Very good response time (hours), unsurpassed quality of workmanship, thorough diagnosis and knowledge of what needed done. We had a bad waterheater expansion tank, which was leaking in the supply piping in two places and was corroded from dissimilar metals. We also had a leaking house water supply entry stack, which was very corroded (turned out water pressure was way too high, maybe bad regulator, which was part of the stack. They replaced it all, with diagnosis and getting the parts, between 1:30 and 5:30pm, same day of call (called at 10am). 3 yr warranty with 3 annual inspection visits.

I needed an emergency repair for an underground gas leak. JJ from Bailey responded very quickly and determined the problem. It required a significant amount of trenching and working around underground electric and water lines. The team of Nacho, Jose B., Sal, Donald and Omar came out and got the job completed in one 11hr day. The team was tireless, professional and did a quality job both in the excavation and in final cleanup. The team stayed in good humor throughout a long day and were very responsive to questions and inquiries. JJ was there throughout the day to provide an understanding of the process, alternatives and answer questions. The Bailey team was really good and I am very satisfied with their work.

We had been experiencing low water pressure as well as a hidden leak in our old galvanized home plumbing. The entire repipe crew led by Jose paid attention to every job detail, and completed all minor requests including installing the new kitchen faucet we purchased the night before. The City of Morgan Hill notified me they detected a continual water leak occurring on my property. I contacted Bailey Plumbing and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician, Randy Alvarado, found the source of the water leak which was a defective water pipe located underneath the house. The house in on a raised foundation. Randy took photos of the leaking pipe and other defective plumbing issues which he recommended to be repaired. The following day, with a team of technicians which Randy supervised, Bailey Plumbing completed all of the needed repairs. All of Bailey’s technicians who did the work were extremely professional, respectful to our property and cleaned everything up when they were done. It was like they were never there. My wife and I are really satisfied with the work done by Bailey Plumbing. I can’t say enough good things about the lead technician, Randy Alvarado. His expertise is complemented by his exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism. From start to finish, this company has got their act together in providing outstanding personnel, service and completed work.

Elijah & Julian patiently waited for me at my door while I took care of my dog. They were friendly , professional and put me at ease when I described to them the things that needed repairs. They listened to my concerns regarding the age of the house and returned with 3 quotes that addressed the immediate, the what can be done until I can do the long term repairs - all of which were decently priced.

Great Service! we had our water heater go out and had one replaced within 24hrs. Tim did a great job in a timely manner while we were open as well! we didn't skip a beat and back to washing dogs and cats with warm water again, since its still winter! definitely recommend Bailey plumbing!

We have had Bailey Plumbing service and flush our tankless water heater, do minor repairs to a bathroom drain. We have used them for 2 years and are very happy with their work.

I can’t speak about their rates since since my HOA was involved, but Bailey Plumbing did a wonderful job with our condo unit’s emergency water heater repair. Like many plumbing jobs, one issue led to several others being spotted, but their crew handled the job quickly and professionally despite having to work during the holidays. John made sure everything was taken care of, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy with the final repair. Jose and his crew were dispatched to help with follow up repairs, and they worked very efficiently and made sure to thoroughly clean the areas they worked in. I’d definitely recommend Bailey Plumbing to others, just make sure that they use their own plumbers for the full repair work because a subcontractor that they used didn’t share the same mindset of their company.

In April 2022 I needed a new Water Heater and called Bailey Plumbing!!! James one of the owners called me right away and had his team come out same day. David and Tim came out looked at my old water heater and gave me options. I went with a new one and they were incredible. Today... July 10th I had a leak coming from one of the valves and again James got a hold of me right away and had Tim come out (on a Sunday) within the hour to help with the issue. Tim was kind, professional and knew just how to fix it. He went over and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and the water heater was working properly. Something special to say that they worked so quickly to solve my problem. Some of the Yelp reviews I have read have not been favorable but I promise you will not be disappointed in Bailey Plumbing! Our water was shut off when the city detected a water leak. I called Bailey plumbing and they were extremely responsive. The office was friendly and clear and I received texts when the plumbers would arrive. The plumbers themselves were great. Professional, clear communications and willing to take extra steps. Bailey Plumbing was very responsive to my call, they came same day, on time. They diagnosed the problem and provided various options. We chose the best repair option for us and they were able to also schedule and complete the same day, late on a Friday no less.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and our neighbor recommended Bailey Plumbing. Here are pros and cons of the service in my opinion: Pros: Responded to our request really quickly and in a kind manner. I was not in the house when the plumbers arrived but my husband spoke very highly about their work.They started by quoting us about $500 to unclog the sink. But the drain snake couldn't solve the problem. Then they sent a camera to check and it turns out that our kitchen pipe was badly clogged. According to the camera, there were also leaks in our bathroom pipes and the sewer. I heard that the plumbers were very nice and professional so he trusted their judgements. Cons: The price was way too high in my opinion. My husband trusted them and chose one of the five choices they offered us, which was repairing SOME leaks on the sewer (not for the whole house and outside), fixing ONE shower leak (not all of the three bathrooms) and fixing the kitchen drain using ABS with 2 years warranty. Our cost jumped from about $500 to nearly $8K, with no discount at all. The total working hours for this project was 2 hours, from 3pm to 5pm. I fully understand the inflation nowadays. But I still couldn't understand how a 2 hours fixing some leak projects would cost us nearly $8K. That's to be said, I appreciate their kindness and efficiency. But I think you should request other quotes and compare the prices before agreeing to start the project with them.
