Horrible!
I
will
never
come
to
the
Mequon
location
again.
I
went
to
get
my
hair
colored.
Explained
that
I
wanted
to
keep
my
hair
very
cool,
platinum
and
ashy.
I
even
showed
several
pictures
of
what
I
wanted.
The
stylist
said
she
knew
what
I
wanted
and
got
started.
Final
result—complete
opposite
of
what
I
asked
for!
My
hair
was
gold
with
a
bit
of
an
orange-ish
tint!
Omg
not
even
close
she
messed
up.
I
hated
it!
So
much
that
I
called
to
complain
and
I
was
told
I
could
come
back
to
correct
the
mistake.
They
scheduled
me
an
appointment
for
a
correction
but
couldn’t
get
me
in
for
a
whole
3-4
weeks
later
which
was
disappointing
because
I
needed
it
fixed
asap.
FOUR
days
before
my
appointment
I
received
a
call
from
someone
at
the
Mequon
Neroli
saying
that
my
initial
appointment
was
too
long
ago
and
that
I
would
be
charged
for
my
services
on
the
upcoming
appointment.
Are
you
serious!!!
I
now
have
to
pay
twice
because
YOU
messed
up?!
Absolutely
ridiculous.
Not
only
did
I
completely
waste
$150,
but
they
ruined
my
hair!
I
am
disgusted
with
this
place.
Horrible
customer
service!
