The teams at Landcrafters ( mow, detail, irrigation and account manager ) have done a great job this year on my HQ property. It has been a huge challenge with the road work in front of the building but they have done a very good job, looking forward to a beautiful 2024 with them!

I recently let go our previous landscapers, they were terrible. Kaylee and her team are top notch! Every detail has been professionally handled. they are a well coordinated team! My plants are relieved to be getting proper care, finally!!

We just finished converting our lawn from grass to garden with Landcrafters and we’re very happy with the process and the outcome. Brent did a great garden design and provided a digital picture of how the garden would look in my yard along with information about each specific plant. Landcrafters did a very good job describing their services which could meet our landscaping requirements, their crew was efficient and professional, and their work, both in terms of design and maintenance, is top notch. One suggestion to improve their customer experience is to internally decide on an accurate date for services and communicate this to customers. Frankly I had no foggy idea when they were to show up, which because of a bucket truck to prune palm trees, required a notice to employees to vacate parking lot spaces and coordination with other property contractors. I provided this feedback to them, and they seemed appreciative and responsive.

We hired this company specifically because they agreed to not use round-up or weedkiller. We pull our own weeds. This never happened. Kaylie, the account manager would not return calls and ignored our repeated requests. The owner condoned her behavior, so we are moving on to another company.

I would like to highly commend my landscape team of Kaylie, Alton and Bernard. They do a wonderful job keeping my lawn and shrubs looking their best. They are always friendly, timely and leave my yard in perfect shape. Thank you Landcrafters Team!

On a scale of 1-10 (1 low 10 high) I give LandCafters (LC) a 12. My high regard for LC began almost immediately when I met with consultant Brent Wastney. I didn’t feel rushed as he listened and took notes while I explained my goals for a unique backyard garden. Soon he was making recommendations for the types of trees and plants that would meet my criterion. Approximately a week later I received a detailed plan and proposal. With a few modifications we went with that plan. A few weeks later planting began. Brent was there along with Matt (Operations Manager) and Tracy (Crew Leader). The property was prepared including bringing in top soil prior to planting. All the trees and plants were placed according to the plan before planting so we could see exactly what it would look like and to make final adjustments. Tracy’s crew took their time making sure each tree and plant was arranged and planted properly. I had envisioned a large piece of driftwood as a center piece for the garden. Both Brent and I knew finding such a piece would be a challenge. A few days after the planting had been completed Alison, my wife, called me to the backyard. There, placed exactly where I had envisioned was the perfect piece of driftwood Matt found while preparing another property. That’s the type of customer service you hope for but seldom receive. Immediately birds began using the driftwood as a staging area before flying to a feeder and butterflies started arriving. Here are a few pictures as proof. From laying sod, digging irrigation, and plantings, Landcrafters exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly. The crews are professional and friendly, worked hard to give us the backyard we always dreamed of. Prices are fair, they will work with any budget. The front desk always picked up my calls and were able to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Landcrafters..can't wait till we call Landcrafters to redo our front yard.

Poor job. I don’t even know what they did. They wasted a lot of time getting me set up on there schedule. Over three weeks and I was still waiting for the design they were going to do for me. No estimate. I went from an estimate of $600.00 a month to $850.00 for maintenance. Just stay clear of this company.

This is the second time we have used Landcrafters. If you are looking for a professional job that is unique to your space and full of very interesting plants you don't always see, These are your guys. Brent has a very good eye for design and flow and his installers Derick and TD are great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a step above the rest. Such a pleasure to work with. Landcrafters in Clearwater, FL has been the very best landscape service that my family has ever had. Their management staff are extremely caring, professional, courteous, and helpful. The teams they send out to do the hands on work have all been the best in the business. And they clearly love what they do. As the Chief Engineer at the Courtyard Marriott in Madeira Beach, Fla., one of my responsibilities is to make sure our property is always looking its best. We have been using Landcrafters in Largo for a couple of years and they have always done a very good job and were usually responsive to our needs. However, since Kaylee has been our liason/ superviser with Landcrafters, the service that she herself has provided us has been outstanding and her communication with her crew to address our needs has also been first rate. When we had some issues recently with our beds in front of the hotel, Kaylee spent a number of hours here planting, replanting, and adding sprinklers. Our beds are now looking fantastic. I have used Landcrafters of Florida for many years. They do excellent work and show up on time. The owner Michael and his staff really care about their customers. Last week during the heat wave my sprinkler system broke down. I called Michael and he sent a wonderful gentleman to fix it immediately. We found Landcrafters to be an excellent, professional company to work with. Brent did a complete design of our front, sides, and backyard. Brent gave us the exact tropical landscape we were looking for. Our backyard was a very small space space to work with, but he made the area look like a tropical oasis. The landscape crew, Matt, Derek, Tim, and Eduardo, worked wonderfully together and did a great job. They listened to every concern we had and offered their own suggestions to make our yard look even better. Ian and Tom performed all of our irrigation work and they were equally as pleasant and hard-working. It was wonderful to work with such a competent team.
