    Zero stars!!!!! Very very poor service!!! I would never go back again. Dont try to call and pay😡. They disconnect and reconnect over and over then after a hour or more of waiting and horrible waiting music,just to waste your time over a and over. Go to the utility department give them your card and information, they are ready to call the police on you if you Dont speak. My grandmother told me if you have nothing to say nice Dont say anything at all. They had all my information and my credit card what is there to say?! Pay the bill!!!!

Don't even get me started on their over priced contract with Republic trash services. I spent 20 minutes with Grace going over my bills and the numbers didnt match up at all or even equal the total of my bill they sent me. Someone needs to investigate their shady practices and get someone new running the show. Maybe someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Gross company and anyone who works for them should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They decided now that even though you make same day payments they wont turn your water back on until the next day. Basically its F you and your families. When asked how a family is supposed to shower cook or use a toilet the response was tried bottled or gallon water.. unbelievable what a disgrace to the city of Palm Bay. Policies like these are what give our beautiful city a horrible name. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

    As other reviewers have stated wish I could rate 0 stars and go somewhere else for service. (They KNOW we have no choice, which gives them all the power to treat you like trash.) My deceased fathers house was looked over by a management company for over 8 months. I moved into the house and went to go get city services. There was an outstanding bill in my fathers name for over 1000.00! Which I promptly paid but the duration of the statement no-one was living in or using the house. I was accused of turning on the water illegally... twice! Once by a rep in the office and then again by someone over the phone. They told me in person that they would not disconnect service and then the same night put an order out to disconnect service... also twice. There's no communication here and long hold times... IF you get through and the machine doesn't hang up on you. I've spent probably roughly 11 hours this week trying to get the city of Palm bay to do there jobs with no compensation. Absolute nightmare.

    If I could get away with giving them zero stars, I definitely would! I have always called and/ or emailed WM to have a few bulk items picked up, they have never picked up anything I've placed out for them to pick up! Today is Friday, I've been waiting for my regular trash to be collected since Tuesday! I'm pretty sure they wouldn't like it if I said I'd pay my bill today, and then not pay until next week! I wish we had a choice in service providers. Even the workers in the field are jerks!

    I called 4 times within 4 months to try to talk to someone in the department that deals with the culverts and received a call back and the message they left was someone that talked so fast and low it was not understandable. Tried again today left another message no call back. I've had standing water for a month. Update 11.22.22, and no one has been out yet to verify the issues.

    I am new in Palm Bay , I moved to my house on Friday May 17th and since then I have spent countless hour trying to register for Trash and recycling service , so far I had other requested services done promptly , why can’t I register via phone like it was done with the light company, it’s May 21 and I still can’t find a way to register for the service , so tomorrow I’m going to pay Uber to go to the City Hall to apply there. Make it easy on people and just say “ go down to City Hall to apply “ , also not everybody has access to electronic devices specially elderly people , very frustrating !

    Most incompetent Utilities Department. Employees are rude. I sold my house and because the Title Co., sent them the paperwork on the sale they came out and turned my water off. They didn't know that I had an agreement with the new owner to stay in the house two extra weeks. They charged me for turning it off and turning it back on. Yet, when I went personally to close out the account, they asked for drivers license I.D. I guess Title Co.,'s have a big clout with City of Palm Bay. Anybody could have faxed in a bogus sold agreement.

    If I had a choice I would NEVER choose y’all. The only person that was sweet was Ms Tanesha. Matt is basura! Meagan is basura! The whole department, besides Ms Tanesha, is BASURA!!!!!

    Worse department in the city of Palm Bay and the manager lil bald guy. Tries to act like a tough guy and is very rude. He has lil man syndrome. They will lie to you and will not do one thing to help you. They will make you wait 3 days to turn your water on if you give them an attitude.

    Palmbay water is scammers I don't live there much guy water living in house they come up saying water meter was tampered with lie I have pictures the supervisor Matt has some type relation with guy Matt at freedom plumbing in Melbourne which guy worked at that stayed at house so come to find out after he quit this how mess started so after they beat me for 1000 dollars I paid 367 bill too days later 68 dollars now saying I o 500 what type scams.Not trust Them or Freedom plumbing

    I just bought a home in Palm Bay, and was dreading to go the Palm Bay Utilities after reading the reviews, but after getting my water/sewer turned on it was a smooth and easy experience! Customer service was very nice and prompt aswell.

    Was dreading having to call customer service based on the previous reviews I read on here but my experience was great. Thomas was professional and well informed - he was able to provide me with all information I needed. He was respectful and kind too.

    Jill has helped me twice and both times was amazingly nice and professional. Greeted me with a beautiful smile, was patient and took the time to explain things to me. Dealing with a nice and helpful person takes the pain out of dealing with government.

    If I were the Mayor I would put the entire Utilities Department on a final notice. Awful customer service. Send them all a wake up call.

    I've never had an issue when I go in person. On the phone trying to get anything resolved is not easy. My best advice... Go in and speak to them. Everyone is really nice.

    Look, absolutely no one enjoys dealing with government agencies. Often, the nicest, most descriptive word for them can be "unhelpful". But, Jillian went out of her way to be so very helpful to me. It seemed that no matter what I did, I could not get the water & sewer bill sent to me. I received promise after promise. But for the better part of a year, I had to go in-person to find out how much I owed and then write the check.One chat with Jillian and problem solved! She was also unbelievably sweet (and cute!).

    Very friendly to turn on utilities and explained all the options. First time in the 9 months I've been here, my trash was not picked up. Surprised by after hours service!!! Also, the recycle guy was willing to swing back by my house to pick up a second load. Awesome! I love the bulk pick up service too!!!!
