This is the first auto repair shop I’ve been to where I don’t feel like I’m being scammed into repairing things that don’t need to be repaired. I couldn't be more satisfied. My car had started shaking so I took it in for service, and they told me I had a bad ignition coil and bad spark plugs. They fixed them for a very reasonable price, and went above and beyond. I was missing a windshield wiper fluid sprayer, and my parking assistance system was broken, and I had planned on getting them both fixed another time because I'm very short on money. They fixed them both without me even asking, and totally free of charge. They were also very flexible with me and were willing to get me through quite quickly, since I live out of the car I had fixed, and needed it done within a day or two. I can't recommend this place enough! Very professional, with kind and understanding staff that goes above and beyond!

These days, it's hard to find a good mechanic, one that you can trust not to take advantage of you and at the same time do a good job. Eliot park is all that and more. They feel like friends, though we are basically strangers. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

Without question, the best garage I have ever used. I was in a minor accident involving only my vehicle and needed a tow. Eliot Park Auto was fast and inexpensive for the amazing service I received. John and Jim are both extremely helpful over the phone and in person. They are also knowledgeable and very fair on pricing. They looked at my car more quickly than expected, told me exactly what was wrong, and, when I decided I was going to buy a new car instead of fix my old one, they put me in touch with different services to sell my old vehicle that I could trust. When I showed up to the shop to clean out my old vehicle, the mechanics there offered help and reminded me of a few things to take. All around, nice, fair, understanding, helpful, and do fantastic work. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.
