Couldn’t be happier with our new family room furniture! Our couches and chairs are gorgeous and comfortable and very well made. Our salesperson, Olga Kerry truly felt like a friend after working with her! She is professional yet personable and was diligent with keeping me up to date on shipping while we waited for our furniture to be made. I would definitely go back to Haverty’s to shop again and will surely ask for Olga!

They got to know us and our preferences, and worked with us to select furniture that was in our price range and that works perfectly with our space. Great experience at the store, we had salesperson Cynthia who helped us a lot on choosing our living room furniture and an mattress. She were so friendly and even when we told her 2 first time we came to the store “we are not buying anything today we just browsing” she was still following us and trying to show everything they had. Great place to get quality furniture with a massive selection. They have couches, mattresses, beds, office cabinets and more. They also have a lot of staff to help you get what you need. We went on memorial day and got a great deal with 60 month financing with 0% interest Highly recommend getting help from Adriana Lopez. She was SUPER helpful and went out of her way to do extra things for us which wasn't really needed. She's super friendly and will help you get exactly what you're looking for

I really don’t like surveys I’m giving a 5 star rating just because the sales representative is only following orders. The pressure of sales was very high and obvious. This pressure is not healthy for your employees and customers. A simple transaction that should have taken maximum 30 mins took over 1 and a half hour way too long.

Quality is essential. Customer service must transcend the merchandise; You all have always had an aura that I “couldn’t afford to shop there”.. I’ve been searching for months, and let down everywhere. I can’t wait to be done painting :) you should have been my first and only stop
