Working with the Hoglund Law Firm was indeed a good experience from the beginning through the entire unfolding. Despite the fact that filing bankruptcy is a stress of itself, the Attorneys and other staff were professional and great as a guide guiding one through the entire process. While I find it unrealistic to mention every name, I would like to take time out and mention two Attorneys, Craig Kurth and Doug Weimerskirch. These two individuals greatly impressed. I could not stop noticing the humanity, the human approach they took working with the client. I could never stop noticing and stayed amazed. Through the entire process I found myself exclaiming internally " wow these guy are working me and not just the case." They were approachable, and very respectable. When communicating with them actually I never was made to feel that they were the authority. They spoke calmly, very friendly, always. Those qualities, coupled with their professional skills can spell only excellence. The repeated phrase I noticed I was always saying to to myself was " wow, these guys are working with not just working a case!" I would highly/quickly recommend Hoglund Law firm to others!!!!

The preparation and dedication to my hearing shows not only the ability to look out for my legal rights but came with an incredible amount of care and understanding. Hoglund Law has been great to work with, when having to file for Bankruptcy. There was confusion at times with the different legal assistants, and we had to send emails of documents a few different times. But once that was figured out, it was all good. We do appreciate the patience of our attorney Craig Kurth. Due to our health issues and senior moments of confusion-- we took way longer to complete our classes, than we planned. They were complete and thorough with everything they needed from us, leading up to the filing & Bankruptcy Hearing! And because of that, the Hearing went very smooth, and all information was there for the Trusty. Took approx. 5 minutes and it was done! So thankful for Doug, the attorney that was present at the Hearing with us. He made us feel very comfortable when He called a couple days before Hearing, to introduce himself and go over everything & to see if we had any further questions.
