The team here is incredibly kind and helpful. You have the owner who dies for any of the CS games, and you got his brother, who is very mellow and wants to ensure that everyone is taking care of at all times. You got the billiards and the consoles upfront and the PC rigs at the back. They also have snacks/drinks. With the new owner, the place looks and feels a lot cozier than before.

I don’t tend to give reviews often, but when I do I make sure it’s earned. Cyber Racoon PC Cafe has been a place of great vibes, and good times. The staff have a great personality, and even if your here just for games they deliver on that as well. I have tried other cafes before, but none of them amount up to Cyber Racoon!

The monitor was huge and curve. It was my first time to play with highest option. It was soooook great!!! #Chair(5/5) - The chair was gaming chair. It was what I used to watch at esport shows. It feels really great. I really wanted to get this chair at my house. #Computer Accessories(5/5) - All new!! They were not normal computer accessries. They were all specialized for game. With new gaming keyboard and mouse, I could play better than playing at home. Also they fancy LED body was really cool. #Service(5/5) - staffs were really nice. My first seat was non-144hz monitor. But when they saw I was playing PUBG, they recommend to move to better one! #Price $ - it was really reasonable! $5 for 1 hour and $14 for 3 hours. I had the pleasure of hosting a Valorant tournament at Cyber Racoon Cafe this past summer, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. With over 20 players and guests attending, the cafe staff were commendably proactive, setting up a dedicated section for our event well before our arrival. To our delightful surprise, they served us delicious pizza on the house, which was a generous gesture and a testament to their exceptional customer service. And when the tournament ran over schedule, they graciously extended our time, ensuring we could wrap up our final match without rushing. While the internet had a few minor hiccups, it held up well for the most part. What stood out, in particular, was the flawless performance of the PCs, and the capability to stream our matches live onto the cafe's TVs, making the experience even more immersive for our audience. All in all, it was a memorable day made even better by the attentive and friendly staff at Cyber Racoon Cafe. Kudos to them for their unparalleled service and for going the extra mile to accommodate us. Looking forward to more events here in the future!

Phenomenal service and specs. Owner even gave my girlfriend and I extra time on our pc's after experiencing some technical difficulties; paid under $30 for 3:30 hours between the two of us—definitely worth it, whether it be for a date night or solo gameplay. They have snacks and a pool table, so there's even more to do, but the only downside is how busy it gets around/after midnight. Even so, you can schedule reservations and bypass that entire issue. Overall, I could not recommend this cafe more, and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to 3 gaming cafes in the Bay Area all claiming to be amazing and have the best pc’s, monitors, and gaming experience overall but I have to say this place is f***** awesome!! Been coming here for 3 weeks straight and I’m addicted !!!! Highly recommend !

This is a wonderful place. We held our son's birthday party here and the kids had soo much fun. The manager, Reza, provided amazing customer service and was very accommodating. The place is very clean and relaxing. We highly recommend Raccoon Cafe to anyone wanting to host a birthday party.

Visited my family for the holidays and I had limited sources of entertainment at the house. Great place to unwind and play a wide variety of pc games. My first experience last week was straight-forward and simple. Checked in with the front desk, bought a day pass, and stayed there until closing. Good fps and atmosphere. I did not ask for disinfecting wipes, but I would bring some if you are a germ freak like me. They also have drinks and snacks. If you are like me, there is also a Korean restaurant (Roll House) in the same block with good gimbap. In N Out and Taco Bell is also nearby. Would come back on my next visit to the area!

Went with 3 other friends. Played FIFA, Racing Sim and Pool. We were charged $40 for 3 hours which I feel is very reasonable. Gaming rigs are all new and high specs. Owner was helpful to our issues. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for all your gaming needs.

I always have an amazing experience coming here and their PC’s are great for games like valorant. Their staff named Reza is very patient and has helped me many times when I was confused or needed help signing in or forgot my password haha. Come here if you want a comfortable experience :) !

This place is my go to if I want to play video games with my friends. They have varieties of titles for console games, and enough gaming computers for you and your friends to play together. The owner is very understanding and kind. Whenever there is a problem, he will gladly help you. One time I dropped a bowl of ramen on the floor, and with no hesitance, the owner replaced the bowl of ramen free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys playing video games.

Super fun place to come to game, really fair prices, workers are super helpful. There’s also a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Some pc’s have not so great gpu’s though, so be sure to check them. All the monitors are at least 144hz I believe, i was playing on a 240hz setup

Best internet cafe in the bay. They even have a punching machine for you to take out your frustrations. There are usually smokers outside smoking things and the pool table is not parallel to the ground. But besides that, it is great. If you want smaller fun games, you must take time to install them. But they actually put more time on our account everytime we did this.

Great place to hang out in the wee hours of the morning. For a low hourly rate you can use a gaming PC, or just bring your own laptop and use the Wi-Fi. Plenty of drinks and snacks available. Owner is really nice. And they're open until 4 AM!

Chill place, but it's very loud at night and on weekends. Makes it hard to have in-game calls with people next to you raging. Computers work well and prices are decent.
