us waiting hours for a response. Tony came right out and got right to work as soon as he arrived. He was extremely professional and polite. He made sure all my personal belongings were kept safe and anything he had to move to do his work was put back exactly as I had it. He was very quick and stayed until the job was completed properly. I did not have to ask them back out as I have needed to in the past with other companies. I called for two issues, garbage disposal seemed to go out and my tub was also backing up with water and draining very slow. They were very responsive and available to come at a time that worked with my schedule. Tony gave me notice of when he would arrive to assure I could be there. I was certain I needed to replace the disposal, however he got out some things that were backing up the disposal that my son must have been putting in the sink. Along with the tub( which I attempted to fix a few times with self help products with no success). He went to work at and when all was said and done the water drained fantastically. He then gave me some tips to help my family and I avoid this from happening again. Would absolutely call this company first if any other issues were to come. Greatly appreciate the professionalism of the company and Tony who was more helpful than I could have imagined.

I have not yet used their service, but wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation regarding a call I placed. I started hearing gurgling sounds in the pipes when flushing my toilet. I called the company and Paul gave me steps to first try and resolve the issue without a service call. The steps worked so I didn’t need a service call. Some companies may have tried to take advantage and come out and charge me for something that turned out to be easily fixable on my own. I appreciate the integrity and if I ever need plumbing service in the future l would call Carson Plumbing again.

Once again Carson Plumbing to the rescue. In 2020 I contacted Carson Plumbing as a result of inspection issues when selling a home. They understood the need to remedy repairs in a timely manner....worked with me so well. Tony and Sam were great and so patient with me. Arrived very early one morning in order to have repairs done prior to inspection, felt like we were part of a team! Today (11/14/22) we had the need to call again. One of those minor repairs that ended up requiring professional help. Speaking with Tony was a pleasure, assured me over the phone this problem was common. As promised, Tony called me the day of the service to let me know when he would arrive. Tony and Eli arrived as promised and got right to work. Plastic coverings for shoes, both were careful and considerate of your home. The problem was just as Tony suspected and he was able to repair it. Tony and Eli are a breath of fresh air! Our upstairs shower was leaking into our ceiling. I called and spoke on the phone with Paul regarding what was going on. He was friendly and attentive and explained over the phone what he believed the problem was and what he believed it would cost to fix it. We scheduled them to come out shortly after. They arrived on-time and had the job done before noon. They were professional and friendly. They had to cut an access to the shower and left the space clean once they were done. The service was very fairly priced for the job. We are extremely happy with the service provided and thankful for the Carson Plumbing team for fixing our shower for us.

They just replaced my 15 yr old water heater. I got 3 quotes. Carson wasn't the cheapest but very much in line with the others but cheapest does not mean it's the best option. Paul (the owner) asked a lot of questions that the other vendors didn't which is why I went with Carson. He really wanted to understand the what all the challenges were. He wanted to knock out all the surprises before doing the job. I was really concerned that Carson could not take out the 65 gallon tank in a tight space but he did it without any issues (at least that I was aware of). Fortunately he was available the day after I called. Paul put in a 50 gallon with a tank booster and now I have hot water again. I hope I don't have to call you back (at least for this issue). Keep doing what you are doing. I will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for a plumber. Thanks for the plumbing education too.

I had Carson plumbing come replace my water heater today and I was completely floored by the professionalism of their team, from the office to the field tech team that came to get the job done. Sam updated the plumbing system for new kitchen sink, replaced toilets, shower handles and heads, and kitchen faucet. Had a good feedback what to buy the hardwares. Highly recommended.

I went outside yesterday to turn on the sprinkler for my lawn and it was spraying all over the place from hose bib, I called in and they told me they could have someone out by EOD, Tony called me on his was in just 2 hours! The team sent out was so kind and professional. He cleaned re-soldered a new connection in no time at all for a very reasonable price. Called around to plumbers in the area I live (Elkridge)and no one could come out for an emergency. Clogged toilets, tub, etc.. Called Carson plumbing and Paul was at my house within 1/2 hr. Carson Plumbing is a small company I would highly recommend. Paul, the owner and Sam, a certified plumber who serviced my home were outstanding in every way. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and very interested in solving my problem. They used the latest tools and equipment to identify and solve my plumbing problem. My problem needed a high tech camera and special sewer augers to clear the blockage in my sewer line. They solved the problem which a previous employed plumber was not able to do. Carson’s fees seemed very reasonable to me considering the hours involved in my situation and the use of a video camera. I was most pleased with Carson Plumbing and would call upon them again to address any future plumbing need.

On Friday, August 27, 2021 about 3pm I discovered my bathroom tub faucet was leaking hot water very fast. Over the weekend, the leaking noise was very loud at night and the bathroom felt like a sauna. I called Carson Plumbing about 9 am on Monday, August 30 and was able to communicate with Paul. I explained the problem and sent video and pic. Paul was able to give me a “rough estimate” of the costs and time of arrival. Paul is a man of his word! Not only did Paul arrive within window timeframe, he also texted when 10 mins away. Paul and Joel arrived and fixed the issue within 45 mins. The cost was within quoted estimate and Paul and Joel were very professional. Paul and Joel kept me updated regarding the issue at hand. Would definitely recommend Carson Plumbing for expertise and professionalism. I just hope Paul and Joel will be available for my next plumbing issue. Much appreciated!

From the initial phone call to the finalized service, I was extremely impressed with Carson Plumbing! They scheduled me quickly, were on time, professional, and answered all my questions. Sunday morning (4.18.21) found a pipe leaking in furnace closet from basement ceiling requiring the need to shut down the main water line. After being totally disappointed by 2 so-called "big name reputable companies" and being without water for over 24 hours, I luckily found Carson Plumbing by a Google search. Called them on Monday 4.19 left a message and Paul the owner responded right away. Despite his busy schedule and not being an "existing" customer he managed to send out Tony to us. Tony listened to our description of what happened, evaluated the situation and began methodically to search for the leak. He found the leak source quickly....all the while explaining everything he was doing. Sam another plumber from Carson arrived as well and together as a team the pipe was accessed, repaired, tested and job complete before blinking an eye! I am not easily impressed and it takes alot for me to give a 5 star rating but this company deserves it. Tony and Sam are not only skilled but professional, courteous, and personable. My husband and I are so pleased and highly recommend them. Paul, you and your "team" are exceptional. Again...Thank you so much!

Sam and crew did a great job repairing a leaky copper pipe in an older home that was not in the most ideal location over some kitchen cabinets and behind a washing machine. They used their expertise to determine the exact location of the leak and promptly made all of the required repairs using new copper pipe and compression fittings (no soldering required ..... nice ). Respected property by wearing shoe coverings and cleaned up after completing work. Constantly provided information on what they found and how they went about making the repairs. Will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Yes, I appreciate the pleasant and professional personality from the person answering to the technician that came to our home. The technician was attentive to our issue and even talked with my husband answering his many questions. They worked with us to deliver a far price for the work they performed. Our homeowners insurance company had sent another company out initially to diagnose the problem, but I wanted a second opinion. I would definitely use Carson again for any plumbing issues.

Excellent Service with affordable prices! Gave us a great price on replacing our hot water heater. Very professional, compliant with State COVID standards, and finish their great work in a timely manner. More importantly very impressed with the integrity and helpfulness of the owner Paul. He had come out early last year and provided us with honest feedback on some work that we thought needed to be done. We had received an unethical estimate on some plumbing work that was not needed. He also had no problem with answering questions on other minor issues around the house at no charge. He said just call me when you are ready. After Sam replaced our water heater we were so impressed by his work that we had them come back out two days later to our replace our sump pump and an outside water faucet. I highly recommend these gentleman and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues!

We just had Sam and David come over to fix some water pressure problems throughout the home. They were polite, professional and thorough. I’ve had a lingering issue with the master bathroom toilet, shower and tub not draining properly and backing up. Previously had another plumber come out and snake it which temporarily solved the problem, but it came back. Called Carson’s and Sam got back to me same day and was out to my house within the hour. He and Eli quickly diagnosed my issue, explained it and solved the problem. Sam even pointed out a couple other unrelated things to keep an eye on. Will definitely use them again in the future.
