Site for Columbus City Schools City track meet and Parks and Recreation. Always brings back great memories. They do a heart job organizing to get teams in through the facility.

Great play ground for children! Wonderful park of Roses. Park is entertaining to walk around and the flowers are beautiful. If you are in to pokemon go there is always a few trainers running around. It is a great spot to catch some pollywags or take short bike ride up to the library. So rather your biking on the bike trail or just need a new book whetstone is an entertaining place to stop in.

This a review of the Adena Brook Trail and the Olentangy Trail. These trails are in Whetstone Park but are the last of the ravines along Adena Brook before it meets the Olentangy River. It is just as amazing as Overbrook Park and Glen Echo Park.

Pretty place, but hard to find. You need to drive down lane all the way to the end where summer camp is bei g held. There's a sign in middle of a circle marking rose garden, but no directions as to which way to walk to find the actual gardens. They are behind a building that is currently closed.

Such a beautiful park. It was great. On a nice day, take a soccer ball, or a mat and just enjoy it with some friends. Great place.

What more can I say...thank you to the hands that nuture this place in my heart.🙏🏾 "And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." -Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Le Petit Prince

Beautiful park! Lots of cyclists, joggers and people walking there dogs on and off leash next to the Olentangy River. Wish people would clean up after themselves here mostly around the shelters and gazebo. The 2 ponds weren't very appealingto look at either. Overall the park was great and I would recommend it!

The Park of Roses never disappoints!! Absolutely beautiful!! 🌹 Definitely worth the trip several times a year, just to see all of the roses, plants, trees, bushes, wildflowers and herbs!!! Please forgive me if I have left anything out!! Make sure you use the restroom before you go though...no public restroom available, not even a portable restroom!! Makes the park very busy, lots of traffic and lots of potholes! Oh yes, watch out for the potholes, they will definitely take out a tire!!

I would advise against scheduling your child for the level 1 or 2 gymnastics classes on Friday evenings. There is very poor communication with the instructor. She is often late to class and cancels class without letting parents know. There have been two no shows on the teachers part this session, which is only a 6 week session. We are quite disappointed and will be seeking gymnastics at other more reliable companies

This could be a gorgeous place. The trash that covers most of the area is atrocious.

This park has something for everyone. Tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, bike and walking paths, the beautiful Park of Roses, a full rec center with all kinds of activities and classes and a wonderful branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Best in the city! 😊

Great park! The park of Roses is beautiful, and the prairie restoration area is great too. I was able to run 7 miles because it connects to other parks via the olentangy trail

Everyone has always been kind at the park. I've been going there since I was a kid. I find most dog owners at this park are better quality at training and communication with their dogs. We love taking our dogs down the the creek where you can walk them off leash if they can abide by direct control regulations under ohio law.

Beautiful! Despite it being a bit late in the season most of the roses were still blooming and I was so excited.

The actual park is amazing and feels like your in a forest that goes on for miles. The creak is awesome for exploring and letting kids try to catch minds. I'd give it 5 stars but there's people there that don't follow the leash their dogs.

The park twnds to peek in july but it all depends on the weather. Absolutely gorgeous, lots of variety of roses. Great place to take pictures!! The grounds are very well kept

The Park of Roses is nice place to go for home, trail, play tennis or take your pets for walk or play. Plenty of trees, ample shade even in summer noon.

Beautifully maintained area. Clean, and clear. The trails are amazing, and easy to lose track of how far you've gone.

Didn't really explore the park .. Used to catch White Bass in the pond when I was younger... Took my kids fishing at the park ... Got skunked ,pond is not what I remembered as a child( next time we'll fish the Olentangy river adjacent to the park , my only reason behind the 3stars) Other than that it was a very nice park to relax and enjoy ... Plenty of trails and walking paths and clean for the most part... Very diverse crowd, while waiting for no fish to bite we enjoyed someone playing bongo drums in the distance ( don't know who was playing but I and the kid's found ourselves busting a move to the beat of the music....) Hope this review is helpful and keep on fishing 🎣!

My kids love the high slides but WHY is the tire swing so darn high? My 8 yr old can't get on it without my help and they are too heavy to lift that high. It doesn't work properly being that high because it can't get enough swing going. We love that there are 2 play sets, one by the library and the other down by the open fields just past the rose garden.
