I
went
to
this
lab
to
do
a
court
ordered
paternity
test
on
my
16
month
old
daughter.
The
front
desk
lady
initially
refused
to
authorize
a
copy
of
the
results
to
be
sent
to
me,
even
though
on
the
website,
under
FAQ,
it
states
that
the
biological
mother
is
legally
entitled
to
a
copy
of
the
results.
But
because
the
alleged
father
paid
for
the
test,
she
said
he
would
be
the
only
one
receiving
the
results.
I
had
to
show
both
staff
members
our
court
order
document
that
states
the
alleged
father
legally
has
to
pay
for
the
test,
in
order
for
them
to
finally
agree
to
send
me
a
copy
of
the
results
as
well.
This
was
unprofessional
&
illegal,
as
I
was
bringing
MY
biological
daughter
in
to
be
tested
&
was
being
denied
a
copy
of
the
results.
I
was
legally
entitled
to
the
results
regardless
of
who
paid.
I
felt
extremely
belittled
by
the
lady
at
the
front
&
had
to
prove
my
own
rights
to
get
her
to
agree
to
add
my
email.
I
did
end
up
receiving
a
copy,
however
I
should
never
have
had
to
feel
the
way
the
staff
made
me
feel
or
prove
anything
to
them
before
getting
them
to
agree
that
I’d
also
get
a
copy.
Definitely
would
not
recommend
or
trust
the
legal
integrity
of
this
office
and
staff.
