Nothing new, they follow the same motto as usual: “guilty even after you prove yourself innocent.” Pointed out the exact wording of A.R.S. 28-914 2a(i) which states a mobile device may be used in a hands-free manner when used for navigation; judge condescendingly interrupted me during "my time to speak", wouldn’t let me speak again and charged me anyway. Paid my fine as I was forced to and filed a complaint on the judge. Now they come back at me a month later claiming I didn’t pay my fine even after I showed them PROOF of my credit card statements and a signed document by the card company saying it was paid, and they refuse to accept it as evidence, revoked my license, and wont reinstate it until I paid late fines for their own systems error. Just your typical court system “legally” stealing money from the public and committing credit card fraud. This is why the public hates these bogus “systems.” If you choose to work here, shame on you.

In the middle of a pandemic when lots of people are struggling to make ends meet, I was fined $200 for having over height grass in my yard. My yard is 90%+ dirt but they still decided to fine me for this. I’m trying to pay my fine over the phone and cannot get a single person to answer. Then I go to the website and cannot seem to find a way to pay my fine on the website either. Looks like I’m having to walk down here in person just to speak with someone. Obviously they make this extremely difficult on purpose. I also received a notice very shortly after receiving the fine about how I “missed my court date”. Why would I go to court over this? That is asinine.

My son was unjustly treated by this court. He was unjustly treated 4 years ago when someone hit him and it was not his fault. I drove down to the crash site because the car was in my name and I had insurance. The court and the DMV refused to accept it and slapped heavy fines on him. Warrant after warrant has been issued, all in the name of making money!!! I went down to the court with him to request that his court date be changed, because he started a new job the same day. Not only did the court refuse him (how is he supposed to pay his fines without a job????), the issues ANOTHER warrant for his arrest. My son is trying to get his life together and all they are doing is trying to make more money off him and make him look like a criminal. HE IS NO CRIMINAL. HE was at the court 3 times to set up payment plans and ask for a change of date, and to remove the insurance thing so he can drive again after almost 4 years! They issues another warrant saying that they did not think he would come in! This is ridiculous! I am contacting a lawyer and am going to sue the city of Tempe for what they are doing to my son. If any of you have experienced the same abuse by this court, please write the court, go on tv, and do whatever you can to bring to light what this court is really about: making more money. They could care less how they are affecting young people who have had a bad rap and are trying to better their lives; in fact, they try to make it worse by issuing more warrants so they can make even more money. This has to stop now! Write your representatives and Governor and do what you can to bring this abuse to light.

I am pretty sure this place is corrupt. Judges are clearly aligned with the officers, despite no real evidence being presented. They are all in on it together in terms of money-making. Very sad, but the court is not doing its job. Tempe deserves better.

Kevin Kane, tell your dogs to stop violating citizens’ constitutional rights. You should know better that excessive use of force is known as abuse of authority.

Infamous for miscarriages of justice - another reason The Arizona Wrongful Conviction Compensation Act should have passed to stop this whole insanity.

So my rifle among a few other things was stolen from my vehicle in tempe, and i'm filing a claim on my renters insurance. They need police report of stolen firearm. Tempe PD gave me a link to submit my evidence i.e footage, and serial numbers, and such. I go into courthouse to retrieve a copy of the report to submit to insurance and the court people tell me 9 weeks to recieve the report? No wonder the justice system is failing people, you can't electronically record it and make available to print. Not to mention they charge you for something needed even when you're the victim. This is absolute blasphemy.

The court withheld evidence until the trial. The judge discriminated against my daughter due to a medical condition. Judge Kane needs to be removed, as he is a perversion of justice.

I don't even live in Arizona but after watching Direct D's videos on YouTube I can see that this court is just as corrupt as every other. You can add Texas courts to the list of corrupt courts as well. We shud all be thanking Direct D for his work on supporting the constitution and fighting the tyranny that exists in todays legal system.

I got a speeding ticket. I didn't realize you have to take the class 7 days prior to the court date and the nice ladies at the office helped me get my first extension. I took my class, and they just told me over the phone that my ticket has been processed and I'm good. Be kind to other people, doesn't matter where it is, they are just at work. Besides, things go a lot more smoothly if you are kind.

My recollections are fairly clear. Court was a slow, uncomfortable process. The judge was amazing. You might say he had outstanding mental balance or perhaps one had been a contortionist? :) I was one of the last of a large number of people. When my name was called I was escorted to a private room and was told I was free to leave. Unlike when I served Federal Jury Duty I was able see the Tempe judge with defendant after defendant. Obviously I can only think as a lay person. I did have contact with staff on different floors. I was favorably impressed.

Had to get a document for a background check from the courthouse. Spoke with Theresa just a few moments ago and she guided me through the request for records with ease as well as helped me pinpoint exactly what document I needed to request. Thanks so much!!

I asked for my identifying information from the house and they just had to leave it there overnight, not knowing that my identifying information was stolen. This is why I asked for everything before leaving.

How do I have a court date on my ticket for today and, it is a national holiday (6/19)? Wasted a half days pay and will have to again when rescheduled.

I had a few simple questions I wanted to ask and the costumer representative was extremely argumentative and gave me a horrible attitude on top of never answering said questions only giving me “two options”. I have never experienced anything like that. I have never felt so disrespected. That’s a serious issue.

The judges assistant didn't switch computers until after 2 hours of malfunctioning and then said it would be a good idea to keep the docket moving to switch... These people are running our courts🙃
