Great work, but I rather take my money elsewhere. I worked with Paul. I thought he was helpful and took the time to clearly explain things to me. I bought brand new tires and wheels (rims) separately online. My wheels have an odd spoke design that extended to the edge of the wheel, therefore I needed a specialist installer. I heard great things about Raidal Tire Co., so I came in with my wheels still in the box. Paul inspected wheels and tires, and said they can handle the job. He told me I can leave the tires and wheels (rims; still in the box), and bring in my car in tomorrow afternoon for installation. The next day Paul and I inspected the tires on the wheels, together. The tires were put on the wheels with absolutely no scratches or dings to the metal. I'm VERY happy with that part. However, the tire lubrication used by the technician, left a residue on the face of the wheels (rims). Paul told me, "We just put the tires on the wheels, cleaning them is your job." That doesn't sit right with me at all! I won't be back. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

The team did a great job installing my two new tires. The waiting area was very comfortable especially since it was in the 90’s all day. The staff manning the phones was pleasant and helpful not only with me but others that called in during my wait. I’ve been going to Radial Tire for at least 10 years now and I love the system they have in place to move you along the process as quickly and efficiently as possible when they have such a tremendous client load. I wound up needing 4 new tires, and I got an alignment too, more tires than I had planned but still paid less than I would at the dealer! I appreciated the explanations and guidance to select the best one for my car. They are super busy but everyone is courteous, helpful & very knowledgeable. I have been going to Radial Tire for over 10 years and trust them with all my BMWs. They are very professional and possess the highest integrity and dedication to customer service. I especially want to call out Adam and Bill for that dedication to customer service and quality. Adam was able to get me these great Pirelli P Zeros for my BMW at a really good cost, and I was in and out the door within one hour. Adam and Bill helped resolve an issue with my rims and took care of it as promised. Look at that great newly-powder coated black satin finish rim thanks to Radial Tire. Needed an alignment after replacing both front upper and lower Control Arms on my Tahoe. Showed up early Saturday morning hoping to be first in line. Come to find out 2 people beat me to the punch and they had 2 left over from the prior day. They were still able to get me in and I was done by a little after noon. Great customer service, nice people working there and it doesn't hurt that they are only around the corner from my house. Great Job Guys! Will definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

Ive been to Radial twice for different reasons. 1) They accept tire insurance (paid by 3rd party), they made the process easy and i had the replacement tire the same day i called and within an hour of me dropping it off. 2) Needed a tire for a full size spare purchased for a trip. Radial found the tire, got it same day for me. Dropped off the rim and they had it done faster than i expected. The parking is a little tight but I've had the guys come out while i was pulling up and confirm i was good where i was parked. All around great experience both times from the parking lot to pickup and payment (fair pricing all around). I’ll definitely be a return customer for all my wheel and tire needs.

I own a 73 VW Beetle, so I have very small and specific tires as I was calling around Radial Tire Company had my tires in stock. I talked to Paul who was very informative and didn’t try to up-sell me anything I didn’t need. He told me the tires he had were high performances and I would feel the difference. Adam was great! They did a Front end alignment on my Porsche Carerra. Great job. I have a home in Dallas so I don't get there much. Was good to see Paul. I used to come to Radial tire with my dad when I was very young. Great company. Wish they would open up a branch in Dallas. I highly recommend them and I am very skeptical about recommending people or companies. I have no fear recommending this company.

What can I say, Radial Tire is an outstanding company. Their expertise and costumer service are the "Gold Standard" in retail. I have been going there for years and even though I moved out of the area, I drive the six hours round trip for them to work on my vehicles. They are the most consistently honest people I have worked with. Doesn't matter who you are, or who is helping you, ever customer is treated with the same care. I really can't say enough about how well this company is run.

Tiffany and Francisco are marvelous!!! Having a major issue i noticed this morning while washing my car this morning, after getting new back tires, i noticed a nice new scratch(s) on my wheel, that wasn't there before getting tires mounted. UGH!!!

I heard about Radial Tire Co from a long time friend. I got a tire plugged a few years in an emergency situation. They were very helpful, accommodating, and resourceful. I needed 4 news tires. I checked prices but Radial Tire Co had the best prices, great stock of tires available and they do front wheel alignments in house. Most important, the staff has great tire knowledge.

Where do I start? Luis did a fantastic job. He took one look at my car and knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did he take his time, but he made sure everything was even and set up perfectly for the kind of driving I like. These guys are extremely courteous from the moment you step in. Even though it’s an hour and half away from me, I will always make the drive. I wondered why this place was 4.9 stars and over 3900 reviews, but after visiting, I have no doubts that this is the best shop for alignments and other tire related works. For reference, I drive a 2009 Honda civic SI that’s lowered. Don’t be afraid to take your lowered car here!

Everyone was on the ball - had the tires requested. Couldn't believe how fast they got my car in on a busy afternoon. People working were attentive and sharp. Showed me two issues I hadn't been aware of and managed to correct the more immediate one on the spot. I left with a set of tires that were perfectly balanced, smooth, and at just the proper inflation for my needs. Price was right and the whole visit was seamless. Good crew, good operation. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

The tires I needed and ask for! On the same day! That along was awesome. With the best service starting from a phone call I made, then, excellent service while dropping off the car, waiting less than two hours, the car was at the door and ready, and all this for a very reasonable price. I’ve been coming to this place since 1990, the service overall gets better and better every time I go.

Overall great experience! Employees were all upfront and honest with what to expect, and explained the results to me along with what the graphs meant when I picked up the car. Everyone was patient and at no point did I feel rushed to have to pay quickly and leave for the service that was done. I got all my questions and concerned addressed. My car was finished way before I expected it to be done which was great. I was also able to get my office work done in comfortable setting. The customers that I came across were also very friendly and helpful not only to me but I witnessed that interaction between other customers. I was referred to Radial Tire and I’m happy that I took the chance with them.

Referred here by several folks I met at the track, as Radial Tire Co is a sponsor of the local SCCA and other car clubs. Called ahead to make sure they could get the particular tires I wanted and that they could do custom alignment and road force balancing. Yes to all, and got a price that beat anything I found online. Got a follow-up call from Paul, who looked over my requested alignment targets and made suggestions, and said he'd know more once he saw the car. They don't do appointments so I just headed over a few days later. It's a very busy place, but all the staff are friendly and know their business. The waiting room is nice and clean (nab the leather sofa if it's open!), and the people watching is excellent. After an hour or so, Paul met me and we walked back to chat with the alignment tech. After some back and forth about how the car was set up and what feel I wanted, the tech got busy and produced the desired settings. The improvement in highway steadiness was remarkable, and I can't wait to find some twisty bits after the tires have gotten a few miles on them. I've come here for many years for several cars. The staff are excellent and will give me a range of tires to choose from, while explaining the different performance, durability and price options. I just had another set of tires replaced on my STI and the price was for them was great compared to dealerships in the area. They work quickly and efficiently, although there is always a line because people know it's a great place. The staff is always friendly and I'll buy my next set of tires there as well.
